ReplyDeleteFirst answer is
ReplyDeleteadder
Hi, tosca! Are you possibly on 8? or past it? Could you clue me in pls?
ReplyDeleteI wish this forum had spoiler tags, giving/getting hints is much more fun than getting the full answer.
In that note, if anyone reading this knows the answer to 8, a hint pls. pretty pls? ;)

ReplyDeletewell, the queen asked the mirror each day, prepared and cast spells, prepared magic potiosn, what's the common point with the nswer
ReplyDeletedosen't she look in a mirror and say somthing, but i can't figure it out
ReplyDeleteok, edit: I thought you guys were talking about question 3. the whole snow white thing is 3a
ReplyDeletewhen you guys talk about a question, make it clear if it's 1a or 1b, because the 3rd question is not question 3, it's actually question 2a, 4th question is 2b, and so on and so forth
2A:look at everything on the pencil, identify the 2nd image?, then pay attention to the way the 3rd image is, put them together, say it out loud and you get a phrase from a famous play
For 2A I was thinking: two be or not two be. Not right. Haha
ReplyDeleteI was stumped then haha lol i hope i no the next one lmao!!
ReplyDeletetosca, you're so close just change some of the words, 2 be literal is too much, so don't take too literally
ReplyDeleteI tought it was to be or Knot to be, but wrong answer

ReplyDeleteFor some-one speaking dutch I am doing good.
ReplyDeletethe palindrome tattarrattat.
all for one, one for all.
Okay, now what is the "proper name" of Squidward's house? All I can find is that it looks like an Easter Island Head.
ReplyDelete4a is Patrick
ReplyDelete(Spongebob reference)
Hey guys, no offense okay, but I don't think we're supposed to be giving out the full answers, try to keep it to hints, and only if ppl can't really get it should you give the full answer. I've seen other forums and none are giving out full answers. If they do, it's in private message. This is probably so that other ppl has to go thru what we've been thru, we can't do all the work for them, it wouldn't be fair and what fun would it be to just get the answers without working thru it? Doesn't feel good :D No thrill, and no proudness of one's self as you know that you didn't get to it on your own. It'd be fine I guess if we had spoiler tags here, but as such, even ppl that don't want the final answer would see it even if all they're looking for are hints.
ReplyDeletePlease, nobody get mad at me, just stating what I think is right, I mean no offense to anyone.
Ah, got it.
ReplyDeleteAnd the answer is....
....
moai
the large head statues can be found on Easter Island, vkacademy :)
ReplyDeleteOn this site we try to beat the game all togheter. Get your hints on another site.
ReplyDeleteAaaaaaaaaaaaaand totally stuck at 5a, "tyred."
ReplyDeleteIf we had a way to do cut tags and hidden spoilers, we would. Since you already know of other sites like that, you might want to not use this forum and use one of the other ones. No offense, like you said.
ReplyDeletei agree hints are better for a game like this, just try a hint first before giving the answer
ReplyDeleteokey ashlee, but sometimes ppl get really really stuck, and all what they find is hints probably don't help them, this is why we give sometimes te correct answer.
ReplyDeleteActually you're right about the spoilers tags. And i have another idea, is that it'll be sooo great if posting comments we'll be the way like msn or something like that, i mean, it's sometimes annoying to enter a word each time i want post a comment, or refresh to see the posted comments, i think that it'll be much better if we have just to authenticate and enter specific words just one time, thanks
Hey guys, sorry my computer went off! lol
ReplyDeletefinally got past 8, now on to 9
ReplyDeleteI hope you meant, OTHER ppl should get hints on other sites, as all they'll get here are the full answers... but if you meant me, then it's basically useless as so far nobody's where I am, I am the one that has been giving HINTS, not FULL answers. Because I don't want to ruin it for other players.
"Partially Vulcanized"
ReplyDeleteThink of Star Trek--what character is part human, part vulcan?
Answer: spock
:D
5a - a tv character who is partially vulcanised
ReplyDeletestuck on 5b
i agree with ashlee marr...if we work together we can still hint but answers are not neccessary...3 ppl dont rule the forum...
ReplyDeleteOkay, so are we posting hints or answers now?
ReplyDeleteWhats 4b guys?? Please help, coz m behind you all
ReplyDeleteAny hints on 6a? I'm at a loss.
ReplyDeleteNever mind, i got it
ReplyDelete***6a, Smells Fishy
ReplyDeleteashlee, care to throw a hint out for 7a? stumped
ReplyDelete6a...did you pay attention in the tutorial??...lol
ReplyDelete6a i don't think the fish is a herring, not sure what kind it is
ReplyDelete*dies* I forgot, lol! Thanks tasha, I'm brilliantly slow today.
ReplyDeleteOk I've got the right answer. Up to the next level now.
ReplyDeleteI personally don't mind really, I was just thinking of other players that are just starting out, if do they really want to see the all out answer? But if everyone's used to it, then I guess so be it. I just hope the ppl that are playing after us will really do some of the work(guilty conscience talkin' to you yet?) themselves and not rely on other ppl's answers...
ReplyDeleteAs for me, I'm glad to help, happy to really, but all I can promise are hints, not full answers, sorry :<
Now, let's get a crackin' on this puzzle :)
wopps i don't remember the tutorial
ReplyDeleteI meant that since there really isn't a way to do hidden replies, and since not everyone can give good hints (or understand hints given, especially if they are cultural specific) then we DO generally give each other the answers here. Clues and hints are great, but even so, we also give each other answers outright. So if that bothers anyone, they might want to go to a forum where spoilers CAN be hidden. I certainly don't want to "ruin" anyone's fun.
ReplyDeletehint for 6b anyone??
ReplyDeletei agree with vkacademy, if you dont want to know the answer dont read the forum!! simple!
ReplyDeleteLeslie...
ReplyDeleteThink <3..
@vkacademy : you're right
ReplyDeleteAnd lets get on beating this game togheter.
@zeegey, start with the license plate + what you see on it

ReplyDeleteBoy, I am an idiot...lol. Sheesh!
ReplyDeletenw leslie!
ReplyDeleteReally stuck on 7a!! Help please
ReplyDeleteDoes ANYone have 7a?
ReplyDeleteIf some-one would care to post a walkthrough afterwards, it is always fun for some people, spanish or like me dutch, to see how you all did it and to learn some of your tricks.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm stuck by the language and I quit. See you all.
@tasha, not a song, more like a tv show, THEN the car in that tv show(notice orange background on the puzzle-same color of car) then... umm let me know if you need further hints :)
ReplyDeletecompletely clueless. ive tried 1976 famous horses, horses that have names in common with cars, famous ford mustangs lol everything.
ReplyDeleteIf it's an American TV show, there's probably a bit of a problem for those who aren't from the US or don't watch a lot of TV. Tosca, don't go!
ReplyDeletedukes of hazzard? i tried that cars name awhile ago. =(
ReplyDeletehmm....I tried "mr ed" but it didn't work

ReplyDeleteokay, here's the rest of my hint:
ReplyDeleteGoogle: 76 CNH license plate-should take you to a site about a tv show, THEN the car in that tv show(notice orange background on the puzzle-same color of car), name of said car and then where that car got its name(which is a person-> that's right, SIR, yes SIR, it's a person SIR!), finally this person's favorite horse.
Tried "general lee," "the general lee," "lee."

ReplyDeleteThe "Esc" button.
ReplyDeleteEsc
ReplyDeletehaha lmao, my mum works in a tesco lmao
