    ReplyDelete
  13. There's an equation in the puzzle

    ReplyDelete
  14. You can light the fire in the fireplace, and get a nail from it. Then put the nail in the crack in the wall and hang the calendar...then stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  17. grrrrrrr gotta restart i think

    ReplyDelete
  18. books go on fireplace, glass goes on top. It shines a light on opposite wall when candles are lit...now what?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Ok, I lit the candles but I can't take them... what are they for?

    ReplyDelete
  20. Light the candles on top of fireplace with the lighter too!

    ReplyDelete
  21. my guess is the answer has to be reversed because below the equation it says password but spelled backwards

    ReplyDelete
  22. I got the calendar on the wall, put the books on the fireplace with the glass, and got the beam of light...but when I looked at the other wall, my calendar was gone. :(

    ReplyDelete
  23. uhh how to light the fire in the fire place?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Does anyone have any idea what the "long*short" means on the hint? Only two things I need for the safe numbers.

  48. you could have told us where the safe was when you found it fabulous....??

    ReplyDelete
  49. The safe is in the locked drawer. You need to get the key when you put the clock arrow (that's underneath the present) back on the clock and it will give you the key.

Is anybody else's calender disappearing from inventory like mine is? I've tried reloading it a bunch of times and it keeps doing that :/

    ReplyDelete
  50. Well, I put the calendar on the wall, the stack of books and glass on the fireplace, and a ray of light points the 6th December... I don't understand the « long* short" hint...

    ReplyDelete
  51. I can't figure out the clue, either. I thought Long*Short meant the hands of the clock but that doesn't seem to be working for me.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I wasn't looking at the whole equation....it is 12*4+1225-6 (the day the light shines on...enter it backwards and you get the key for the door.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Thanks a lot, trustngod !

  60. I think the songs are O Come, O Come Emmanuel and Carol of the Bells. I've never heard this arrangement, but I suspect it is by Manheim Steamroller.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  62. mumma - the last song is called "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)" by the rock band Savatage. Several members of Savatage later reformed as Trans-Siberian Orchestra and have released several albums of Christmas music in this style.
