His dad usually keep a extra key for safety purpose in his room. But it is known only by his dad.     Too many bugs first time I played the 9 got stuck on the screen. Second time I played on of the puzzle pieces got stuck on the screen. Won't play a third time.

    I must have missed something really obvious, because I managed everything by myself except the number for the sliding door for the butterfly, and I come here to find that that's the one thing no-one had any trouble with! Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

    don't put the jigsaw together until you have collected the 12 above the door, it makes it disappear :) Good game though! i'm out after re-starting!
