    * HELP FOR SAW MACHINE *

There are 2 Buttons on each side. Click on them to prevent the saw from reaching your arm! If the saw is heading towards your arm from LEFT, click on the LEFT-SIDE BUTTON to move it's direction, but it will appear back on the RIGHT-SIDE OF THE SCREEN. Click on the RIGHT-SIDE BUTTON to move it's direction!

Once the Saw Glows/Highlights, the process is reversed. Do the same, but when the Saw comes from LEFT-SIDE, click on the RIGHT-SIDE BÙTTON to change it's direction. If the Saw Glows/Highlights once more, the buttons are as you started. You'll have to do this in about 10 seconds!

  63. Geez Tosca! Spoiler alerts man! You ruined the ending for me! I was just looking for a way to beat that d*mned machine. I swear thing must've cut off 17 of my arms, how they keep growing back is a mystery to me... >_<

  64. BAD, BAD, BAD BAD GAME!

ANY time you put a TIMER in one of these games, you ruin it. Not all computers have processors fast enough to handle it, and not all of us grew up in this video game age and just don't have the reflexes. It's bad enough that you put arcade games in puzzle games (if we WANTED to play arcade games, we wouldn't be playing escape games), but DO NOT EVER make them timed!!!!

I had to come back to this game on another computer just to get past the stupid hammering. EVERY single time a game changes my perfectly good cursor to one of its own, it becomes unresponsive (slows down way too much). But then to follow it up with an arcade game like that machine?? UNforgiveable.

I'm sorry to rant, but I have no idea how else to tell these game designers that they are ruining perfectly good games by trying to put in "arcade-style action." You see, escape-the-room games are at heart puzzle games. BRAIN games, as opposed to REFLEX games. It's like sitting down with a good crossword or sudoku. We relish the enjoyment of discovery, of flexing our mind muscle, and the satisfaction that comes with uncovering the answer. This is intriguing, and believe it or not, relaxing.

We do not want the raised-heart-beat stress-induced oh-mi-god-i've-gotta-beat-the-clock-quick-here-comes-another-thing-to-hit-aagh of arcade games. They are two vastly different genres, and all these people trying to co-mingle the two are just ruining them. I'm supposed to ENJOY playing the game, not walk away in frustration and anger. Thanks for nothing with this one.

P.S.- Yes, I do appreciate that these games are free, and I fully understand that if I don't like them I don't have to play. I DO appreciate all the designers that put their time and effort in to making these fabulous games, and then offering them to us to play for FREE, no less. I just want them to realize how frustrating it is to trick us into playing a puzzle game, then frustrate us as the game becomes un-finishable (which causes severe stress for us puzzle gamers to have to walk away without finishing) because they put arcade games inside. Whenever they do that, they should offer a 'skip game' option. Just like the games that include music offer a 'mute music' option.
