  69. Ooh - JUST made it onto the board in 16th place - that won't last long, so I'll just enjoy my 3 seconds of glory!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Considering myself out with 6 gems.. Not going to bother with the wheelchair puzzle anymore. random clicking isn't too fun!

    ReplyDelete
  71. Starting now... but How can I make my piano works?

    ReplyDelete
  72. I think the trick with the wheelchair puzzle is to notice that there are separate pieces in the shape - for instance the middle circle has arms going away from it at 12 and 3 o'clock, they're joined by an arc, and then in the middle of that arc is another arm heading north-east. Try and position that piece, and then try and identify the other pieces with their arcs and arms. Oh dear, that does sound confusing doesn't it! Can't think of another way of explaining it - even then it was more trial and error for me. Hmph.

    ReplyDelete
  73. can't find the blue gem...

    ReplyDelete
  74. The hint for the blue gem has been posted above Pree - used Ctrl F to find it.

    ReplyDelete
  80. thanks s.d. for another great game. love asylum games most of all. i do miss collecting the orbs, though. gives me something to do while i click for other clues! :)

    ReplyDelete
  81. What I did for the wheelchair puzzle was to click on each of the 3 outer pieces until they made a circle. Then click them one at a time until the circle rotates to the 2-6-9 position. The inner circle is easy.

    ReplyDelete
  82. where is the green key? Someone said room from silver key but I dont remeber which one that was

    ReplyDelete
  83. Nice and easy!! Haven't gotten out on my own in a LOOOOOOOONG time!! Love it!! Thanx SD!! Will stick around for a few mins if there's anyone still here. I am a bit late, so I am assuming everyone has escaped already :)

    ReplyDelete
  84. Silver key was used in I

    ReplyDelete
  85. Finally...out without peeking ...and without a map...LOL

    ReplyDelete
  86. I'm done. Have been clicking that wheel chair for an hour....

    ReplyDelete
  87. Well, I have played this game two times now, but the wheelchair puzzle takes away - in my opinion - the fun of playing. It is frustrating. I see the small lines, which indicate the parts of the puzzle, but during the overlaying of the parts they became even smaller. One click on a part and it took me a long while to figure out, where the parts are placing now. In my opinion it would be an option to mark the parts with different colours.

Zazie wrote at 2/21/14, 9:22 AM: "Ingrid i just clicked like crazy until it worked". Well, that can be an option, but I don´t think, that this is the claim of the author of this game.

Selfdefiant, I honor your work (!!!) (especially, because I can´t create something like this), so please take this comment just as a little suggestion.

    (And: sorry for my english)...

    ReplyDelete
  88. OH! I am late joining but love SD so going in!!

    ReplyDelete
  89. I would like to know where the white gem is, please...

    ReplyDelete

  106. WHEEL CHAIR

You have to look very carefully at the puzzle and recognize THREE distinct parts to the circle assembly. It is composed of these three shapes that can hide behind each other! That's why when you clicked certain spots the whole puzzle changes- the click will move EACH of the overlapping parts. I had to ZOOM WAY IN (ctrl + scroll up works for me) to see the clue clearly (using glasses in room 'O'). Note the spaces where the arcs don't quite connect. Once you see the three shapes the puzzle is a lot less tricky. They are composed of arcs and bars. Just remember if you click on overlapping arcs they BOTH (or all three) will move. Try to Isolate the piece that makes up the lower left part first. Then don't click on those arcs again the other two will be easier to place. Confused yet?

    ReplyDelete
  107. I love these games so much, they're my favorite on this site. But after an hour of trying to get the wheelchair wheel aligned I'm throwing in the towel. I can see the 3 pieces and sometimes get 2 in the right spot, but trying to get the 3rd always resets the others. Hate giving up on a SD game but this isn't worth the aggravation.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Loved it!
Thanks again SD for another fun game!

    ReplyDelete
  109. Thanks, SD. Great game. I enjoy trying new puzzles, such as the wheelchair puzzle. Please keep the creativity humming!

    ReplyDelete
  115. Fun game
    Hated the wheelchair

    ReplyDelete
  116. SOLUTION TO THE WHEELCHAIR PUZZLE:

The wheel has 3 pieces; 1 inner middle piece and two in the outer circle.

Start by clicking the inner piece 3 times
Now you have the end of one outer circle at 12 o’clock
Click that end 4 times. Follow the end to make sure you dont click another piece at the same time.
Now you can see the end of the next outer circle at 9 o’clock
Click that end 3 times and voila (that is french), you have an orange gem in 10 clicks.

    ReplyDelete
  117. AxxL, thanks for the french language lesson. lol

  118. Those of you who can't get into the game, it's because you need Google Chrome. Selfdefiant told me this himself on Facebook when I complained there. I'm having to play this game at work as my laptop at home is Windows Vista and can't get Chrome

    ReplyDelete
  119. You're welcome Peggy :)

    ReplyDelete
  120. And again I can't play! Why does my screen stays white?

    ReplyDelete
  121. Thanks Tring-a-Ling. I'll try.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Great game as always, SelfDefiant, thanks for making them :)

    ReplyDelete
  123. tring a ling, maybe you should try working instead of complaining! I can play this on I.E or chrome, and you CAN get chrome on vista, that's what I use with this spare laptop. Ding Dong!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Too easy. 15 minutes and change with no hints. Maybe this was supposed to be an introductory game? Still very fun though. Thanks SD! I liked the tweak where glasses and flashlight stay on between rooms.

Having trouble running the site on Firefox. I run with flashblock, adblock, and noscript, so I figured it was one of those. Maybe not, based on others' comments. If I hit the start button quick enough I can still get it to run.
