I finally figured out the stupid number pad clue. You have to spell one of the 8 zillion names for Christmas using the number of the letter to represent the letter, ie a=1, e=5, y=25, etc., hitting enter between the letters. & of course, it's one of the lesser used names. It's 8 letters. If you want more clues, let me know. Or even just the answer. But it definitely made me want to throw a log...a flaming one at that...

The game was buggy, picking up the bullets were tedious, the piano was nice and the questions were a good idea, question number 5 was a stretch, and shooting the collar was more of a hassle than fun. The code on the wall was impossible. Don't waste your time. >:-( not worth it

The user has to pick up the gun in the corner
Under the piano is some bullets
Use the bullets with the gun and click on the window
The user now has to play a sniper game
The user has to shoot the rope and free the dog
The dog now delivers a key

A key is hanging in the tree in the middle of decorations

There is a computer screen with a quiz on it

If you still having trouble shooting the leash. Try You Tube and search for 'christmas escape walkthrough' and scroll down a bit. You hold the target in position and wait till the dog is clear.
