星 = no of stars on door

    ReplyDelete
  13. i still dont have code . :(

    ReplyDelete
  14. get doll from code box, take one of the arm and put into hole with up/down next to it. Pulled handle and lowered screen and get paper. Use yellow stick on doll to make hammer, use hammer on mirror and get key. Open cupboard with key. Get another piece of paper next to box. Read books and get CD. Also see another code box in cupboard. Use the 2 pieces of paper on picture with 15 dolls. Put CD into projector. Turn off light and turn on projector and see frogs singing (must lower screen first)

    stuck

    ReplyDelete
  15. Share the code please fab.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Whoops, gtg to work. See you all later...

    ReplyDelete
  17. I cannot get the code.. I don't get it.. which number exactly do I have to split in half?

    ReplyDelete
  18. hey Martin... thanks

    ReplyDelete
  20. okay so the cd gives me singing frogs.. hmm
and that is a code... still don't know how to use it.. but let me figure out the strange brown figures facing different directions situation...

    ReplyDelete
  21. The code for the box in the cupboard is just the number of little men in each circle in the order the paper shows. After using that code the box changed to open but I can't open it.

    ReplyDelete
  22. what the heck i put the code in it said it open then nothing happen

    ReplyDelete
  23. ty sue.... cause I was surely lost...

but what on earth are the frogs singing for??

    ReplyDelete
  24. good job, sue!

    ReplyDelete
  25. @sue and yellowchick: move up screen and see the gray safe on wall

    ReplyDelete
  26. hi all.. stuck! i saw the frogs singing.. now what?

    ReplyDelete
  27. where's the grey safe fab?

    ReplyDelete
  28. oh wow.. i guess we have to mimick the order of the frogs singing?

    ReplyDelete
  29. haha i no i just saw that

    ReplyDelete
  30. yellowchick86 i used the code and the box next to the calendar is now open

    ReplyDelete
  31. from one of the books, it says piano = empty...
I tried the order the frogs sing: 6351356, 5172715... no luck
perhaps the clue "piano = empty" is related to the books without words?? and have to combine the clue from books and frog song?? still can't figure out

    ReplyDelete
  32. You have to take the stick from the little man. Then you use the man on the up/down lever. The grey door in the wall will open and show a xylophone. Combine the blue ball with the stick. And now we have to find out the tune.

    ReplyDelete
  33. @radhu: I mean the box next to calendar, you can see it after you move the screen back up

    ReplyDelete
  34. what about that second book on the shelf with the picture of a kid and a... hammer? is that a clue? lol

    ReplyDelete
  35. thx fab.. saw that.. now have to play the frogs' tune on the xylophone i guess.. what a task for a tone deaf person like me! lol

    ReplyDelete
  36. okay, i tried using the hammer to hit the keys that matched the empty books [1,3,4,6,7] and it didn't work :[

    ReplyDelete
  37. Try the last 7 notes of the song (it's should be the repeat of the 7 notes before those)

    ReplyDelete
  38. ataph could u pls tell what those notes are?

    ReplyDelete
  39. my xylophone has no sound

    ReplyDelete
  40. It should be the very last 7 notes that you hear of the song sung by the frogs. They "sing" the 7 notes before the last 7 that are not "sung". After I started playing the xylophone, the CD was locked. I'm trying to replay it again.

    ReplyDelete
  41. they are too fast for me lol

    ReplyDelete
  42. turn the sound on on your computer lol

    ReplyDelete
  43. On the eighth month on the calendar, 6 is circled.

    ReplyDelete
  44. lol i've tried every note they "sung" but i can't get it... unless i'm not understanding your hint of the notes that "weren't sung" lmao

    ReplyDelete
  45. yellow, yes my sound is on and loud when the frogs sing but when I go to the xylophone scene no sound comes out.. like I cannot even play it..

    ReplyDelete
  46. mmm, I am lost too.. this is a toughy!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Myrie, did you put the blue ball on the stick?

    ReplyDelete
  48. ataph pls help.. we are relying on u! lol

    ReplyDelete
  49. ooh now I know why my xylophone was not playing. I never saw the above comment #37
    thanks sue27

    ReplyDelete
  50. If you number the frogs left to right,1-7, the notes played are 6351536. Actually the notes are played twice in a row, but the xylophone won't let me enter that many notes. Also, my xylophone makes noise, but all the bars sound the same.

    ReplyDelete
  51. lol.. just discovered that I had not... mmmthats....
    got it now...ty

    ReplyDelete
  52. I should add that that does nothing for me however LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  53. I hear the notes, working on it

    ReplyDelete
  54. @Celeste, the lack of tone on the xylophone is the problem.

    ReplyDelete
  55. thx celeste.. i played those notes.. heard a 'click'.. but have no clue what happened

    ReplyDelete
  56. i've been playing those notes though... but i think it's wrong coz it gives me the buzzer before the click o.O

    ReplyDelete
  57. atapth - is there something to remove from it first? Or an adjustment needing to be made to the mallet?

    ReplyDelete
  58. It actually clicks after all 7 notes are played; it also says the notes are played wrong. I've tried various sequences but no luck.

Could the problem be the lack of tone?

    ReplyDelete
  59. o m g its 4am!! cant sleep till i get out

    ReplyDelete
  60. Figured out one thing... it is not a xylophone. It only has one note. We must be missing something.

    ReplyDelete
  61. just curious, what exactly does it say above the xylophone?

    ReplyDelete
  62. I took the fabric from the screen and moved the screen back up but the box near the calendar stays closed.

    ReplyDelete
  63. How do I combine the stick and ball?

    ReplyDelete
  64. view the ball and turn it around to see where you insert the stick

    ReplyDelete
  65. and take the doll off first.. i cant get the screen to come off

    ReplyDelete
  66. Thanks juicy & chick.

    ReplyDelete
  67. On the calendar, there is a frog on the 6th month, and only that month. Also, when you click on the August 6th circled date, there is a chiming noise. Could either of these be related to the singing frogs/xylophone?

    ReplyDelete
  68. Complicated riddle :)
Text on the xylophone is "So Re Mi Ta Ko To Ka".

Japanese music note is coded as "Do Re Mi Fa So(Sol) La Si" = "CDEFGAB"
    clue1: mirror=かがみ= Ka is "Mi"
clue2: letters on the DVD : (みたはしれ) "Mi Ta" is "Si Re"
clue3: book: (琴=空) "Ko To" is "So La"

    ReplyDelete
  69. What's with the little picture under the projector screen?

    ReplyDelete
  70. celeste, I noticed that. Also after the first two rounds of the frogs tune, the 6th frog is 'played' 6 times.

    ReplyDelete
  71. good find, celest! and i remember hearing that chime also when i looked in one of the books... hmmmm...

    ReplyDelete
  72. I noticed that little pic too Martin.. but what to do with it is another story..

    ReplyDelete
  73. Xenon, what about the clue in the calendar on 8-6?

    ReplyDelete
  74. That pic under the screen chimed... so are we supposed to look for more.. stuff that chimes? lol

    ReplyDelete
  75. @Martin,@mmm
    i don't know yet. It's for the another end , I guess.
    Now I'm trying.
btw the word on 8-6 is help/support.

    ReplyDelete
  76. thats because the sizes of the xylophone bars are the same! i just figured it out. there's supposed to be like a change in the sizes for the notes to change. we're missing something... should we be looking for different sizes of the bars???

    ReplyDelete
  77. Anyone noticed that if you click above the calendar he screen moves up and you can see a litle picture of something

    ReplyDelete
  78. I work that out as 5272563, that doesn't work, I still get the red & buzzer.

    ReplyDelete
  79. oh I want too finish this game.. wow it is hard when you cannot read the language...

so do we only have 5 notes? where are the other 3..

    ReplyDelete
  80. Do Re Mi Fa So(Sol) La Si = CDEFGAB

    Ka = Mi
    Mi Ta = Si Re
    Ko To = So La

(So Re) (Mi Ta) (Ko To) Ka
    =
(So Re) ( Si Re) (So La) Mi

    5272563

    ReplyDelete
  81. You have to figure out the true position of "CDEFGAB" fron frog's song. 6=C,3=D,...

    ReplyDelete
  82. Thanks xenon,

    then play GDBDGAE?

    ReplyDelete
  83. So... that would mean 6351536 = cdefedc
    and 5172715 = efgagfe

lol i feel like i'm doing algebra all this substituting

    ReplyDelete
  84. Help, I still dont understand the Calender and the brown men

    ReplyDelete
  85. cricket you just did the same code we already confirmed didn't work lol

    ReplyDelete
  86. I have placed the red tracing paper over the brown men so I know have a red arrow starting from right down under the bottom of the men, and back up the right hand side. How do I use this for cupboard safe? I don't wanna cheat and look at answer lol

    ReplyDelete
  87. Spoiler for the xylophone.

    7343725

    ReplyDelete
  88. OK...out with normal end

    ReplyDelete
  89. Normal End.

    Thanks cricketer

    ReplyDelete
  90. Do Re Mi Fa So(Sol) La Si = CDEFGAB

    Ka = Mi
    Mi Ta = Si Re
    Ko To = So La

(So Re) (Mi Ta) (Ko To) Ka (above xylophone)
    =
(So Re) ( Si Re) (So La) Mi (from clues)

    GDBDGAE

Then used juicy's post #90 to work out the right numbers.

    351536 = cdefedc
    5172715 = efgagfe

    B could only be 1 or 4.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Don't matter, I was missing the second sheet of paper lol

    ReplyDelete
  92. This game is killing me....
My brain says to me -- this just doesn't make sense at all..LOL
the xylophone doesn't have the right notes anyway.
    all keys here sound alike..

Did anyone figure out the actual order in which we should click each key/notes?

there has to be a music bar,a stanza anything! to play It has to be all in the letters that we cannot understand..

WOW.. I hope we can finish this game.. Because really thinking, How do the notes come together if we can't even find them cause we don't know if what we are looking at all is a musical note to begin with..

BTW, the frogs sing more than the times their mouths open up for us to count them as a note.. yet, the position of the frogs who open their mouths to sing does not work out.. So the frogs cannot be the only clue..

what are we to do!! I think I have memorized the frog song....

    ReplyDelete
  93. Normal End: Exit w/o finding all memories
Haniwa(the name of brown doll) End: Exit w/ finding all memories

    ReplyDelete
  94. craig, you need the other piece of paper with loops on it. It groups the men in different numbers, you then follow the arrow to give you the order for the code box in the closet.

    ReplyDelete
  95. myrie, see #94 for code.

    ReplyDelete
  96. thanks cricketer. I wondered why it never made sense lol

    ReplyDelete
  97. Frog's Song♪
    CDEFEDC EFGAGEF C C C C CCDDEEFFEDC

    ReplyDelete
  98. how many memories do we need for Haniwa end?

    ReplyDelete
  99. Where's the pic under the projector screen?

I think the memories are all the things that give a chime but don't do anything to help escape.

    ReplyDelete
  100. OH no Cricket, code is not working for me

    ReplyDelete
  101. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  102. I don't know exactly.
At least you need to click picture diary, aug 8, truck beneath the projector screen...

    ReplyDelete
  103. okay thanx Xenon yes, I needed to open the calendar to august and press the circles 6 on it....
and I was counting from the wrong side.. it worked when I went from left to right instead of the order the frogs went....

    thanx for that
and thanx Cricket for the code...

    ReplyDelete
  104. I clicked the page in the book, the aug 6, and the pic above the calendar. Still got normal end. I must be missing one.

    ReplyDelete
  105. oh goodness it is good to have finished this eternally long game... wow..

    ReplyDelete
