    ReplyDelete
  17. two dresses in fact! and neither can be slashed by my knife

    ReplyDelete
  18. So if it's Strauss, it's not like there's much we need to possibly try typing out on the piano... only full operas and stuff, shouldn't take long, couple hours? xD

    ReplyDelete
  19. Only 2 stars for an SD game?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I found a note in O - use the knife on the right-hand glass on the large cabinet.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Piano doesn´t work on box

    ReplyDelete
  22. Hm. never been so soon so stuck in an SD :(

    ReplyDelete
  23. People rating low because they have yet to figure the puzzles etc... basically people who like quick, non thinking, pointless "escape" games which challenge you about as much as Jersey Shore is intelligent programming

    ReplyDelete
  24. Don't know what it means, though

    ReplyDelete
  25. I am assuming we are all stuck in the same spot? Or is someone sailing along and not sharing hints?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oh, I think it's what notes to play...duh

    ReplyDelete
  50. In room H there is a clue, I think. Up high there is a name plated on a cabinet and the comments say "the label on the door says HEADED" But the box in T needs only 5 letters, so don't know...

    ReplyDelete
  80. thanks for the great game

finding the stupid lighter. I clicked everywhere and am still not sure where in the room it really was (I saw someone posted window).

    ReplyDelete
  87. Richard Gerninson is that annoying guy from School you bump into years later in a bar, who sits there trying to get you to buy him drinks whilst muttering on and on about having written everything >_>

    ReplyDelete
  91. Btw. lovelygiraffe posted after doing all the candles go back to C.
For me it was going back to G for the orange gem.
Is it different in every game, or depending on the order you do the candles?

    ReplyDelete
  92. haha Zoe you beat me with the score...

    ReplyDelete
  93. Super game, thx Selfdefiant !!

    ReplyDelete
  94. @Zoe, I think you were right, someone's jealous.

I really enjoyed that and only got stuck on the anagram because stupid me was looking for a proper word :D

Having said that, I had to go around a few times looking for things.

A good distraction from a miserable, drizzly afternoon.

    ReplyDelete
  95. ANd out. Thanx Selfdefiant for this game. And don't fix the "Gerninson glitch", it's so fun ;)

Thank you for your help :)

    ReplyDelete
  96. At least, Selfdefiant, now you're here, you can explain us WHO IS RICHARD GERNINSON ?
We all want to know it now ;)

    ReplyDelete
  97. Place for purple gem is quite well hidden - put in bookshelves in P.

    ReplyDelete

  105. SD I LOVED this one! When I saw the photo set for this location on another site, the FIRST thing I thought was "Wow! These would make a great SD game!"

    ReplyDelete
  106. The screwdriver is well hidden in N !

    ReplyDelete
  107. I used the screwdriver, the knife, the blue and the green keys. I'm stuck with the HEADED hint and "end." in the book.

    ReplyDelete
  108. @pdgph: In room H is a 6-digit-box. Use the HEADED-hint there: A = 1.....

    ReplyDelete
  109. Thank you Anja ! I didn't see the 6 digit box.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Great game and great music :) (usually I shutdown the music during the game, this time I listen it) Thx Selfdefiant :)

    ReplyDelete
  115. Tamara, you have to put the purple gem in the bookcase when you have all the gems

    ReplyDelete
  116. An SD is always enjoyable and much appreciated but I was a bit frustrated with this one - I missed the orbs - being a bit OCD about those! Also missed the benefits from them - ie the crystal that made moving around so easy. Not so bad as not such a huge game. Little niggles I know - still had fun :) I guess I'm acting a little spoilt - always expecting every SD game to surpass the last....

    ReplyDelete
  117. great game Selfdefiant.....missed the orbs, tho lol

    ReplyDelete
  118. If you google Richard Gerninson, this page is the only result. lol

    ReplyDelete
  119. Another great game, SD!
This one was a little more challenging for me. I needed to go to the comments for help this time.

    ReplyDelete
  120. hope someone is still here. where exactly do you use the screwdriver? someone above mentioned to use it in L but only two hot spots there and they don't do anything

    ReplyDelete
  121. brin3cm: I used the SD in the room with the creepy doll sitting in a chair. I think that is room L, but I used it on the front part of the seat of the chair to the left (under the left arm rest)...hope that helps!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Great game
    Thanx Selfdefiant
More difficult than most Needed hints

    ReplyDelete
  123. Self Defiant, is Richard Gerninson your real name? Or a relative?
