  10. alexandra - are you playing the real piano, or the keyboard? on the real piano, the keys don't look like the press down, but they're working. if you play it correctly, you'll get a message that says 'something happened'....and then you'll be like me and wonder WHAT happened, and where? :-)

    ReplyDelete
  11. oops mieke! i didn't read the rest of your comment of 1:04 (6:04 p.m. my time). i truly think the pantone and elephant are red herrings, to throw us off. once you open the file in the computer and see the picture, you can go to the door and exit. have you tried the door, and it's not working?

    ReplyDelete
  12. not really.. I thought I would be able to open the wooden box after entering all the missing parts... maybe we need a combination of which parts have to stick out...

    ReplyDelete
  16. jessica did you put the three wood pieces in the sides of the box? if so then all you need is the right combination of pegs to stick out of the front. I think it was top left and lower right.

    ReplyDelete

  84. Did I miss a clue for the pegs on the box in the cellar or is it trial and error?

    ReplyDelete
  85. the peg is the only thing you get in the kitchen. the riddle/poem on the counter tells you where to find the key. it's where you would USE it, at the bottom. :-D

    ReplyDelete
  86. I found the note and see something under the drawers, but its not doing anything.

    ReplyDelete
  87. ah. that explains the Netherlands/German comment!

Trini - put the wooden pieces you've found in the trays on each side, then top left and bottom right should be pulled out.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Hi everyone! I was wondering if someone can help me. I'm in room six and can't figure out the password for the door.

    ReplyDelete
  128. the key for the kitchen is at the down side of the door, no need to search around the kitchen.

    ReplyDelete
  129. Room 8 is the Music room, and for that, you just have to play the right notes (below the bird cage is how to read a bar and how to read a piano). As for playing the music, you have to play all of the notes in the right order and if you did it right, it will say something happened and the key will be under the birdcage.

For Room 9, think about it...think differently (or obviously). Where is the most likely place someone would put a key in Real Life.

I'm stuck on room 10. I need to put something into a slot. Am I missing something or is it in the room?

    ReplyDelete
  130. Well, I am back. Had to re-start after losing my blue pawn also. It was night-time by the time I re-started and OMG, at least now I can see a lot of the things I was missing and making it so frustrating. Like, I never saw the letters in the second room. Thank y'all for all your hints. Could not have done it without you. Fun game!!!

    ReplyDelete
  131. Xelkelvos, I had the hardest time myself finding that little peg. It is in the kitchen on the corner of the counter, and I think it is a little bit lower than the main counter (bottom left). I am not in that screen anymore, so I hope that helps. Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  132. for room 5

wats the password for the door
i already have the password for the computer
the picture of a unicorn comes out...

    then ???

  135. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  136. For the piano keys:

If the keys you play are marked 1-7 (from left to right) then the order is; 2,5,1,4,3,5,6. I couldn't hear them play very well because of the music, but after I did it a text box said that 'something' happened. Another way to tell is if there is a wooden ball at the bottom left of the piano and the key is on the lower part of the bird cage. Hope that helps! ^_^

I need help with the wooden box in the wine cellar... I put an odd shaped wood piece in it but now nothing I do works! Please help!

    ReplyDelete
  137. Jenny - pawns spell out VIRGO (the symbol at the top of the box)

    I - indigo (blue)

    O - orange

for room nine, you need to click the piano closer to the keys and you will get a set of about 6 or so keys!

  178. Room 5 is driving me crazy also, I have tried the intitial letters of every word of the sticky note they just don't work!
Why does the J and I look the same in this font, and I am trying them both ways so that's not the problem?

Sorted! though I still don't know what was wrong because I didn't have the letters wrong but when I copied and pasted them from some place else they worked so it must be a bug?

  179. i'm out! Fun game...

@dreamspinner: in case you are still in the music room, this is how to play the Birdies Song...the notes on the sheet are d,g,c,f,e,g,a. When you click on the piano, the white keys go in this order (left to right): c,d,e,f,g,a,b. All you need to do is play the song in the order of the notes on the music sheet....hope this will help!
