  1. What to do after lighting up desk? PLEASE?

    ReplyDelete
  2. @Suicune, you might be right about that!
@Charlotte: a walkthrough comes when someone has the time do do one, it will take a lot of time.
Until then, please read previous comments, and ask questions, there will be someone around for a while more to help you.
I'd love to do a walkthrough for this one since I enjoyed it so much, but I know that Suicune wants to do one as well, and he/she was the first to escape and solve all the codes. And... there are other games to play as well.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I just played it from the beginning and still no luck. I played the maze puzzle (but not the star with 5 dots) and then tried the red lever again.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Okay, cool. What to do with puzzle with four colors?

    ReplyDelete
  5. @SneakSnake...lol!
@Charlotte, use 'map' on computer on telephone.
@Cris, I did the same and again it worked for me to turn down the lever. Strange.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Its official: this game hates me.

    ReplyDelete
  7. @Charlotte, you need to find the second battery, (look at my post 13:12 ) Then use it in left drawer and see the code under desk.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I got stuck at the red switch. Did anyone else get to where they could open the box, but the red switch wouldn't throw?

Note to Chris - I'm having the same problem!

    ReplyDelete
  9. @Kevin, I didn't hear of anyone else with that problem. And to get the second game on computer you must have turned all other switches already, right? Have a look to see if your four colored squares are at the right places. Otherwise I have no clue since it worked even when I replayed.

    ReplyDelete
  10. @Charlotte, star puzzle is the last one after charging the phone, try to play with the curtains in the room a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  11. @Charlotte, you have to keep the exit door open, look at floor when you opened it.

That is, after solving the code on the charged telephone.

    ReplyDelete
  12. @Charlotte, find a place to put it down, a charger.

    ReplyDelete
  13. the phone code i am stuck with now (Kevin: use the small lightbulb you pull off the socket, it is a key. open the right drawer of the desk and get the red paper to put on the main electric box and you will turn the red lever). The phone code hint says "equal sign, flower, phone, hearts". What is the equal sign stand for? I have the other 3.

    ReplyDelete
  14. I can't pick up the cell. Are we supposed to?
Sorry I'm so dumb, I get like this in the morning...

    ReplyDelete
  15. @Charlotte, when you asked for that star puzzle, I figured youo might be at the end, but, did you just solve the computer game to get the star on the screen?
Then go and open right box under red square, and pull down that lever.
You have som more things to do...a phone call, and get a color code on cell phone to use on the exit door...

    ReplyDelete
  16. I did the phone call, have the door lit up.

    ReplyDelete
  17. The 'map' from under the pink box, shows how to swap the buttons to open the door. I don't know if anyone else mentioned this already. It wasn't necessary because, we have the correct order from the cell/mobile phone.

I don't understand the clue from the mail yet. Something else to do with the 4 coloured buttons.

    ReplyDelete
  18. @Chris There is one by cable to computer, one inside left locker, one on door handle and one by the big telephone.

    ReplyDelete
  19. AAAARGH! Game just closed. Will come back later.
    My life sucks.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I accidently went out the room again and aren't getting the link to go back. Maybe it's only once.

    ReplyDelete
  21. @cricketer, thanks! That explains the note! But a hard clue for an easy code!

    ReplyDelete
  22. @cricketer, no you can do it several times, press text in lower right corner.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Thanks. Got it now. and end with the lights on ending. I wonder why i have to recharge those batteries because i cannot pull it out and use it anywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Thanks Ellie, I missed that. I thought it just came up on its own last time so I started again.

There seems to be some problem on the server at the moment. The first attempt got a service unavailable message.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Ok I have managed to place the mobile phone and enter the correct sequence of black dots. I got a laser point to the door but now what. The door is now locked and I can't solve the star puzzle...any hints???

    ReplyDelete
  26. @Belly, Unlock the door like you did the last time, with color squares.
Make door stay open, (look by the floor) and play with curtains after that.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thanks...I swear I tried unlocking that door a thousand times!!!! What a marathon of a game!!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I don't know how to make the door stay opened without going out... (I've solved the fusebox clue above the door)
Is there anything I've missed so I can't do that?

    ReplyDelete
  29. @Nancy, when the door is open, look by the floor, see something purple?

    ReplyDelete
  30. where did you get the blue square or smth? only have a red square

    ReplyDelete
  31. any one still playing here?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Don´t know what to do after receuved the e-mail

  34. Until there is a walkthrough from @Suicune (and if it is there later, but you still wanna solve some things on your own), here is a,

    HINTTHROUGH

While you're looking around make a note of the black&white squares you see. (don't forget the one on the door handle

    - Look for a little light to make a little light.
    - Take a key and make a little bit more light. (both at the same place).
    - Click a number for more light and make a note of all the numbers that you see.
    - Find a battery and use the phone (do two things, but you don't have to dial yet) and even more light you get.
    - Use your key and you can do something with a blue ball and you can also find another hint now.
    - Remember where you saw orange and white and solve the code in front of the ball and more light again.
    - Use the numbers that you saw combined with the hint you found and again a new light.
    - Now use the hint from the laptop on the phone and again a new place has some light.
    - Turn on some switches for more light and find a new battery.
    - Use your batteries and see a new hint. Now go and use that hint. Push that button and take that special cord.
    - Plug in that special cord, take a special key from the same place and plug in that other cord.
    - Use that special key and take the red square and put it in its hole.
    - Use the laptop and play that game (the little man keeps on going until he can't and when he can't he goes right).
    - If you finished the game something is open and a lever can be pulled.
    - Look for numbers all around and combine them on the phone.
    - Now go find another phone. Use it untill it's out of power and see the new hint.
    - Open the door with the new hint. You can change the colors on the door, but not on the door.
    - And now you can go and you will, but you're not finished so go back in.
    - Open the door again, but don't go out, but find another hotspot/hint there.
    - Use that hint on some switches and something will open. But open is not enough you have to use three things (first two and then the third) you found before to use that open thing.
    - Now look around the computer to see a new hint. And go back to the thing you just opened and solve the code (with the black&white squares you saw and made a note of).
    - Open the door, don't go out but push something and again there is more light.
    - On the new lighted place you can find your final hint to play the last computer game. And clicking a star at the end it's finally the end. Go out (and in again if you like, but you're out).

  35. starting walkthrough now. this will take probably 30-60 mins, as the game is a little on the long side, so be patient please.

    ReplyDelete
  36. It was a very nice game like all from this author,
but I confess I didn´t understand the clues in note (behind numbers, under red box)and in e-mail.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Wowwwwwwwwwwww!
It's so cool!! Been playing it whenever I have the chance, like 5 to 10 minutes every hour or so.
Enjoying and tasting each new step of the game :D

    ReplyDelete
  38. A great Hintthrough @SneakSnake!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. A very, very good game. Nice graphics and good puzzles! Out with a little help, TY ellie for hint out door.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Hi all!
Having about 20 mins. of lunch break now. I know Suicune is doing a walkthrough and SneakSnake has posted a HintThrough... and it's so hard to resist to take a peek to it!!!
This game is so great I want to "sip" it as it comes. Excellent so far! :D

    ReplyDelete
  41. note under the pink box/e-mail photo from cellphone is called amidakuji(ghost leg in english)
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghost_Leg

of course this is the clue for the 灯(light) and 4 hearts on the door puzzle.

    btw
The author is 16 years old and his father is the creator of ICHO series:)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Okay @Suicune, it's now over 60 minutes and you said 30-60 minutes. Shame on you. Sorry, still a bit sad/annoyed I had a bad escape day during one of the best games that showed up the last weeks and trying to joke it away.
Anyway, thanks @Ellie, it's the least I could do. I didn't help at all during the game. And @Edgar, don't be a Peeping Edgar, the game is good and hard, but you're good and hard. You can do it.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Thanks @Xenon, and this guy is only 16, amazing.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Thanks @Xenon. So, the note under the pink box explains how it works, and the pic from cell phone tells the way the mechanism works. No loose ends after all:D
    Almost out here!

    ReplyDelete
  45. I meant, the pic in phone says how the ways are connected to change that colors in door handle. That'd have made it easier but so glad to know anyways, thanks again @Xenon... and thank you too SneakSnake, I'm doing the best I can. Have to save it once again and go back to work... geez! I feel like I'm almost out!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Thanks @Xenon...what a family!

@Sneaksnake, don't say you didn't help! If it weren't for you I'd still be trying to solve the red square puzzle even it there was no such puzzle! I thought that we had to get the red lines away, but all we had to do was to press the white button on the computer. So, you saved me...LOL!

You weren't doing so bad, but I get what you mean. I almost wish I didn't play this live, should have saved it to enjoy slower. Although I actually spent 37 minutes to try to find that clue we were looking for near the end...LOL!
Edgar is doing the right thing, keep avoiding peeping!

    ReplyDelete
  47. The author says
LOOM (Less rOOMs: according to the author) series is a short escape game with small bonus and
ROOM series is a long escape game with the true ending.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Augh! I, for the life of me, can't find the cellphone.

I think there might be something in the window with the blinds (the shadow on the floor shows a shape and there is a black shape behind the blinds in the window) but no matter how many times I press on the button to open/close the blinds nothing falls on the floor.

    I'm stumped...

    ReplyDelete
  49. Very very beautiful game! Congratulations to this young boy!
And thanks to Ellie who got me unstuck twice...
Codes and game were easy, finding clues as well. Just had hard time with switches, I dono why :-)

Big huge thanks to the author!

  50. @ macheadcase

If I remember well, cellphone appears after a phone number...

    ReplyDelete
  51. Can anyone help with the "unlock.exe" puzzle on the computer?

    ReplyDelete
  52. The author's game is a great promise in this way. Congratulations boy!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  53. @ Talie I did a call with the three sets of numbers I found around the room in the right order, the door appeared. I also got the red "gem" which I placed in the four button box and it made 4 red lines appear.

I'm really stumped. This game is wonderfully convoluted but hard. :-D

    ReplyDelete
  54. Jen: there is some image in those comments. Difficult to say it because I dont remember. you can try it ifnot start again. No much time.

    ReplyDelete
  67. I've escaped and re-entered. The last star only has three of the five points lit, Im guessing that has something to do with something I haven't done. I don't think I have turned on all the lights, but I am stuck. The only thing I have left is the two clues that look like circuits. Help. what next. I think i am missing a clue.

    @sue

hmm yea i will have to try other games by this author 1 day, this author looks like a real winner when it comes to this genre of game!

    ReplyDelete
  82. @SneakSnake, no, it was only one switch that was moveable at that point.

    ReplyDelete
  83. @Suicune...great job with that walkthrough!
I read through all of it and it describes everything so well!! (just that small U/D mistake that you corrected afterwards).
    Thank you!!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Your right @Ellie, but someweher later we did that switch didn't we?
Anyway I will delete that comment.

    ReplyDelete
  85. @SneakSnake, yes, after we found that clue and could move all the switches.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I have done all the puzzles, but my room is still not lit. I have the door open with the purple button, completed the star puzzle, but still no lights.

    What did I miss???

    ReplyDelete
  87. @suicune
you definitly should try "room fake" i dont find it by searching this site... but searching room fake walkthrough in google brings you to EG24 again :-)

    so gn everyone:-)

    ReplyDelete
  88. OOPS! Found the star! Thanks for the walkthrough!!!

    ReplyDelete
  89. @cyndee.. you need to look at the whole sequence at the computer after solving the star, and the click the star.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Fantastic walkthrough Suicune, many thanks.
Great game too. Thanks for posting.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  97. thank you for the walkthrough suicune i finally finished this game thanks to you

  98. As for the door code.

The cellphone shows the color code on the door should be
    B,G
    Y,R
These colors are related to the positions of the four pipes.
See the panel with pipes. You can see only vertical red lines on the panel but the horizontal lines are missing.
Add horizontal lines like a photo from the cellphone.
You have to figure out the colors of 1,2,3,4.
    1 2 3 4
    ┣┫┣┫
    ┃┣┫┃
    ┃┃┣┫
    ┃┣┫┃
    ┣┫┣┫
    ┃┣┫┃
    Y B G R
Go along the path from the bottom to the top. The note under the pink box tells you how to go.
eg) as for Y. up,right,up,right,up,left,up You reach 3. So 3 is Yellow.
Do the same on others. You will get 1,2,3,4=B,G,Y,R

    ReplyDelete
  99. ty for the explanation xenon.

but its funny how the door code was easily solveable without that lol. as ellie said a while ago, a complicated clue for a simply code :P

    ReplyDelete
  100. thanks Suicune for a great walkthrough...was a great help in getting me through! really enjoyed this game, been playing sporadically on and off for the past 3hours

    ReplyDelete
  101. OH JOY I TURNED ON THE LIGHTS!

Yay, I got out with only using TWO hints! (however it took me a while to finish this!) :)

I still have yet to figure out that other puzzle with the lines on the back of that paper and that showed up on the attached pic in the email...

    ReplyDelete
  102. Oh, so that was related to the door code? Geez, I just used what showed up on the cellphone! lol, thanks for the explanation Xenon.

    ReplyDelete
  103. @suicune...i love these Loom games :) thank you sooo much for that wonderful walkthrough; the computer puzzle was by far the most time-consuming and i would still be working on it if you hadn't posted the pic link ;) the codes were very straightforward but these games are always so beautifully made and we get to use our brains ;) it runs in the family I understand, because ICHO games are created by the father? I think that is what Xenon wrote...what a talented family!!!!

Again...thank you for taking the time to post a great WT!

@ellie, @sneak and so many others...your comments helped tremendously!!!! thank you :)

    ReplyDelete
  104. seriously? icho games were created by the father of the person who does the loom games?

    damn, thats 1 talented family!

    ReplyDelete
  105. uhh.. nat? i already made 1... scroll up, theres 6 parts to it.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Actually 4 circles in the cellphone only mean 4 pipes.
So Ghost leg-pipe puzzle is solvable itself w/o 4 color hearts.
I guess Ghost leg puzzle was prepared for other purpose at first and the author tuned the level of difficulty.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I miss tower game :((( way too hard for me. escape game should be fun, not a nightmare:-)))

    ReplyDelete
  108. Xenon, you sure? Because the colors from the cellphone matched the color code on the door perfectly, so I just switched out the colors from the pipes to make it match and it worked fine....

    ReplyDelete
  109. Crap I'm not reading things right tonight and I even edited that previous post...

    nevermind Xenon! lol

    ReplyDelete
  110. yesterday i didn't have time to finish the game, but today i did and i think it was a great game, i'm going to try the other ones on this site also....
compliments to the maker of this game, we love you

    ReplyDelete
  111. @anna

lol for me this wasnt a nightmare, but a dream! i love harder and longer games and i wish thered be less 5 minute ones, and more that last several hours. for me any game i can beat in 5 minutes isnt that fun, because then i feel like "aww what, its already over???"

but to each thier own, i know many people here love easy games instead, and i can respect that.

    ReplyDelete
  112. @ Suicune thnx very much for the walkthrough!!!! I had to go after i opened the door. didn't know what to do next. Now also my room is completely lit. Wonderful escape game!!!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Suicune, thanks for the walkthrough.

Excellent game!! Thanks & well done to the author.

    ReplyDelete
  114. I have to say that was one well put together game. Good puzzles. Most everything was easy to find, and the clues made sense. I always hate when the clues are cryptic. I very much enjoyed it.

    ReplyDelete
  115. @ Sneaksnake, your hintthrough is a thing of beauty! Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  116. Awesome game! Who ever the author is please make more!

    ReplyDelete
  117. I know this is late, but if the author ever comes back to read comments I want to say this is the absolute best game I've played yet on EG24, other than Suicune's wonderful game! Beautiful and crazy at the same time!

@Suicune: Thank you for taking your time to make such a clear walkthrough. I, too, was mega-stuck at the first computer game, and couldn't have finished without your walkthrough...thanks AGAIN!

    ReplyDelete
  118. Thanks for such an incredible game!

    ReplyDelete
  119. I just LOVED this game. It was fantastic!

Thanks Suicune for the walkthrough. There were a couple of points that I needed hints for. The rest of the game flowed very logically. :)

    ReplyDelete
  120. and just because it is fun to be ornery -- I found the computer thing easy lol (probably pure luck). I had more trouble with what to do with the 060 etc numbers. :P

    ReplyDelete
  121. caught this one due to a suggestion of one of our players - thx FireFly ☺

thx for all your creations, Akarika ☺
& thx Suicune for the WT

    ReplyDelete
  122. Akarika, I miss you! Just played this again...I've played your games many times and still think you're one of the very best developers out there! Thank you for these brilliant games!

    ReplyDelete
  123. YAY! Thanks for posting, @AlphaOmega! Such wonderful games! Brings back good memories to see all the players again. Also, Poopo games, and my favorite: Lo Nyan. Enjoy! :) Thank you, Akarika for your games. They are spectacular!
