ReplyDeleteGood morning
ReplyDeleteok, loading
ReplyDeleteUsed both ears on the wall, pulled a switch but I don't know what it did. Got a precious stone, a stool and a board
ReplyDeleteMorning =)
ReplyDeleteOk, the switch opens the basement, but you need a light to be able to see in it.
ReplyDeleteso far found a kind of brush, stool and 4 wooden things and a red ball
ReplyDeletefound a place for 2 wooden things under the 3 pictures, can move them
ReplyDeletei have a switch now under the middle picture
ReplyDeleteHmm, found a red bead by putting the stool next to the lamp. Can't use it in the basement, although it does seem light-emitting
ReplyDeleteThe red orb can be used in the lock puzzle to make all the upward facing arrows turn red.
ReplyDeleteI feel a little stupid, where is the basement, my switch is down
ReplyDeletehi all. gabi where are all the wooden things only found one and put it under left poster??
ReplyDeletesorry sue, but i can not remember exactly, look in the boxes and shelf with vases

ReplyDeletei have a torch!
ReplyDeleteGabi, where be the torch?
ReplyDeleteGabi, you know where the switch is? The basement is directly right of that.
ReplyDeleteHELP- clicking like mad and dont find second wooden "ear" for right poster!!! PLZ
ReplyDeleteThe easiest way to it is by looking at the chests and facing left (the chests have to be filling up the screen, so you are able to open them)
ReplyDeletenot exactly, boxes? shelf with vases... sorry, where is the basemant gareth i have light
ReplyDeleteI'm very sure that the second ear is on the left hand side of the stand with the pots on.
ReplyDeleteah, look at that music thing, i believe there was a wooden thing or the torch
ReplyDeleteGabi, the switch also has to be facing up. That might help you.
ReplyDeleteok found it the switch have to be UP
ReplyDeleteGOT IT YEAH

ReplyDeleteFor all having same prob: the 2. "ear" view with boxes on floor where you can open them, then go left, you see the left box wich you cant open, and you see part of shelf with vases, under the shel is a dark shdow...
ReplyDeleteCan't find the torch still.
ReplyDeletei can see the yellow ball behind the door, but can't get it grrrrrrrrrrrr
ReplyDeleteblue bead in vase under stairs
ReplyDeletetorch = brush?? Then its on the left side of the music thing, how to get light??
ReplyDeleteCan you remember where the torch was gabi, the brush was on the instrument.
ReplyDeletemy rake is too short to get the yellow bead
ReplyDeletestrike the two "wood" pieces against the "brush"
ReplyDeleteto make torcch add stick to brush then the wooden looking stone thing and it will set sparks and light
ReplyDeleteHow? alertse? they are in the wall already...
ReplyDeletepop THY Lorraine that explained well
ReplyDeleteAhh, I need another wooden piece, but can't seem to find it.
ReplyDeletethe brush is the torch, you need the stone ( one wooden thing) and something like a wooden bar to light it, did you find the other wooden things?
ReplyDeleteYes, got fire!
ReplyDeletei stuck, still looking for a bar to make the rake longer, any help for me please
ReplyDeleteNow all I need is green bead
ReplyDelete@ gabi stick is in basement inbetween all the wooden things lying there, where you found the part of the rake
ReplyDeleteGabi, get your stool and place it next to the door, then put wood plank on top of it.
ReplyDeletethe bar is under the blocks of wood right at back and you need to use knife on it
ReplyDeleteOk, I can't get yellow ball either
ReplyDeletei have it thank you Lorraine
ReplyDeleteso got all balls and try to understand now the hints on papers beside music stand
ReplyDeleteThat is the wooden plank to get open the door, lorraine. I don't know how to make the rake longer.
ReplyDeleteno not the plank there is a tiny pole right at bottom of pile of wood at back
ReplyDeleteGot the green ball!!!
ReplyDeletei'm just a glutton for punishment...still searching for what is left of my brain in Typhoon X....lol!!!!! just can't resist a new game though...lolol!!!! where are you kitkat... ;) we should all suffer together...fair is fair...hehe!!!! okay...here goes!
ReplyDeleteAnd out!
ReplyDeletethin stick is near to wall in the zoom out view of all the wooden stuff in basement, tthen use knife on it - anyone understands wall code?
ReplyDeleteWhat did you do before finding the yellow ball behind the door? I cannot see it. (I turned the wheel next to the wall once, but I don't see any ball.)
ReplyDeletetell us gareth please, i placed the white ball everywhere, but nothing!
ReplyDelete@ wyv put stool on ground and put wooden plank on it. then use weight so you can see ball
ReplyDeleteThank you very much sue. I forgot about the stool, I left it at the lamp. :)
ReplyDeleteLook at the arrows on the papers. you have to rotate it to make the arrow facing the right way.
ReplyDeleteStarted again and am having trouble with the door too, now. I can't rememer what I dod to get out before.
ReplyDeletelol gareth ...
ReplyDeletethank you gareth out!
ReplyDeleteOut again. that door puzzle is confusing.
ReplyDeleteWhat 'weight' should I put on board on top of stool? Haven't found any weights... only got the completed rake and the blue ball left, the red one went into receptacle in door. Help?
ReplyDeletethe white button is actually space.....its the jump puzzle each button can only go one direction and jump on one button at a time....get all the colors at their site and OUT!!!
ReplyDeleteThe weight is behind the paint jars in the basement
ReplyDeleteWriting a walkthrough
ReplyDeletegareth, can't you just explain how you click the puzzle on the door? I think there is enough information now for people to follow it if they read the comments by everyone - it's the end that is still escaping some of us :) Thanks.
ReplyDeleteIt's actually quite hard to explain. You have to get the different coloured arrows to their corrosponding places.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I understand in this game is the puzzle of the door ! It's a very classical puzzle.
ReplyDeleteI have opened the door of the basement, but I can't climb down the stairs !
What must be the position of the "ears" under the poster ?
I have the 2 "ears" (used), the red ball (used), a stool, something that looks like a brush, some kind of piece of wood and something that looks like a plank.
Here, I'll tell you how to move a color. If you want to move a green one forward simply jump one forward and then two back.
ReplyDeleteOkay heres the best way to do it.
ReplyDeleteJump one away from the colored arrows. Jump to the first arrow. Jump straight to the second arrow. Jump to the circle closest to the colored circle. Jump to the colored arrow.Jump to the next colored arrow. Jump to the next colored arrow. Jump back to the black circle next to the coloured arrow next to the colored bead. Jump to the nearest colored arrow. Jump to the next coloured arrow. Go back to the middle and do again.
For those who have problems with the puzzle of the door : http://www.ecrytures.fr/R29.htm
ReplyDeleteI think I may have explained it a bit weird.
ReplyDeleteI put the stool and the plank under the door of the basement.
ReplyDeleteI have got a rake "with a round hole" and some kind of tool. I don't find any stick.
I put the stick on the rake, but I can't use it under the door.

ReplyDeleteI had difficulties to find the weight behind the jars...
ReplyDeleteEveryone escaped yet?
ReplyDeleteFinally, I'm out, but I didn't find much by myself.
ReplyDeleteThis might be easier to follow as it only has 3 frogs each side. Do one colour at a time and follow the sequence of moves.
ReplyDeletehttp://britton.disted.camosun.bc.ca/frog_puzzle_sol.htm
Out finally. :D
ReplyDeleteI though that was a good game. It was difficult finding a couple of items.
Sue, thanks for explaining where to find the 2nd ear. I would never have found it otherwise.
Thanks to everyone for the hints.
Help with doorlock!!!
ReplyDeletelisa,
ReplyDeleteDo you have the 3 beads in place? The scroll in the pot next to the music thing tells you which holes to place them in.
If so for each colour you should have 3 coloured arrows and 3 black arrows. The aim is to swap the coloured and black arrows.
Click on the arrow you want to move into the space. The white dot is the empty space.
Use this page to work out the moves.
http://britton.disted.camosun.bc.ca/frog_puzzle_sol.htm
For the door lock:
ReplyDeletenumber the arrows, with 1 being furthest away from the color bead and 7 being the arrow closest to the colored bead. Click the arrows in this order: 5, 3, 2, 4, 6, 7, 5, 3, 1, 2, 4, 6, 5, 3, 4. You then repeat it with each line.
Then zoom out of the door and click it and you have escaped.
Will someoone please post a walkthrough? I can't find any stick to light the brush with the stone!
ReplyDelete@ nancy you find an iron rod in the shelf with vases... somewhere in the middle...then view brush..then select iron rod...then stone
ReplyDeleteThank you Sue!
ReplyDeleteThx Lady D thats the best explanation and help for the door! :-)
ReplyDeleteSue, glad it helped.
ReplyDeleteCan't find the other rock to make fire.
ReplyDelete@ jen in one of the chests
ReplyDeleteThat one I have, I need the other.
ReplyDelete@ jen a little late now sry...the iron board is in the middle of shelf with vases...u can zoom in there
ReplyDelete@ Lady D: a huge thank you for your help unlocking the door :D i found everything without help, but i would still be wandering around the basement for, oh, eternity!!!! lol!!! thank you thank you thank you :))))

ReplyDeleteThis was a great game. Thanks for all your help! Couldn't have done it without all the hits. Great puzzles! More!!
ReplyDeleteZoom in on the left wooden chair
ReplyDeleteGet the dark brown “hare’s ear” from the left arm
Turn right
Note you can’t reach the light
Zoom in on the line of small chests -- open the middle one in this view
Get the stone
Turn right and note the puzzle lock on the door
Turn right
Zoom in on the long music instrument
Get the brush thing from the left end (just to the left of the red part of the instrument)
Note you can look at 2 scrolls in the jar (one with the colors for the door lock and the other with a hint for how the arrow work on the lock)
Turn right
Click the window to the left of the screen to reach the rest of the room
Move right
Click the 2 end pictures and see holes under them
Move right again
Get the light colored wooden stool from the floor
Click on the middle shelf to zoom in (the one that is right of the solid wood section) -- get the iron rod
Turn right and you are looking at the back side of the screen and some of the wooden chests
Click the chest closest to you to see a new view of the chests and the end of the shelves
Get the second “hare’s ear” from under the right side of the shelves
Turn left 2 times
Click the left painting and place an “ear” in the hole. Click it so it faces upward at an angle

Repeat with the second one under the right painting. Click it so it faces upward at an angle
Now lift the middle painting and see the new handle
Click it so it is up
Move right
There is a new purple door
Walkthrough part 2
ReplyDeleteClick the purple door to see into the basement
It is dark, but there is a lamp at the bottom of the stairs. You just need fire to light it
Look at your “brush” in the about item view (click the magnifying glass next to the brush in your inventory)
Click the iron rod to place it next to the brush
Now use the stone on the rod until you get fire (the stone was flint)
Close that view and use the torch on the lamp
Click to go down the basement stairs
Zoom in on the door lock
Click it once to see the lock move, but then it gets stuck
Turn left
Get the long piece of wood in the corner
Zoom in on the wood bench and get the knife
Under the wood bench, get the pole that is where the floor meets the wall behind the wood pile
Also look under the large bench to where a smaller one is -- near the right end, there is a light brown piece of wood
Click it to zoom in and then get the rake top
Turn left
Click the third pot from the left on top of this bench to find the weight -- get it
Turn left
Click the large pot under the stairs
Get the blue bead from inside it
Back up and turn left to see the door
The door is stuck, so you need to do something to raise it
Place the stool in front of the door
Now place the plank on top of the stool
You need something heavy to lift the door so place the weight on the end of the plank
Click under the partially-raised door to see the green bead
You can’t reach it because the door isn’t high enough so you need something long
Look at the pole in your inventory
Use the wood knife to cut the end down a bit
Close that view and look at the head of the rake in the about item view
Add the cut pole
Use the rake on the bead to get it
Back up
Click the stool again to take it back
Turn right and click the top of the stairs to climb up
Turn right, click the closest wooden chest, and then turn right again so you are facing the lamp view
Place the stool between the lamp and the end chest
Click the top of the lamp and then click the orange thing up there (really the red bead)
Turn right
Place the beads in the door lock -- each can only go in one place
For the door --quoting Lady D (Thanks, Lady D!)
number the arrows, with 1 being furthest away from the color bead and 7 being the arrow closest to the colored bead. Click the arrows in this order: 5, 3, 2, 4, 6, 7, 5, 3, 1, 2, 4, 6, 5, 3, 4. You then repeat it with each line.
If you mess up, click the curved arrow in the upper right corner of the lock, but DO NOT press this unless you need to start over. I accidentally pressed it after I had completed the lock and had to start the puzzle over.
Use the down navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to back up and then click the door to escape
Thanks Lady D!! Could'nt figure it out!
ReplyDeletecaught this one from the random section
ReplyDeletethankfully there was a WT from KKK (miss you...)
