  1. Hi!

I really don't know what to do here ....

    ReplyDelete
  2. Hi Muse
BIG question mark indeed ... ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  3. Where is screwdriver ? I am totally lost, no idea what to do...

    ReplyDelete
  4. Lol, at least i am not alone :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. Ahhh got it, when you look at the mouse click the back button again :)

    ReplyDelete
  6. the code on the back tells you what order to click the buttons. This removes another layer on the back but now I'm stuck

    ReplyDelete
  7. Zazie, just click on the screws. You have a screwdriver by default.

Solved first puzzle with the 3 mice.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Oh a 4 digit code to find now.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Catalyste, what have you been drinking, lol - YESH?

    ReplyDelete
  10. annaby, same here. There's addition and multiplication and a number key code on the back, but some of the resistors are flipped and I'm not sure what numbers to pick or how to input them.

    ReplyDelete
  11. LOL....I'm just punch drunk on escaping, zoz! lol

    ReplyDelete
  12. look at the left clue, and use the numbers to come up with a 4digit code.

don't know where to put the code though.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Got the code, i am one step farther now.

    ReplyDelete
  14. the number code or the letter code zazie?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Those resistors look like they connect to the buttons.

I'm assuming you have to flip the mouse over and input these codes by clicking the mouse buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Or I could be wrong. *thinks*

    ReplyDelete
  17. Where are you catalyste ?

    ReplyDelete
  18. i think i've got all but the last one.. but it doesn't make sence as 5x8 = 40...

    ReplyDelete
  19. Did you already put in the 4 letters ? I am stuck after this with a white panel with signs on it.

    ReplyDelete
  20. nope, got a circle in the middle with a half filled square. and took the cover of the white panel with the model number off. Now i just need the 4 letter code which i think is MID*

    ReplyDelete
  21. ahh, how did you get those letters then?

    ReplyDelete
  22. noticed that the mice on the top are facing outwards and the mice on the back are facing towards the cheese.

    ReplyDelete
  23. If you looked at the panel you removed there was written something --> 4letters - 4 other letters (can´t remember exactely but the first left was W and the first on the right was V ---> W-V = V and so on)

    ReplyDelete
  24. I get 2252 for the number code - but where to use it?

    ReplyDelete
  25. The last one was O (with a I inside) - I = O

    ReplyDelete
  26. I got 2252 slso - is that right?

    ReplyDelete
  27. ahh.

seems like the white puzzle beneath that represents the mousebuttons.

    cirle = middle,
    diamond = right mouse button
square = left mouse button. but can't seem to get anything to change,

tried the sequence from left to right, and going up and down.

    ReplyDelete
  28. You're basically subtracting the greater of the shapes to get the letter code.

    ReplyDelete
  29. why can't we zoom on the very bottom on the back view, under the circle/diamond code and thing with the wires?

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'm not sure where I'm at Zazie. The letter code's been solved, as well as the mouse code.

I still haven't figured where to use that code for the resistors yet.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Ah! The half-padlock doesn't move anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  32. back side of mouse:

if you turn the mousewheel, you get half a "lock" show.

    now for the other part.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Now we can enter the codes!

    ReplyDelete
  34. i have been escape game stupid for days now! what did you just unlock and how did you turn the mouse wheel?

    ReplyDelete
  35. use scrollwheel on back untill you see half a lock, then go to the top and press the scrollwheel once.

go back to the back and keep pressing the scrollwheel down or up untill the 2nd part of the lock appears

    ReplyDelete
  36. Well Zazie, I was able to set up the first half. Then solved the Letter code. Afterwards the first-half was locked and I was able to match up the second half.

So I'm not really sure how, to tell you honestly.

    ReplyDelete
  37. i would say numbercode is 22 44, but nothing happens.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Thanks for explaining Alex. :)

I do remember clicking the scroll wheel...out of frustration. lol

    ReplyDelete
  39. Alex I had 22 and 78 for the other. But that didn't work either.

    ReplyDelete
  40. alex, thank you so much!

    ReplyDelete
  41. 22 and 52...sorry. Not like it worked.

    ReplyDelete
  42. got the code.. Look at the mark next to the first two numbers you have to put in!

    ReplyDelete
  43. HINT:

first two "batteries" or what ever you call them:

= 22 but now use the mark on this number.

2nd two batteries is the first anwser X the 2nd andswer which gives you a 3digit number. Lose the last digit and your on to the next stage.

    ReplyDelete
  44. got the next code to, but not sure what to next, i unscrewed another screw.. but now what?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Alex ... good job (but I don't understand a bit of it)

    ReplyDelete
  46. You can take the screw or whatever on top of the mouse of (front view - with help of code from back)). But now stuck too.

    ReplyDelete
  47. O_o got a bomb on the inside of the mouse XD

    ReplyDelete
  48. i'm out!. very good game!

    ReplyDelete
  49. What? None of that made sense.

What mark on 22? And if it's that symbol, what does it stand for?

    ReplyDelete
  50. For the numbers: On the left side you have blue and red which equal 8 and 3. Add them to 11.

Right side you have blue and black - 2 and 8. Multiply to 16.

    ReplyDelete
  51. @ Volker,

Look at signs at bottom of the mouse and try to break the code with that.

    ReplyDelete
  52. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  53. i did it a little different.

    My results were:

    5+8 = 12
3+6 = 9 -> makes 22 but the mark is only half filled, so that means you devide it by 2 = 11

    second two numbers are:

    2 x 2 = 4
    5 x 8 = 40

    4 x 40 = 160

    160 - 0 = 16

    1116

    ReplyDelete
  54. I have solved the switch code...or do you mean another one Alex?

    ReplyDelete
  55. I've stopped the bom ... is this the end?

    ReplyDelete
  56. Alex - what after the last code? I can't find anything else to do.

    ReplyDelete
  57. volker, how did you determine to single out certain sides of the resistors?

    ReplyDelete
  58. i meant that code.

now you need to find a way to get the brown cover off..

which probably have by now. and then you get the bomb

    ReplyDelete
  59. @ annaby, do you mean the code with at the front of the mouse?

    if so. Hint: red

    ReplyDelete
  60. Alex...I can see that for the first one. Cool.

But how did you know to cut off the last number of the second one?

    ReplyDelete
  61. well i had 3 numbers, and i only needed two..

    so as 0 = nothing i just discarded :P

    ReplyDelete
  62. ah - now I have the bomb

    ReplyDelete
  63. ooh i meant 13, not 12 ;)

    ReplyDelete
  64. I took the left side of colours/numbers only...was more a try and error thing.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Finally! Thanks Alex...hard to spot a red arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Alex I would have done the same thing! lol. Actually I was thinking about it.

    volker got lucky! :D lol

    ReplyDelete
  67. I was away from keyboard for a while, now i have removed cable.
Alex thx for explaining the scroll wheel clue.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Got it. Thanks all for the help with the codes - never would have gotten the letter one.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ah...good ol bomb.

    Blew up twice. :/

    ReplyDelete
  70. How to remove the white panel with the identification ????????

    ReplyDelete
  71. I am so lost, I cannot get the mouse button clue to work?

    ReplyDelete
  72. hehe,

last hint for people having trouble with bomb.

read one of my older comments regarding the mice and the cheese on inside and outside.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Now i solved the switches, but now what ?
    I am stuck...

    ReplyDelete
  74. Finally out! Volker and/or Alex, you should do a walkthrough. There was a lot of trial an error on my part, even at the very end. Thank you both for explaining that code!

    ReplyDelete
  75. With the bomb, the clue was shown earlier in the game.

Basically pay attention the to arrows.

    "Mice like cheese."

That's a HUGE hint right there.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Zazie, click the red arrow on.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Catalyste: Luck is earned!! ;)

I think my way makes sense. If they give 2 numbers for 2 colours I assumed only 1 of them is to be used. So I took the left colour as you start reading things there...but we´ll never find out which ones right anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Zazie, did you take the top cord off and use the circle/diamond code? Sorry if I'm late with this, my computer keeps freezing (of course, it IS only in the 20's F outside)

    ReplyDelete
  79. i'll leave that to volker, zoz.

don't have the time as it's time for food!

    good luck to all.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Ohh cool Alex, i have found the bomb :)

    ReplyDelete
  81. I think I´d be a bit slow writing a walkthrough...does someone else already started one? Else give me aa while.

    ReplyDelete
  82. anyone still playing? My code 2252 doesn't work. nothin happens. Any advice?

    ReplyDelete
  83. @ volker:

lol, well you've certainly earned it!

Personally I agree with Alex's explanation better. I still don't get yours, it goes over my head. lol

But either way, you BOTH managed to get it right. So that amounts to some credit due! :D

    ReplyDelete
  84. @zazie, before you blow up 1000 times like i did, look at the front and click on the mice (as in Catalyste's hints)

    ReplyDelete
  85. i've got another 10 mins till my pizza's done.

so i'll give it a go;)

    ReplyDelete
  86. Volker, you are da man if you can do a walkthru! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  87. I can start on a walkthrough if no one minds.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Yes zoz, i just blew off by the bomb, argg

    ReplyDelete
  89. lmao, alex, i had cold pizza for breakfast! (one of my favorite breakfast, btw)

    ReplyDelete
  90. Hmm i am braindead today, i don´t understand how to click the mice.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Ahh ok i think i understand now...

    ReplyDelete
  92. if the mice like cheese, which way would they point? also, see alex's earlier hint about the mice facing different ways on the front and back.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Okay catalyste you do it. i accidentaly pressed my backbutton on my mouse and lost half the walktrhough.. can't be bothered to type it again....

    good luck..

    ReplyDelete
  94. i'm off to play some of the games i missed overnight. It was fun everybody!

    ReplyDelete
  95. Cool i have finished it.
Catalyste thx for the great hint about mice, you saved my life lol :)

    ReplyDelete
  96. walkthrough:

    1) Go to back view and unscrew back.
    2) Take out mouse ball
    3) Look at right where it says "3 mouse". Symbol above shows left or right mouse button: So go to front of mouse and click Right, Left, Left, Right, Right (if I mixed it up...l,r,r,l,l) and you´ll hear another sound.
    4) On the backside you can remove part below place where mouse ball was. Remove, unscrew everything.
    5) Still on back side look on white thing on bottom: W84O-VEII. Graphical solution meaning deduct one of the other: W-V=V ; 8-E=I ; 4-I=L ; O(O contains an I inside)-I=O
    6) unscrew white box and enter above code VILO
    7) Unscrew all, go one view back and take box off fully.
    8) Now look at the top of the back side. You´ll see an up and down arrow and a small field in the middle. Click on grey below arrow up until half of a padlock appears in the middle field. Then I think you need to hit the down arrow first...click the grey area above down arrow until you get full padlock. - unscrew.

    ReplyDelete
  97. 9) Now you see a number code below. There are 2 ways to determine the code:
First you need to look on the left of the back to see the numbers that correspond to the different switches(??? however these things are called, the ones with the 2 coloured rings). Also note the symbols for + and X.

    Alex´s method:
    Left side:
First add both numbers. Then combine them according to the symbol. So you got switch 5-8 and switch 3-6. This results in 13+9=22. Because the symbol net to the left set of number code is half filled this is divided by 2. eaves 11
    Right side.
Switch 2-2 and switch 5-8. Multiply all figures to give 4*40=160. Leave out 0.

Other method: Just take the number that´s on the left side of the switches. So add 8+3 and multiply 2*8.

Same result: 11-16 is the correct code.
    10) See grey area above opened.
    11) Return to back view and click on very top screw. Take this off and you´ll see a few switches. You´ll need to allign them according to symbols of where the white box originally was (back view-bottom). So click all switches in column 1 and 3 to go up. Now you can unscrew this grey board.
    12) Return to back view and click on the bottom. Click cables and remove screw below.
    13) Return to back view and click on red arrow.
    14) Unscrew and remove everything. Click below the white line and a bomb will open. Go to the front of the mouse. And click on the triangle below. Click all the mice so that they turn to the cheese (think on the brown board was also a symbol showing this-above 3 mouse).
    15) Now return to the back view and use the screw to unarm the bomb.
    16) Click the timer-unscrew and OUT.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Walkthrough:

Read the text at the beginning of the game as this is a clue for the bomb.

Click BACK and click the screws.

Click the area that says "3 - MOUSE" and make note of this.

The top has all the mice pointed at the cheese. Another clue towards the bomb.

The middle clue is for the mouse buttons. Click the sides indicated in black. So it'll be:

    R, LL, RR

Click middle area as it is now unlocked.

Zoom out and click the serial number. Click screw and open. You need a letter code for this.

To get the letter code, look at the serial number. It says:

    W840 - VEII

This is actually a subtraction puzzle. (symbols in game make more sense)

    W - V

    8 - E

    etc.

Subtract the greater portion of the shape.

    Here are the first two:

    W - V = V

    8 - E = I

Basically use the remaining shape/letter for the code in that order.

Solve puzzle, click on screws and zoom back out. Zoom back in to reveal a new symbol. Click the connector with the wires to reveal a screw. Click that.

    Zoom out.

Zoom in on Mouse Light. Click either arrow until half of a padlock appears. Zoom out and go to the front. Click on Scroll button and go back. The first half is now locked in place. Click either arrow until the second half shows up. Click screw and remove casing to reveal a new puzzle.

Zoom out and click on the Middle-left area where you see a bunch of numbers. Note the color and the numbers as well as the bottom two symbols. One is for Addition and one is for Multiplication.

Zoom out and go back up to the top (not the front, the top where you removed the mouse light casing). The Addition symbol is to your left and the Multiplication symbol is to your right. The resistors there represent the numbers you saw.

For addition: Add the two numbers representing the resistor and then add those sums together to get an answer.

    HOWEVER!

Note the symbol next to the answer for Addition, it's asking you to divide your sum by half. This is the real answer for this side.

    For multiplication:

Multiply the numbers associated with the resistors. You will end up with a 3 digit number. However the last number literally has no value, so dump it. This is also the answer.

Now you've unlocked the mouse cord!

Check the symbols again. The one next to the Addition answer has another purpose. It's telling you the placement of the switch for the Diamond. The symbol in the middle is telling you the placement for the Circles.
The symbols near the bottom of the mouse is the solution to the next puzzle.

Zoom out and click the Mouse cord. Just click on the areas that represented the Circle. Click screw.

Zoom out. Click red arrow and continue dismantling until

    BOMB TIME!

Note the arrows. Those represent the Mice you saw earlier in the game.

Also, remember the text earlier in the game?

Go back to the Front of the mouse. Click on the symbol and turn all the mice towards the cheese. Go back to the bomb and disarm it by clicking the screw. Click the clock and the rest.

    YOU'RE DONE!

I hope that all made sense! lol

    ReplyDelete
  99. Lol, volker beat me by 5 minutes! lol

    ReplyDelete
  100. Ah, nice one Catalste. Much easier to read than mine! Think I´ll go back to reading walkthroughs. More fun anyway. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  101. No worries. I´ll let you do all future ones!! lol Enjoy the weekend...

    ReplyDelete
  102. Great walkthroughs, thx both of you !

I think i will dismantle my own mouse now, maybe there is a bomb in it :)

    ReplyDelete
  103. well, this was done hours ago...but if anyone else is playing now....I can't see the screws to remove the white plate! can someone tell me where they are? I have clicked every pixel left and right, corners, etc. It is not working for me...can't go forward...My screen and dark colors...everything is invisible...Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  104. Which one Debra? For the white box there is one screw above. Must click into the bottom view first.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Yeah, I was on top of white box and it almost fills the screen...I find this a great puzzle game but just closed it...I'll try it now...the screw is above.right? Thanks!!!
I was so sure I was alone here...lol

    ReplyDelete
  106. All stuck in the other new game...but too depressing!! This one was def more fun.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Yeah...I don't even open the gazzyboys games anymore! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  108. Well, It is lunchtime here...going to prepare somthing...I attampt this again later...truly minoto and sakura are my speed...

    ReplyDelete
  109. Good luck then and enjoy lunch! Minoto games are real fun, a bit short though.
This one is nice. No pixel hunt and logic riddles...

    ReplyDelete
  110. Thanks! Volker...I really enjoyed the game!!!
I have to admit, I would never would have gotten close without the walkthrough! Very helpful!!!
Amazing!!! All that stuff inside our little "mouse"!!!LOL

    ReplyDelete
  111. I love theese games!

To solve the number code I choose the numbers on the resistors that were connected to the cable leading into the mouse. 5,6 and 2,8.

The other way of doing it was very creative, but somehow more complicated :)

I seem to miss all the live games nowadays :(
    Trying to buy christmas gifts..

    ReplyDelete
  112. Ican't figure out how to get the white panel off with the serial number on it

    ReplyDelete
  113. @kara:
click the mouse buttons on front side like on the clue to the right on back side. Black color means click. right, left, left, right, right.
Then click center part of back side. It comes off and you see a screw. Remove this, and then see a screw on top of white part. Remove and white part can be taken away.

    ReplyDelete
  114. thanks ellie i think i was just staring at the comp too long lol

    ReplyDelete
  115. I had the same problem, kara, somehow missed the step of removing the part under the ball...I had clicked it but not in the right spot and didn't know it had to go before the screws showed up...
    After that...a piece of cake...
@ ellie, I liked your simple explanation...I didn't even try to figure out the others'...just followed the W/T.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Ok, after doing this escape game, I have to give props to Alex for figuring out the number code, but it was just luck. The much Simpler solution to the number code IS:
    Resistor codes:
    (red, blue) (red black) (black,black,black)
    5 8 3 6 2 2

    Diamond = + Square = X

Left side Resistors: Right side Resistors
    (blue red) 5 2 (black x 3)
    Diamond + X Square
    (red black) 6 8 (Blue,red)
    11 16

Just follow the side of the transistor to get what number to use on that specific resistor.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Left side Resistors:
    (blue red) 5
    Diamond +
    (red black) 6
    11

    Right side Resistors
    2 (black x 3)
    X Square
    8 (Blue,red)
    16
