  19. Lighten up folks. If you see a really long post (and you can use your peripheral vision to do so) you can assume they are walkthroughs and scroll past them

At any rate, I know what #6 is but apparently she's used some bizarre spelling of the name? Or knows the tale by a different title? Sadly, the thing about fairy tales and nursery rhymes is that there are multiple titles possible in some cases.

  20. By the way, my kid brother likes to come here and play games, so if you can refrain from dropping f-bombs, that'd be great.

  44. That was fun! again again!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I'm stuck on #14 (the guy with the pie) also, even with Heloed's VERY helpful HINT-based walkthrough.

(I don't know what the big deal is, no one is forcing anyone to read it [besides, some people just like to see the game but aren't very good at them - my Grandmother was like that with books, she would flip to the end to see how it turned out before even reading the rest!] and it's pretty easy to tell what it is without having to read it. I imagine that most people are like me & try the game until they get stuck - then look to the boards to see if anyone's figured it out and then go right back to the game!

No matter what, though, there is no call for the type of language that was used to be directed at anyone!

If Heloed or anyone else wants to post hints/walkthroughs then that is what the forum is for! It doesn't really matter when it is posted! For you the game *just* came out, two days from now I'm sure that someone will be playing the game on here for the first time - to them if the walkthrough was posted 5 minutes after the game or 5 minutes before they started it themselves doesn't make much of a difference.

Please, for everyone's sake, try to be more tolerant.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Right, I am stuck on how to answer - I know what the first fairy tale is, I just can't seem to get the right spelling, or put the right words in.

Could someone please tell me how many words are in the answer - two, or six? and if it's the six, has it been pluralised with an 'f' (instead of the grammatically correct 've')?

    ReplyDelete
  56. tunde, is that the one with the BEANS,he sold a cow for them!!

    ReplyDelete
  57. @Sebastian: there are only two words in the answer. Make sure you put the level number (which is 1 in this case) after your answer.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Thanks Alli - although I must have been making a small mistake, as I am definitely certain I wrote that four times. It must have been your help that made it work!
