@ginger* where? If you mean the first lock, click the butterfly on the leftmost screen. Copy his pattern when he lands on the flowers. You'll get a key.

ReplyDeleteah. You only have 3 shots of heart power. I was double clicking to return the smoke. Click only 1 time between smoke shots
ReplyDeleteClick Pock right when the bad guy leans back to throw smoke. The smoke will bounce back to him. You IMMEDIATELY click Pock one time to block the returned smoke, and then IMMEDIATELY click him one more time to kill the monster.

I'm about ready to give up - I can bounce the smoke back at him, but then he gets me again despite clicking as fast as I can

PART 1 MAKE A FRIEND
ReplyDeleteWait for the long loading screen to finish.
Click your way through the very long intro. You’ll meet Tam and walk off. Tam will follow and the game will start.
Click the tall asparagus tree that bends to the right
The flowers will open
Wait for the butterfly to land and then click it
Note the order it lands on the flowers
The order to click is:

Get the KEY from the open flower in the bottom left part of the screen
Go right
Click the locked door in the tree
Click the puzzle behind the door and solve it
Drag the pieces from the right to fill in the 5 boxes on the left

Up left curved piece /// up right curved piece
Bottom (straight piece) /// bottom left curved piece // bottom right curved piece
The water will turn on and the flower will grow
Click the top to climb it
Click the cave 2 times to bring out the bear. He will fall asleep
Go down the flower and left to the first screen
Get the EGG
Go right and climb the flower
Click the egg repeatedly until it hatches
The chicken will wake the bear
Click the Tam to make it to the upper level (clumsy Tam!)
Click an apple on the tree
Wait for Tam to try getting the apples
Now help Tam move the rock (click the rock repeatedly).
Click on Tam’s back
Click an apple
After the tree attacks you and eats Tam, the tree will fall over
Go left and click Tam to save him!
(awww, you have a friend!)
Wait for PART 2 to load --- NOTE THE SCREEN MAY TURN WHITE. JUST WAIT.
PART 2 -- LOSE A FRIEND

Oh no! Poor Tam disappeared!
PART 3 -- FIND YOUR FRIEND

Wait for loading if necessary
You found trapped Tam, but you have to get to him
Get a STICK from right of the leaf pile
Click the torch right of the house’s door to light the stick
Click the leaves to light them on fire
Go right
Get the pink thing that runs around --click it 2 times to take it. I’m going to call it a PINK BERRY
Go left
Place the berry on the fire and the nice smell will attract the tree monster
Click the cooked berry to feed it. You have a pet!
Go right
Click the 2 brown squares at the bottom of one of the street lamps. Solve the puzzles

Solve all 4 street lights to turn them on.
SOLUTIONS
Leftmost -- girl’s left eye, girl’s clock, top of monster’s pants
Second from left -- bird’s bottom feather on the back of the head, man’s ears, man’s boots
Second from right -- rabbit monster’s eye, left monster’s teeth, right monster’s sleeve
Rightmost -- fish monster’s eyes, child’s hair, tall monster’s tail (bottom right corner)
Go left
Click the star on the house top
You’ll get a rainbow star
Go right
Click the trees of the tree monster to climb
Click the snowman at the left side of the screen
Solve the puzzle. The round button with the arrow on it to the bottom left of the puzzle screen will rotate the pieces

Right eye -- rotate the upper left round piece until the arrow part faces about 4 o’clock
Left eye -- rotate the middle round piece until the arrow part faces 1 o’clock
Nose -- rotate the top rectangle piece until the 3 dashes are on the right
Mouth -- rotate the pieces until the bottom right rectangle piece has 3 dashes at the top
Click the snowman bridge
Now click the rainbow bridge
Click through all the dialog
Now you have to fight!
PART 4 RESCUE A FRIEND
ReplyDeleteThe bad guy will throw smoke at you.
You need to click Pock to activate his heart power to fight the smoke. You can’t die, so keep trying!
Round 1
Click him first when the bad guy leans back.
The smoke will bounce away from you. The monster will get knocked back.
Round 2
Now you have to repel the smoke 2 times.
Click Pock first when the bad guy leans back.
The smoke will bounce away from you. Click Pock immediately. (note -- I didn’t play with sound on, but Ellie says “try to click exactly when you hear the sound as the black smoke reaches the bad guy again.”)
The monster will get knocked back.
Round 3
Click Pock first when the bad guy leans back.
The smoke will bounce away from you. Click Pock immediately but be sure to CLICK ONLY ONCE.
Then immediately click Pock again. This should destroy the monster.
(note -- I didn’t play with sound on, but Ellie says “try to click exactly when you hear the sound as the black smoke reaches the bad guy again.”)
