six colors and i'm stuck!

10011 = gray
no idea if that is a clue or not?
I thought maybe the books would be the order to put the squares, but not all are the same colours as the the books.
ReplyDeleteNo idea about the binary number. It's 603 in decimal but that isn't working as code for the pc.
and it happened again. I placed the colors and when I took the green one back it changed to yellow. and now I got two yellow but no green anymore...

Yellow behind the Sofa Cushion
Pink on yellow book on bookshelf
Green inside vase
Orange in secret compartment of Pen Stand
Red underneath Mouse
Brown at the bottom of the right chair while facing the door
After finding all the squares, Grab the blue book, click the right end of the shelf to zoom in on it to grab it, and decipher the code
Black = 001101
Gray = 10011
Enter each code individually into the computer. First black, 001101, hit enter, than gray 10011, hit enter. It'll display the colors in the order it's meant to be in on the puzzle box.
Observe the positioning of the slots on the picture opposite the puzzle box, it correlates to the position of each color so the colors should be placed as thus,

E O E E E E
E E E Y E E
E being empty slot, G R O Y B P corresponding to first letter of related color.
Opens safe, get key, leave.
Feh.
