ReplyDeleteThanks. I'm trying again to see if I can find all the cards, but I think it's getting a little buggy on me. First there was no fire extinguisher, so I reloaded. Then I was missing the card under the couch cushion. We'll see if this time works.

ReplyDeleteI got a 200 for the circle, a 17 for the triangle. I put the transparencies into the clipboard and got square triangle circle star. I cannot take the paper out of the clipboard or use the blue star paper anywhere in it. Also, someone mentioned that there is a number under one of the sofa boards--i have clicked everywhere on the left sofa board and cannot find it.
Nevermind about the number under the board on the left sofa. I got it after the millionth click!

@eleni use your screwdriver on the 2 front clips and then you can take out the paper

Shino, I think you have to apply math properties...Multiply the two digits first, then do the add and subtract. You should get a 4 digit number then.

ReplyDelete- Pick up helmet on table
- Pick up star paper under right sofa cushion
- Pick up number card under left sofa cushion
- Go to posters above left sofa
- Click on right corner of bottom poster to pick up helmet sticker
- Click plant beside sofa until leaf falls. Click the blue switch to turn off the fan
- Go to fan and pick up key
- Click on photo frame to see pictures below
- Arrange the sections on the right side of cabinet based on one of the pictures (card with most green, card with yellow, clock, calendar, colorful icons, japanese words)
- Now you can open the drawers below
- Pick up number card and helmet
- Click to right of drawers to pick up fire extinguisher
- Use key from fan to open locker
- Pick up last helmet
- Go back to helmet rack
- One of the helmets doesn’t have a sticker. Zoom in and paste the sticker you picked up
- Arrange the helmets based on the names on the rack
- Solve slider puzzle to get key
- Picture in slider puzzle shows screwdriver on right leg of table between sofas
- Use key to open left drawers in cabinet
- Pick up extinguisher stand, click again to get key under drawer ‘base’
- Use key on middle of cabinets
- Pick up valve, transparency roll, temperature sensor, yellow tag
- Select yellow tag, press red button, then the red character. It will turn around to a blue character. Click behind to see 39 degrees
- Go to yellow box on floor beside floor. Put fire extinguisher and stand there
- Pick up green key hanging from the sign
- Go to pipes in wall. Temperature sensor appears. Click red button to turn it on
- Use green key on red lock on 3rd pipe from left. Pick up red thing, open it to get number card inside
- Put valve onto 2nd pipe
- Adjust the pipe flows until you get 39 degrees
- Go back to middle of cabinet and turn the valve. It should say READY and open the left bottom drawer
- Put temperature sensor and yellow tag into bottom drawer. Click key to turn and open the glass display
- Go to red box, pick up lighter and transparency roll inside
- Pick up number card under no smoking stand
- Collect broom
- Zoom into broom stand and collect number card
- Pick up number card on left light from roof
- Hang broom in locker and open secret panel on left of locker. Pick up signboard
- Go back to broom stand. With signboard selected, click the metal pieces and they will rotate until you can put your signboard there
- Click on clock and use screwdriver on bottom. Clock turns into spotlight
- Turn off light in room, go left and see lighted spot on floor
- Turn on light again and go to the spot and pick up transparency roll
- Pick up clipboard on right side of locker
- Select clipboard, open it by clicking the flaps on the bottom of the clipboard, remove paper inside
- Unroll transparency and put all inside to see (square + triangle x circle – Star)
- Select paper inside and use star paper on it to get star number
- Triangle number is inside red sign above extinguisher, circle number is below the No Smoking stand, square is on wooden piece on left sofa arm
- Number goes into the door
- Other number cards: gap left of locker, on left sofa, under no smoking card on small table between sofas, behind poster between sofas (NOTE THAT THE POSITIONS OF NUMBER CARDS CHANGE WITH EVERY GAME!!!)
- Put all cards onto door. (21 year 01 month 29 day on top, 4 digit number below)
- Go to right drawer and click red buttons
- When you click the top red button, a pipe appears under the clock. Pick up the pipe.
- Click the bottom red button to open the door
I went out without smoking my cigarette and peed in my pants too. :(
Maybe someone can try with smoking the cigarette. You can throw your used cigarette in the red box by the way.

I have a feeling the pipe was suppose to go on the stand the broom was but thanks to a bug it gets placed there regardless if you have it or not.

As promised, here is a list of where to find the cards that go in the door. Keep in mind that they are in different spots each game (which is why there are more than 10). Also, I'm probably missing at least one spot, because I haven't managed to get all ten cards in one game. (I'm also getting really good at the darn slide puzzle.

Thanks Martin! Does anyone know how to get the valves to 39 degrees?
ReplyDeleteThe easiest way for me to set the valves was...from left to right...each has 3 positions so select the middle position for the first three and then adjust with the last (r/h) valve. It may differ from game to game but that has worked for me each time.
ReplyDeleteI'm having trouble with my code. I've rechecked the maths and it seems to be the right code but it's 5 digits and there are 6 numbers on the top row of the door panel. I've tried putting a Zero at the beginning or the end but doesn't work.

ReplyDeleteIs there NO-ONE who can post the slider solution? I worked on it for like a 1/2 hour last night and 1/2 hour today. I'm hopeless with them. I get the whole damn thing together except two are out of place, then I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them in place. And, yes, I've worked from left to right. And I've tried working from top to bottom or bottom to top...doesn't WORK.

ReplyDeleteBy the way. If you get a white screen ending, be patient and wait a minute and you'll see a loading bar come up. When it's done you'll see your ending.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I found a bug. You can pt up the sign behind the glass wall before getting the while plastic pole.
I normally hate slider puzzles, but this one is possible....start with the lights and dark grey, rotate up to the top, (using the top two rows rotate around and pull down into the middle gap to switch around pieces),then the next line, the hard bit is the bottom two rows, but try rotating them around and pulling the middle piece down when you have a gap.

BTW: getting job depends on no smoking or "safe" smoking (venting smoke from room and using ashtray), pissing is triggered by 7.5h of game play.
I got the happy ending! I tried to do a very clean run-through. No messing around with the transparencies, cigarettes etc.

You get a different end if you don't open the cigarettes, that you have from the start, don't open the clock, don't get the lighter, (don't try to open the fan while it is still on->not sure anymore) and don't use the button for the small number-plate-code.
ReplyDeleteActually it is impossible to get it right from the start, since if you get any of the transparencies, you will get the end with the guy peeing in his pants and him being rejected by the company. So you have to remember what the transparencies said and don't to use them when retrying.
The introduction says in short, that the guy is applying in an unconventional with signs dealing company. After he was shown around, he has to wait in that room, but when after 30 minutes nobody comes and he has to use the toilet, he recognizes, that the door is shut.
When you escape, there is written, that the whole setup was the application test to see if the guy can deal with security. If you get it right, than he gets the job (but there is no toilet anyway XD)
The hiding places of the number plates and the numbers you have to use for the calculation are partly different every time you start over, so rather save the game, if you want to retry ^^

ReplyDeleteThere is a major problem with this game identified by many that did it when it first came out. For some, there is no fire extinguisher. I've tried several times and there is no extinguisher anywhere for me so I cannot finish the game. Frustrating.
