ReplyDeleteOnly needed help with noticing the missing gear teeth. Two tries with the 5# got it. SD, you should have had the acid foam when the baking soda went in it! I liked the fire crystal torches, instead of looking for color slots.

ReplyDeleteLooks like I need to restart. Apparently, if you don't buy the map first, you don't have enough orbs to buy it later (if you buy the knife and cross instead), so it;s a dead end. There is no warning of this in the game.
ReplyDeleteA rather sparse amount of clues and puzzles, but a lot better than the usual shorter SD games of late being aimed at a less logical audience with shorter attention spans.

ReplyDeleteOne little problem, not a bug, but not sure what to call it in gaming terms. I collected 43 orbs then bought the knife and cross, thinking my mental mapping skills would be good enough to go on. Nope, needed to get the map so i could get the green key to progress in the game...at least all i had done so far was collect orbs, but that would have killed me to get caught in a catch-22 like that if I had had much progression.
ReplyDeleteAlso, please SD, lose the mid-game pop up ads. It's bad enough that i had to turn off blocker to play, but now you're just looking downright greedy and I've noticed more than just a couple comments about it, as well as lost players. I certainly play fewer of your games b/c of this, but am seriously considering giving up the few I do, much as that would be a disappointment as your games are killer and top of the line.
I do not control when the ad plays. It's simply the ad company, not greed. Thanks

Hey selfdefiant, just thought you should be aware, there is some very offensive graffiti on the wall in location G. The image is reversed, but it is still legible. You might want to change that image.
