  43. Thanks tinnam The code blue box it's the same. Good!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. amg: dont know. i copied them on a piece of paper the best i could and then looked at the symbols to see which looked the same...

  46. @ tinnan:

  48. it is the small lines that is the code. hard to see, i know

    ReplyDelete
  49. aaaaarrrrrgh!

i just zoomed my window - and now the "lines" are bigger than before... they arent lines anymore but rectangles (like word shows it, when you didnt install the right font)

    HELP!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  50. amg: look well black simbols and then put they in green box according their forme. Try it.

    ReplyDelete
  51. @ cece: i dont understand what you mean, sorry!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Tinnan: Do you get code for grey box in drawer 3?

    ReplyDelete
  53. @ cece: do you mean the sign in the floor-code? these are more than 4. and i only have rectangles right above the door, no signs.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Slider puzzle = bye bye for me.

    ReplyDelete
  55. The 4 sign are at top right in the door scene. Sorry my english, it's difficult to me.

    ReplyDelete
  56. @ cece: non of the signs in the box is similiar to the ones in the floor.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I hate slidder puzzles.

    ReplyDelete
  58. @ cece: no prob - engish is difficult for me as well.

my prob with th code for the green box is the following:
i put in the numbers in the floorcode. the floorcode changed to japanese signs. then i took a look at the screen with the door, but i could only see 4 very small lines. when i zoomed my screen there where only 4 rectangels but NO japanese signs.

    is it a bug?

    ReplyDelete
  59. The 4 signs are too together. Try to separate in 4 simbols similars at green box.

    ReplyDelete
  60. If you are 4 rectangles maybe your code is all red.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Tinnan: Are you here? Help me please.

    ReplyDelete
  62. @ cece: only red didnt work...

    ReplyDelete
  63. amg, you have the same problem as me, we need a program to change the rectangles to japanese, i wish i knew where to find it

    ReplyDelete
  64. Stuck at grey box in bottom drawer. Could anyone help me please?

    ReplyDelete
  65. i think i have to restart

    ReplyDelete
  66. amg: do you understand spanish language?

    ReplyDelete
  67. AMG I have the same problem.

    ReplyDelete
  68. anyone can explain the grey/blue box that fell on the floor and how to figure out that code?

    ReplyDelete
  69. amg, dejavu, we can't play the game without a japanese font program, i've been looking for over an hour for a program

    ReplyDelete
  70. blue box hint:

Get the key from the green box. open 2nd drawer, click the front of the drawer, a grey panel will pop out, look at the characters and match them to those on the writing on the scroll, use those positions to turn blue box to black.

    ReplyDelete
  71. on no...clicked out of the screen and lost game. enough for me. I wouldnt be able to finish anyway since my computer wont translate the little lines over the door for the green box code.

good luck to the rest of you. see you next game!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Ruff, I'm with you. Where is Tinnan?

    ReplyDelete
  73. The green box code is not on the door. It is under the shelf to the right of the door.

    ReplyDelete
  74. @ sabrina: ah! now i understand what kind of program you are lokking for. i think it is a kind of update for the adobe flash player?

    ReplyDelete
  75. @Sabrina...i couldnt find one either. sucks for us!!

@Ruff ..hi again! it was nice playing with you again for the few minutes I was here. I'm going to enjoy some more of the sunshine and then I'm off to a cookout!
    Good luck everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Let me give you the green box code. It is green, red, purple and white. That should give you a black key for the 2nd drawer.

    ReplyDelete
  77. @dejavu, have a nice day then!

    ReplyDelete
  78. everyone's green box code is different. I tried several from earlier posts and none worked. I jumped back into game real quick to see if yours worked but it didnt'.. but thank you anyway. have fun!

    ReplyDelete
  79. just found on http://tokyo-environment2005.uzu.uni-halle.de/japanese_font/ :
"In the case of your PC does not support the Japanese language (do the following):

    WindowsXP
system control –> options for regions and languages, tab “Languages” –> additional support of languages –> activate “Files for East Asiatic Languages” –> take over
you need the Windows XP-CD and must restart the PC"

this is to much work for a little game, i think. so ill give up and wish everybody fun with the game!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Any progress with box in drawer 3? I need help.

    ReplyDelete
  81. If green box code is different for every game, then we must follow the characters under the shelf to the right of the door to get the key.

My method for matching foreign languages:
Use print screen and paint to get a quick picture. Then go back to game and do a match.

    ReplyDelete
  82. @cecepons, I'm stuck at where you are!

    ReplyDelete
  83. amg: are you get your code for green box? I think we dont need know japanes language for this.

    ReplyDelete
  84. @ cece: the prob is, that our computers dont show the japanese signs, but only rectangels. we dont have to understand the signs that is rights, but we have to see them, so we can compare them with the ones of the green box. and because our computers dont show the signs we cant compare them - understand what i mean?

    ReplyDelete
  85. @cecepons, are you still here?

    ReplyDelete
  86. ok, ill restart my pc now and will try the game again - will be back soon - hope it will work.

    ReplyDelete
  87. ok, im back again - and will replay ...

    ReplyDelete
  88. @ sabrina: IT WORKED!!!!!

what windows-system do you use? xp or another one? i can give you instruction what you have to do!

    ReplyDelete
  89. ok, got the key an found a paper with a hint in the second drawer. what now?

    ReplyDelete
  90. amg, thank you, i have windows ep, but i don't have the disc, can i still install the program ?

    ReplyDelete
  91. @amg, click greyish line in front of 2nd drawer to get hint for blue box.

    ReplyDelete
  92. i managed without the cd - just try like i mentioned before:

system control –> options for regions and languages, tab “Languages” –> additional support of languages –> activate “Files for East Asiatic Languages” –> take over

but i had to restart the pc

    ReplyDelete
  93. And how many balls are you? I have only a red ball.

    ReplyDelete
  94. for everybody who wants to try it. my green box code was:

    green, purple, brown, red

    ReplyDelete
  95. Where is the last gem ? I've got the red and the blue ones.

    ReplyDelete
  96. @pascale, where did you get the blue gem? Please tell!

    ReplyDelete
  97. @ ruff: i clicked on the grey line and found the same symbols on the "picture" above the table. i marked the switches on the blue box, but it didnt open?

    ReplyDelete
  98. @ sabrina: if you are german and have probs with installing i can halp in german language - just let me know!

    ReplyDelete
  99. @amg, when you have turn the buttons for the 4 characters to black, press the white bar to open box.

One important thing, the scroll is read from right to left, so the characters on the right side should correspond to those on top line of the blue box; vice versa for those on left of scroll.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Where is blue ball? Please!!! I'm discouraged, any progress.

    ReplyDelete
  101. @amg, I might as well give you the code for the blue box.
Turn 2nd and 5th on top row to black, and 1st, 3rd and 5th on bottom row to black.

    ReplyDelete
  102. thank you so much amg ! i got it now ! WOOO HOOO !!!

    ReplyDelete
  103. -0---0
    0-0--0
    for blue box.

    ReplyDelete
  104. @ ruff: i think this code is different for me too, but ill try. thank you for the explanation!

    ReplyDelete
  105. @ ruff: it was the same code - i just didnt see the 3rd symbol...

    ReplyDelete
  106. W B W W W B
    B W B W W B

    ReplyDelete
  107. amg: I wait you in the third drawer.

    ReplyDelete
  108. @ sabrina: yeah! :-)

@ ruff: what to do with the srewdriver?

    ReplyDelete
  109. opened the third drawer - and found the next puzzle....

    ReplyDelete
  110. Ruff, it was explained in an earlier comment : first, you have to remove something from the spyhole of the door (the door must be opened), then you have to use it... somewhere... then, you have to switch off the lignt and search the blue spot, then... (-:

    ReplyDelete
  111. omg! what kind of puzzle is this??? did anybody solve this?

    ReplyDelete
  112. stuck on the third drawer, don't understand the puzzle box, any help please

    ReplyDelete
  113. Can't get stupid me slider puzzle I don't understand hows is suppose to go..Mmmm I am dumb...

    ReplyDelete
  114. @pascale, I'm still trying to remove thing from spyhole!

    ReplyDelete
  115. Pascale: do you know solution at puzzle of third drawer?

    ReplyDelete
  116. and what sphyloe are you talking about????

    ReplyDelete
  117. No wonder I cannot "remove thing from spyhole". My door is not opened!

    ReplyDelete
  118. I'm still stuck with the 3rd drawer puzzle box. I'll save game and try to solve it later. I must take a coffee break now. See you all!

    ReplyDelete
  119. Cecepons, see post #119 (Siouxana gave the solution).

    ReplyDelete
  120. Thanks Pascale, got key now!

    ReplyDelete
  121. I've just decided to delay my coffee break to see if I could finish this game.

    ReplyDelete
  122. ok solved the thrid drawer and got key - but dont know how to explain it. and i dont remember the symbols for sure, but i try to explain:

i think the symbols have to follow each other logical in the following direction:

start with the left up one, then
    right right right right, then
down left left left left, then
    down right right right right

(like the hint in the second drawer shows you)

in the first row you take the symbol for division (the one with the two points)

in the secon row you take either the symbol with the peak-hill and the point or the one that looks like the paek hill with the point but the lines do not touch

in the third row you take first the symbol with the two points and second the note without colour in the head

im very sorry for my english!!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. THANK YOU Tinnan for the hint for blue box! I just couldn't connect the characters, but you had the same code I did. You really saved me :)

    ReplyDelete
  124. ok, im stuck again!

i put the key under the picture of the projector and got another hint. what now???

    ReplyDelete
  125. welcome back ruff!

if youre fram germany i can explain the code in german to you, or i try it again in english if you like. and as i just saw (ofcourse after solving the code) it was explained before in the "older posts" number 119.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Thanks amg. Open box at end and get a key. Thanks, I understand you.

    ReplyDelete
  127. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=24A66277-CD9F-4332-A6F1-52B85A6470BD&displaylang=EN

Maybe this is what you need, Sabrina.
It's a japanese language pack for Office.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Now I can remove again simbols of the floor!!!

    ReplyDelete
  129. I just got 2nd key (a white one) from green box, have opened door and got a lens from spyhole.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Hmmm sorry about that, should have refreshed before posting :D
Didn't realise I was responding on an old post.

    amg:
Turn off the lights and see what colored line matches every shelf. They are all at a different height now.
Use those colors on the green box again.

    ReplyDelete
  131. @ cece: youre welcome :-)

    ReplyDelete
  132. Here is a screen from the code of the third drawer:

    http://img22.imageshack.us/my.php?image=code3schubladevonunten.png

    ReplyDelete
  133. @ ruff: how? i got the lense from the door - but cant do anythin gwith it..

    ReplyDelete
  134. Get yellow ball. But I dont found blue ball. Where is it???

    ReplyDelete
  135. blue ball is inside lock of 2nd drawer. Where is the yellow ball please?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Yellow ball in spyhole also.

    ReplyDelete
  137. ok found red and blue ball:

red in the puzzle of the table

blue one: open door take lense from doorview. open first drawer, put lense in the middle of the puzzle. turn off light. have a look at the picture of the projector. it shows a blue poit at the second drawer. switch on light. open second drawer. click on grey line (dont know if its neccessary, but i did it). click on white keywhole. it opens and you get blue ball

where is the last ball (yellow)?

    ReplyDelete
  138. can't find yellow ball

    ReplyDelete
  139. I get all balls. Can I exit or I must to do somthing more before?

    ReplyDelete
  140. cant find yellow ball in door-spy

    ReplyDelete
  141. when I click the spy hole it's written get out wonder area, but no yellow ball

    ReplyDelete
  142. @cecepons, cannot find yellow gem in spyhole. Only see the message "get out wonder area". I try to use it inside trap door as we used "powdered green tea" but I don't have a number for the letter "u"!

    ReplyDelete
  143. click on the spyhole in the door again to find the yellow ball.

You can go out now cece :)
Outside you can click the balls again to get something extra.

    ReplyDelete
  144. cecepons never mind you can go back to the room even after going out

    ReplyDelete
  145. Click the message of spyhole.

    ReplyDelete
  146. cece: i think you can exit... i would do so ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  147. @ cece: but where did you find the yellow ball?

    ReplyDelete
  148. Ohhh forgot about the code in trapdoor :)
    You're almost there Ruff.
Translate every letter to numbers, but leave the symbol for U as it is.

    ReplyDelete
  149. I'm feeling very dumb now, I clicked the message like a hundred times, still no yellow ball for me

    ReplyDelete
  150. i clicked on the message but nothing happend...

    ReplyDelete
  151. OUT;OUT;OUT!!! THANKS ALL!!

    ReplyDelete
  152. @amg, go to trap door on floor, enter numbers representing Geto_twonderarea. The "u" in out is actually upsidedown "n"; therefore keep the "upside down 2" unchanged in the code. After that, get yellow gem.

    ReplyDelete
  153. ok beachfun thanks, should've said that before

    ReplyDelete
  154. I got all three gem and out!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Maybe click back spyhole. I dont remember well.

    ReplyDelete
  156. @ j@de and amg:
You have to open the trapdoor again, and use the hints from the book, and enter a code to form the sentense:
    Get out wonder area.
Except for U, leave the character as it is.

    ReplyDelete
  157. OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

i miss-clicked and no my game is closed --- ok one more time!

please solve the yellowball prob in the time i restart... please!

    ReplyDelete
  158. The place of letter U leave the japanes letter there is.

    ReplyDelete
  159. great game, thanks for the tip beachfun

    ReplyDelete
  160. Didn't you save before, amg?
    Hope you did :)
And read my previous post for yellow ball :)

    ReplyDelete
  161. You're welcome j@de :)
    Enjoyed this game pretty much.
Enjoyed the whole series to be honest :D

    ReplyDelete
  162. Got to go! Thank you all for great hints.

    ReplyDelete
  163. ok just replayed it - where can i find the yello ball?

    ReplyDelete
  164. ok i try your hints - but dont understand them by now

    ReplyDelete
  165. still someone ther? i cant change the symbols in the floor....?????

    ReplyDelete
  166. ok first i had to look at the spyhole.... but i still dont understand your hints. what numbers do i have to put in?

    ReplyDelete
  167. GOT IT!!!!! thank you to everybody!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  168. amg: look book again ad change message spyhole for numbers. Where go letter U leave japanes simbol there is.

    ReplyDelete
  169. thank you cece! you helped me a lot in this game!!!

    is anyboda writing a walkthrough?

    ReplyDelete
  170. I hope someone do a walkthrough on this one

    ReplyDelete
  171. I hate slider puzzles so much. I can't solve one portion unless I mess up another portion, and then to fix that portion I have to mess up the portion I previously solved. I really do not know the trick to it, and I'm sick of trying.

    ReplyDelete
  172. second trap door code: 7150, then Japanese mark like number 2 upside down then 53029184814

    ReplyDelete
  173. @ tb: its not that easy, but you can manage it. you have to decide where to begin and than make a worm and you have to remember which way the worm goes. and after a while everythin gis at the right place. was this understandable - my english is not that good....

    ReplyDelete
  174. walkthrough:

(MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PC CAN READ JAPANESE!!! IF IT DOESNT LOOK AT MY EXPLANATION NUMBER 84 - you will have to restart your pc, so dont do it within the game)
first wait a long time to load.

look on table an solve puzzle in grey box. you get a red ball.

above the table is a "picture" with japanese signs on it. zoom in. click on little orange pin. zoom out. the shelf to the left came down. zoom in and take handle.

look under table and get disc. look at spyhole and remember symbols. open first drawer and put switch on the right symbols you have seen in the spyhole. (but make sure that you turn the hint of the spyhole so the triangles head goes upside.) click on the middle switch. close the drawer.

above the drawer is a projector. it should have power now. put in the disc. click on the grey button.

turn to the view with the door. switch of light. turn right. you see a picture from the projector. click on it. it shows you a trapdoor. switch on light again.

go to the trapdoor. zoom in floor, where trapdoor should be and use handle on little holes. open drapdoor and take rake. zoom in buttons. switch the buttons to the following numbers (only hell knows why):

    60391819 78112 514

the buttons turn to japanese symbols.

turn back to door-view. right up from the door, under the right shelf there should be 4 japanese symbols now. (if you only see lines or rectangles your pc cant read japanese language and you have to follow my instructions from post nr. 84). rembember the symbols.

go to the view with the table. zoom in the green box in the wall. put in the symbols you have seen right above the door. you get a key.

open second drawer with key. remember hint on paper youll need it later. click on grey line. remember symbols on grey line. have look at the "picture" above the table.

use rake with blue box. it falls down. zoom in the box. switch grey the x-marked buttons:

take crank. use crank with wooden box in one corner right from the drawer. use crank and the shelf comes down. take srewdriver.

take a look at the blue box-view again. theres a little white point on the left side of the drawer. use the srewdriver with it.

open the last drawer. you find another puzzle. remember the hint from the second drawer and put in the logical missing symbols:

first row: division sign with points (4th symbol)
second row: two diagonal lines not crossing with a point(1st symbol)
third row: three points (3rd smbol) and note without filled head (4th symbol)

click on red button and get key

turn off light. look at pictore of projector again and use there the key. click on key and the picture shows lines from one corner to the other. remember the direction. than take a look at every corner. the shelfs have different levels. remember the colour of every shelf and the directions of the lines. turn on light again.

go to green box. put in the colours like the shelf and the directions on the picture showed you:

    pink, blue, white, brown

get key. use key with door. open door, but dont leave. first you have to get the last two balls:

take lense from spyhole (the door must be open, when you do so). open first drawer. put lense in the middle of the puzzle. switch of light. take a look at the picture of the projector. recognize, that there is a blue point at the middle drawer. switch on light. open middle drawer. click on lock. it gives you the blue ball.

close door. have a look at the spyhole again. it says:

    Get out wonder area

Take a look at the book on the table it gives you numbers for the letters:

    G = 7
    E = 1
    T = 5
    O = 0
U = no number, it stays like it is
    W = 3
    N = 2
    D = 9
    R = 8
    A = 4

go to the trap door. write there "get out wonder area" in numbers:

    7150-53029184814

go back to the closed door click on spyhole again and you get the yellow ball.

open door and leave. outside click on the balls again.

    youre out!

  176. Wow, we're getting good here.

    Time to play...

did anyone ever find the real exit from Loom Above though?

  177. i think the number u key in in the trapdoor comes from the "powdered green tea" u see when u off the light. the hint is in the book on the table, and the d --> p (180 degree) under the table.

  178. Claire, the biggest tell tale sign is in the book on the table and under the table.

My problem is finding a solution for the Blue box and the puzzle that goes with the clue for the second drawer.

I know there's a walkthrough here already, but I'm not reading it.

  180. Why do I feel left out now?

I wish they could go back to the Fake Room Escapes instead...I feel...unfulfilled. :(

Finding the extras don't seem to be worth it, ya know?

finding the Yellow ball was tricky along with the puzzle in the third drawer.
