ReplyDeleteBy the way, the end code (the order of the gems) could be sneakier. Like combining the order of the letters in the book with the letters on the fireplace.

ReplyDeleteI think it was in one of the rooms somewhere right and up (not sure anymore). But it was a blue hall and on the left wall you could drag pieces of the wall (wallpaper) away.

ReplyDelete@mopselfe, if I remember well, I used the sd there. Maybe it's back on the place where you found it the first time, but I'm afraid it's a bug using it where you have to use the coin.
ReplyDeletelook in the book for the dates there are 3.. March June and Oct.. there are 12 numbers on the clock, match them with the months.. so March is the 3rd month..dial 1 goes on 3 June is the 6th month, goes on 6

Oh...that's the order for the gems in the safe...so...how do I get the blue gem? The comments above only say it was from a box opened with a screwdriver...is that the one over the l ittle sink? If so, it's empty, and my screwdriver is gone....help!

WALKTHROUGH - PART 1:
ReplyDelete*First scene, note the yellow W, take map on right wall.
*Forward, right, down. Note blue E.
*Right once, note white N and take screwdriver from drawer
*Left, up, left, up, left. Click weird sink, use screwdriver to get RED GEM.
*Right, right. Get lighter on window sill.
*Up, note green S and see red key that is chained to wall.
*Down, left, down, right, right. Use lighter on spider web to remove it.
*Forward, get BOLT CUTTERS. Zoom on panel, use screwdriver to remove screws. Use the letter hints to solve: N = white, W = yellow, E = blue, s = green. Take BLUE GEM.
*back, left, left, up, right, up. Use bolt cutter to take RED KEY from the wall.
*Down, left, down, right, up. Use red key to unlock door.
*Take book from shelf in the center of the room; read it, take green key from the last page. Nothing else to do in this room.
*Back, left, up, up. Use green key to open the door, and pick up QUARTER off the floor.
*Go left, and click near the right side of the view. You will see three dials that move with 12 ticks, like a clock. Use the book hint to help you (solution: see months. turn dials to 3, 6, 10). Get GREEN GEM.
*Turn right twice; pick up KNIFE from right window sill.
*Go left, up, left, left. Click second drawer, and use knife to pry the panel open. Take BLACK KEY.
*Go right 3 times. Use black key on the door. Click on the paper on the left wall, and you will find a SILVER KEY.
*Up once. Take HAMMER from left side of the floor, and use your lighter to start a fire in the fireplace. You will see a color code appear. Take note of the colors (yellow, green, purple, red, blue, orange), the greek letters do not matter.
*Up once. Click on electrical box near window, use hammer to break the lock. Take ORANGE GEM.
WALKTHROUGH - PART 2:
*Down, down, left, left, down. Click vent and use quarter to remove screws (screwdriver won't work). Take YELLOW GEM.
*Up, right, down 3 times, left (alley with vines), up. Use hammer on the crack in the wall, take PURPLE GEM.
*Down, right, up 3 times, left, up. Click the picture on the wall, click again to get a number pad. Look back at your book, and look at the page with the Greek letters. There are 4 lines; count the number of letters on each line, and enter the code in the 4-number pad (SPOILER: 3524).
*You will now see a 6-pointed star shape. Remember the color code at the fireplace, and put the gems into the star in that order. (yellow, green, purple, red, blue, orange. Get GOLD KEY.
*Go all the way back to the first scene (with the "W"), and click on the front door. Use gold key, and you're out! :)
This is my first time writing a walkthrough, so forgive me if it's messy. I'm pretty certain that all of the turns are accurate, though. fun game! :)

ReplyDeleteSo I have all the gems in their rightful place in the Star except the red one because I broke the SD before i could get red gem out of the drain. Do I have to start all over?
