You have to use the metal detector, before you can use the shovel.
cross on car is an operation sign
brush from weapon puzzle for dirty pic
bottle from code drawer below globe for cup in same scene
logically the other bottle for the other cup (medal scene)
Pretty easy after adding the numbers from side of truck together
where do you find the three digit code for the door?...have clicked everywhere.

well, i'm an idiot, in that i thought he meant "medical operation"...not mathematical...red cross, first aid and such...blllhhhhhhh.
Well, I'm completely stuck. Have nothing in my inventory. Need one more medal. Can't find the bottle for the blue cup and need the yellow #'s to get that. Not enough hints in this thread.
