A Bark in the Dark is another point and click game created for Casual Game Design Competition 3 from Bart Bonte, who is also creator of Bonte Room games, Free the Bird, Seen on Screen, Fields of Logic, Chicken Grow, Loose the Moose games. ReplyDeleteok i fed the mouse and put the empty glass in the cage...now sadly im stuck i noticed the dog has 3 barks so i beeped the phone 3 time but nothing happened ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!! hellp

ReplyDelete1.Pan left, grab bottle (mouse food)
2. Grab glass
3. Pan left, grab bone and statue
4. Go left once more and grab piece of wood.
5. Return to the cage and place glass in cage.
6. Place some mouse food on top of the tower. Once mouse has knocked over glass, put piece of wood on top of glass.
7. Place statue on top of wood. Place more food on tower.
8. Once mouse has flown into vase, pan left ang take key.
9. Use key on sportsbag and take extension cord.
10. Use cord on video game.
11. Play game and complete levels. You will receive a code once the games is complete.
12. Use code on phone. You must take the handset off the base and push the button on the base. Click the button for each number. i.e. if code is 1234, click the button once and wait for it to say "1 beep", then click the button twice and wait for the responce and so on.
13. Once in the garden, you must use the mouse food again to lead the mice to the other side while. The mice must hit the lights in the correct order. Pretty much takes timing. Complete each round.
14. When you get to the end, you will see a dog. Place the bone in his mouth. The end.
I hope this walkthrough is not too confusing. This games takes more logic than a walkthrough can really provide.

ReplyDeleteTher is a bug in the game as I am pressing the right dog barking but its not accepting it.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought it was a bug, too, but it wasn't. You have to read the mission for each level carefully because at some point it will ask you to play the barking sequence in reverse order.
ReplyDeleteand also you to disregard the bark of the dog that gets red...dont count it off...

ReplyDeletewrite the number of the dog that barked in the URL or somewhere else, and if it means u need to repeat it backwards, u got the numbers ;)
just dont forget to ignore the bark of the dog that got red^^
this is so hard! the only way i could beat it was because of this! and i hate those mice! it took me like 3 hours!!
