    ReplyDelete
  10. anyone know what to do with the box of letters after you use the red key and click on the wagon?

    ReplyDelete
  18. dont need to click for orbs - just cursor over

    ReplyDelete
  19. @miles: i tried "evil" and just mousing over some letters to see if there was an order to the way you were supposed to click them (even though they're not clickable letters) and nothing happened

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  27. Haha you might be waiting a long time! Ill let you know if I find anything new

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  30. I wondered if the grid letters had anything to do with the colours of the stained glass in the pentangle room, but haven't made anything happen yet.

    ReplyDelete
  31. There are numbers on crates in red key room.I think 23 and 12?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  34. Use lantern in A for silver key

    ReplyDelete
  35. Rachel - its on the top of the metal cabinet next to the car

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thanks Clodagh. Use window colors in c for blue key

    ReplyDelete
  37. POP! Found it! Looking in the wrong spot!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Very creepy dolls in M!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. There is no A on the letters. I clicked them backwards alphabetically from Z to B and the box opened. I got a magic wand.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yes Miles - just got that one - so it was worth collecting those colours after all!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Use the wand on the red star to access the shop. where you can buy the map, lantern and teleport crystal

    ReplyDelete
  42. use glasses on book for clues, including how to do the dolls for a purple key

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  53. i mean i already fixed the panel in P but i doubt that was the use for the rubber glove.

    ReplyDelete

  55. hmmm. Thanks miles1, so the clue on book "624513" is what for?

    ReplyDelete
  59. red star on the floor of the chapel (E) when you put the rose glasses on

    ReplyDelete
  60. Got it Clodagh, but didn´t understand why this order.

    ReplyDelete
  61. use wand on star in E to get red gem

    ReplyDelete
  62. The clue for the candles was 624513, and there are two ways of doing this - the first way didn't work (light number 6 first, then number 2 and so on), so it was the second way - go by where the numbers are, so 1 is the fifth candle, 2 is the second, 3 is the sixth, 4 is the third, 5 is the fourth and 6 is the first.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Thanks! Nice explanation!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  69. Black key in K? Where exactly?

    ReplyDelete
  88. in that case I must have a bug as no red star (unless it is very tiny!), and no candles on altar either

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  117. A hint for when there are a lot of hints here to sift through: if you use a PC, you can click 'ctrl f' and a dialogue box will open bottom left. Type in a word or phrase there, eg candles, and that word will be highlighted in the hints. Use the arrows next to the box to find more instances. There is a way on a Mac, but not sure how to explain that one.

    ReplyDelete
  118. the black key is really hard to spot - use lantern in K and is in far left bottom corner

    ReplyDelete
  119. Look in the book which has sequence dashes and dots. Polka Dot and dash = open eye = eye closed

    ReplyDelete
  120. Georgi, go row by row and hit button after each set of three (ie: oc oc oc *button* then next row)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  135. thanks joe, i need blue key, stuck, now.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Bee, have you seen the room with the four colour "buttons"? I think it was C. Anyway, using the colours from the windows for your order, click each colour and you will get the Blue key.

    ReplyDelete
  137. thanks rachel.. would never have got that....

    ReplyDelete
  138. Crap, Bee! SORRY, I think I have lead you to the Book, rather than the key!! I think the key is with the lantern in the start scene A!

    ReplyDelete
  139. Hmmm, I might be needing serious sleep here, because I might be leading you up the garden path, Bee!!! I have a sneaky feeling, you get the blue key from the piano.

    ReplyDelete
  140. all I need now is the blue gem

    ReplyDelete
  141. you wer right the first time rachel, i got it

    ReplyDelete
  142. blue gem after using anagraming word

    ReplyDelete
  143. finally out... wow that was hard... or I am drunk... either way

    ReplyDelete
  144. That was GREAT! The non-changing cursor made it all a bit more challenging. I ended up getting the candles and creepy baby heads through trial and error, but definitely needed help to find that yellow gem!
    Thank you SD!

    ReplyDelete
  145. It would be nice if you could CHOOSE if the cursor changes.

Easy or Hard, like the Evil-Lemon games.

    Just sayin

    ReplyDelete
  146. Great Game! Now I want to join Souless Minion on a nice peaceful island with umbrella drinks and swimming pools!

    Thanks, SD!

    ReplyDelete
  147. map notepad takes numbers only

    ReplyDelete
  148. Loved it...it wasn't as hard I I thought it would be...items clear enough to see, puzzles challenging but not impossible! Thanks, SD!

    ReplyDelete
  149. Another great game. That backwards alphabet maybe was a little too sneaky as there was no hint (or didn't we see it). And I am a big fan of changing hotspots because it saves the battery of my mouse and keeps me from clicking around like an idiot.

    Thanks a lot Selfdefiant!

    ReplyDelete
  150. book is in C when solving box

    ReplyDelete
  151. The number clue with the specs, I have 35444?? but it's only 4 digits..help.

    ReplyDelete
  158. 1 Can't type notes on the map
2 No hot spots, which wouldn't be so bad if...
3 EVERY SINGLE SPOT you click in EVERY ROOM gives you one of several repeating messages, so that it's nearly impossible to find an actual message needed to move forward in the game. It would take hours to check every spot in every room.

Normally give SD games 5 stars, but this one gets 2, as did the timed game earlier today. (Refuse to register to play so those get 1). Don't know what's happened to SD. Very sad because I loved their games, especially these asylum games. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  159. and the pink gem?? where can i find it???

    ReplyDelete
  160. Where is the glove??????

    ReplyDelete
  161. Thank you Selfdefiant for the Asylum games, they r my favorite!

  163. This game is totally non playable for me, I'm afraid : finding the small hotspots in previous games was difficult enough, even with a changing cursor  ! The hand cursor in all the game and useless comments on each click are a very bad idea : where is the fun ? This is not challenging, this is just boring and frustrating.
I used to love SD's games...

    ReplyDelete
  164. Wow, I can't believe how much help I needed on this one. I knew the great minds of the escapers here would figure it all out. Thanks for all the help.

SD, I really enjoyed the game (the doll heads were especially creepy), but I'll admit I missed the changing hand, indicating hotspots. Thanks for all your efforts just to keep us entertained.

    ReplyDelete
  165. So do I Peggy ... I'm still stuck on piano .. 4791546 convert with PLEASE and alphabet numbers.. So I have some problems to choose cause there are many letters that do not exist in music when I combine. (of course I know I make a mistake some how but where)

    ReplyDelete
  166. Grenadine - see my hint at 12:34

    ReplyDelete
  167. thx clodagh .. but I do that as long as I know PC and that doesn't help for piano or I am still dumb has usual (will try again anyway to see if I miss something)

    ReplyDelete
  168. ok ok .. nothing in the hints.. but my eyes where a bit tired maybe because I ckecked again into the game and note that there was more than one number for a letter.. so for example G = 1 and so does the S.. now I can correct my mistake.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Of course !! Thank you everybody. Couldn't do this without help .. and yes the same hand everywhere is not helping but... maybe I was to asleep as well. Bye and thx to all of you.

    ReplyDelete
  170. I really cannot understand that a EnaGame gets more stars than this one! I think its one of the best SD´s! Thanks Selfdefiant! Keep on going!

    ReplyDelete
  171. by the way - still looking for the hammer! :)))

    ReplyDelete
  172. a bit more challange and it's rated 2,5 ? so many are whining when the games do not change...
hey... a game like the asylum games is something to think... to work on... and the developer is also working hard on it to give us new challenges...
I agree, that the no needed messages are a bit disturbing, because you have to click without looking where you click, while you are reading the messages if there is a spot you need (phew... I know, I explain a bit complicated what I want to say, but it's not my native language)

but after all I must say:
thank you so much, Selfdefiant, for a brand new Asylum, thanks for your work and thanks for the new challange... I enjoyed it !
your games don't get boring ...

    ReplyDelete
  173. did you found the hammer ann? If I remember right it was somewhere in a dark spot, maybe visible with the lantern near piano, or one room further or before... not sure

    ReplyDelete
  174. Sorry. Didn't like this one at all. Usually I love these games and they are challenging enough but this one was just a big clickfest. I was excited when I started and just pissed off when I finished
