  18. BTW@Sneak Snake,

After we last talked I finally read your Minoto walk through.

It was fantastic! Like a little story in of itself, with commentary, humor and a dash of your wry perspective.

Bravo! Bravo! En je denkt dat je bent niet grappig wanneer u in het Engels.

    ReplyDelete
  53. need help on the safe. if we relate books to candles.

    Low to High
    Yellow Candle = 2 books
    Blue Candle = 7 books
    Green = 4
    Pink = 5

I input those numbers and nothing happens

    ReplyDelete
  54. After opening the ccabinet with the code from behind the painting (upside down code).

    To solve the book/candle box
Look at the hight of the candles, and see the number of the books in the same colors.

Pink candle: high and 5 books
Yellow candle: low and 2 books
Green candle second highest and 4 books
Blue candle second lowest and 7 books

Change the candles and the number of books 4 times in the box, then click the handle.

    ReplyDelete
  55. @Enjoy, I think you need to put them in the order of the candles, that is pink, yellow, green, blue (at least in my game).

    ReplyDelete
  56. and out.
code for wardrobe is: first set the right side by height then click number of books on left side

    ReplyDelete
  57. Out.. and did it mostly by myself!! YEA!!! That is a first

    ReplyDelete
  58. Did anyone count anything else than pencils for the star code??

  63. @zoz
I'm sorry, it's solved. But its a nice game. Play it!

    ReplyDelete
  65. @Ellie I counted sides for the star code:
    Triangle = 3 sides
    Square = 4 sides

    ReplyDelete
  66. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  67. @Asturded
Thanks, that seems to be a good way, but I don't think its the correct one since it is 34, not 43. And the square is shown before the triangle in the code. I don't know...

    ReplyDelete
  68. Out without help. Very good game and nice graphics

    ReplyDelete
  69. @Ellie

ooops, you are right! maybe it worked for me because I'm dyslexic... :)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Hint for cupboard with star is : sharpened or nor sharpened: 3 4 if I remember well

    ReplyDelete
  71. @Ellie, the 3 and 4 is the pencils.
The hint in the game is sharpened or not sharpened
So I think it is square in the meaning not sharp not cool. And a triangle is in a way sharp.

    ReplyDelete
  72. @SneakSnake.
Thanks, I played the japanese version the first time, so I didn't get that hint.
Are you writing now? I started... but am not that quick today lol.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Hello, how's everyone today? Well, I hope. I'm late again on a live game. I was still trying to finish that 'Gotmail' game from last nite. Anyway, I have a question if anyone is still here. Does anyone know what in the heck happened to Suicune? I thought he was coming back soon.

    ReplyDelete
  74. @Ellie I'm not writing, I'm still sad I couldn't get back in the game anymore after I lost the penlight.
And nobody showed any compassion, so I'm in my corner crying and, strange but true; helping somebody in a Gazzy game (No I didn't play, but I still can help).

    ReplyDelete
  75. Ellie, Sneaksnake, have you guys heard anything?

    ReplyDelete
  76. @Jadefox
Suicune is doing fine and working on his new game from time to time. He's posted also in Door Cracker (here and in that site). If he comes back for good one day is something many people want... hopefully he will soon.

    ReplyDelete
  77. @SneakSnake
I'm so sorry that you didn't get into the game again! It's so sad!! (Did you try to refresh a hundred times?).

    @Jadefox
Suicune is fine, but not comming back yet. He's busy doing other things at the moment.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Hi, @Jadefox, good to see you live. And just to let you know; I did read your comments, the comments you thought nobody would read.
And @Suicune, well he came back as Chairman of the GazzyBoycott but went again after he lost(!!???) a game (Sonoko Markus did finish first, but he still shows up sometimes in the Door Cracker game.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Jadefox
Yalcin said we must post comments about games here
    other thema in ChatBox please

    ReplyDelete
  80. Oh, thanks a lot Edgar. That's good to know. I thought something may be wrong because I haven't seen him on in so long. Well, that's good that he's ok. If you see him before I do, would you tell him I said hello and hope all is well and that I miss seeing him in games. Thanks
And thanks again, I didn't see you in this game as I just got here and it was over, or I would have asked you also. Well, hope to see you in next game, and I hope I can catch it live, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I will delete your comments sorry

    ReplyDelete
  82. Oh, Megi I'm sorry, I didn't know. But I did ask someone in chat about 3 weeks ago and they gave me the impression he was sick or something was wrong. But got it, no more here, will take it to the chat room. Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  83. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  84. And I'm still working on the walkthrough, but keep getting distracted by the comments here. So in "no time" it will be out.

And i agree with zoz and SneakSnake.

    ReplyDelete
  85. The site is still awesome despite different types of games, not exactly related to escape, and despite the different tastes and "factions". If someone doesn't like what I post I think is always free to skip it.
But I do like to have the chance to express myself and to have a small talk with my friends... if I can't do that, then this site will be just another simple games site in the web, and it will be the same for me to post/play here than anywhere else. I hope I won't have to be forced to do that.

  86. WALKTHROUGH
There might be some troubles opening the game but just keep refreshing, eventually it will open (after say 5-15 tries). Someone might need to use the ”alternative link” at the very bottom of the page.
There is an option to choose English instead of Japanese before you press Start.
The inventory have two functions for every item, upper one is ”show” and lower one ”use”.

All of the solutions to codes will be found at the end of the Walkthrough.

    Chair view
    - Zoom on the right chair, move the pillow and get a penlight. Zoom out.

    Turn right, brown cabinet view
    - Zoom on the left side of the brown cabinet. Take a ruler. Zoom out.

    Turn right twice, candle view
    - Open the lower drawer. Move the left of the cups to get a cube of sugar. Zoom out.
    - Zoom on the top drawer. Use the ruler to open it. Get a black light box and a star. Zoom out.
    - Zoom on the ”fish bowl” on top of the drawers. Put your cube of sugar in the bowl. Zoom out.

Turn right twice, brown cabinet view
    - Zoom on the code in the cabinet. Put your star there. Note that you’ll need two numbers.
    Zoom out.

    Turn right twice, candle view
    - Zoom on the fish bowl again. Now that you waited for a while, the sugar is dissolved and you get a red marble. Zoom out.

Turn right twice, brown cabinet view
    - Zoom on the red box on top of the cabinet. Put the red marble there and get a battery. Zoom out.
    - View your penlight. Click on the right part to turn it around. Open it and insert the battery. Close it again and turn it to see the light. Close the view.
    - View your black light box. Put the penlight in the box. See a question ”How many” and a square and a triangle. Clue to the code in the brown cabinet.
    - Zoom on the code. After you insert the correct numbers from square and triange (you might also want to press th HINT button at the bottom of the game) and press enter the cabinet opens and shows a lot of books.
    - Take the book without number in upper left compartment. Read through it to get a hint on how to remove the picture above the book cabinet. Zoom out.
    - Zoom on the picture and press the corners to remove it. Get a code from behind ”ObEz”. Zoom out.

    Turn right, tall cabinet view
    - Zoom on the code and use what you got from behind the painting to open it (use HINT button as well).
    - Zoom on the yellow box. Use the books in the cupboard and the candles to open this box and get matches. Zoom out twice.

    Turn right, candle view
    - Zoom on the candles. Light them using the matches, in the color order shown on the match box, yellow, blue, green, pink (it is also the order of lowest to highest). Get a key. Zoom out.

    Turn left, tall cabinet
    - Open the left side of the cabinet.
    - Zoom on the yellow drawers. Use the key in the middle one. Get a bag that tells you to go to the Hospital. Zoom out twice.

You can now open the door and escape!
(And the daughter just had her appendix removed… no problem at all lol)

  87. SOLUTIONS TO CODES
    Brown cabinet
The hint from the light box tells you to put the number of squares and triangles. If you press ”HINT” on bottom of the game page, you get ”sharpened or not sharpened”.
Have a look at the pencils and count the
    not sharpened =squares =3
    sharpened = triangles =4
    Code: 34

    Remove the picture
The book shows numbers in the different corners = the corners of the pictures. Press the corners of the picture in the sequence shown in the book:
Upper left, lower left, upper right, upper left, lower right, lower right.

    Tall cabinet
From behind the painting you get ObEz.
If you press ”HINT” button on bottom of the page you get ”you will see numbers when you reverse it”.
Turn the ObEz upside down to see numbers.
    Code: 2390

    Yellow box in cabinet
Look at the hight of the candles, and look at how many books there are in the cabinet in the same colors.

Pink candle: highest and 5 books
Yellow candle: lowest and 2 books
Green candle: second highest and 4 books
Blue candle: second lowest and 7 books

Change the position of the candle and the number of books in the yellow box 4 times, then click the handle.
You need to do it in the order of the candles, pink, yellow, green and blue.

  88. Just checked the last 3 months.
A lot of small talk in the comments but almost allways good hints, clues and a walkthrough.
Just 14 games without a walkthrough and that's in more than 650 games. So if you wanna change something; place the walkthroughs after a few days as the first comment and everybody is happy. Players looking for answers will get them right away and after that you can joke around all you want.

    ReplyDelete
  89. weird ending, but good one

    ReplyDelete
  90. Well, I take that back, some of the short ones are ok, but way too many of them just make no sense. That's what I don't like about a lot of the games

    ReplyDelete
  91. @SneakSnake, I don't think you are going to hear from Yalcin or MegiPoland or you would have by now. What are they going to say? I mean, they know that they don't want you guys to stop coming here.

    ReplyDelete
  92. By the way, good (as allways) Walkthrough @Ellie.
Hope this comment won't be deleted because technical speaking it's not about the game, but just a comment about a comment.

    ReplyDelete
  93. As I have often commented...I sometimes prefer the comments to the games... Let's keep doing what we like where we like...I enjoy the banter and even catching it all the next day or so because I can't always be here live!

    ReplyDelete
  94. BTW, it took me 15 minutes to post that comment because I kept getting "conflicting edits" or whatever and had to start again!
Don't stop all the great walkthroughs everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  95. I hope you guys/gals don't leave - I treasure this site for the always helpful and very often hugely entertaining comments and walkthroughs. I have a feeling that the expressed 'warning' re posting offtopic stuff here is in regard to comments about persons who are not present, and is in that case fair enough. But it would be nice to hear confirmation from the powers above.

    ReplyDelete
  96. @Debra

When you get "conflicting edits", don't start to write again!

Use the refresh button on top of the page instead and the press the left choice you get "try again". Your text will appear as a comment.

    ReplyDelete
  97. @sneaksnake, I totally agree about going back to older games and still enjoying reading the comments. When I first discovered the charm of Minoto games I went back and played every one available, and read all the help and walkthroughs as well.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Such a great walkthrough. Many thanks for your walkthrough Ellie =)

    ReplyDelete
  99. @Ellie

    I have to second Yalçin.
You wrote that WT as if it was your last ;)
    Keep them coming! :D

    ReplyDelete
  100. @ admin
if you mention about my comment in your comment, then u should not delete mine comment.
    then yours becomes meaningles

    ReplyDelete
  101. You are welcome @Yalcin :)
    And thank you!

    @Edgar
It's difficult to keep them from comming lol.

    ReplyDelete
  102. @Sishyphos, i deleted all comments about last issue. I kept my comment to let others read and then i deleted my comment too.

    Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  103. that was cute. "and me? i felt dizzy??" haha. :)

    ReplyDelete
  104. NOOOOOOO, IT'S TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Thanks for the alternative link. Sweet ending. :)

    ReplyDelete
  106. Don't think I saw this mentioned anywhere, but the clue for the yellow safe is in the bottom yellow drawer in the left of the cupboard.

Safe = candle colour of picture.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Thank you @Sparkle,
    I didn't know about that.
And if you press HINT button after opening that drawer you get "candle of picture = candle in this room = book color, height and volumes".

    ReplyDelete
  108. Out without help. It was a very nice game.

    ReplyDelete
  109. out again, quite easy for a game with japanese writing

    ReplyDelete
  110. great game and graphics, 5*.

    ReplyDelete
  111. this is too complecated for me, those numbers dont open anything. will someone do a walkthru please, I sure need it Thanks

    ReplyDelete
  112. Sherry12 if you scroll up, Ellie already made a perfect walkthrough.

    ReplyDelete
  113. For what its worth I for one am very grateful (and amused ) by all your comments, walkthroughs, hints etc. This is a good site and its a shame it all gets so political. Many thanks to Ellie, Edgar, sneaksnake, KitKatfox, suicune(and sorry to everyone Ive forgotten). Keep on smiling eveyone!

    ReplyDelete
  114. The only error with Ellie's walkthrough is that you only need to enter the blue candle number/height into the safe to open it. You don't have to worry about the other candles.

    ReplyDelete
  115. out with no help. Lovely game, but what a mean daughter.

She made her father worry because she stopped talking to him after she got married? What, did her new husband tell her to cut off all contact?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  117. I made it. I only needed help with that thing with the numbers and height of the book and picture thing.

    What's cbox?

    ReplyDelete
  118. Cogumela Amanita cbox is a short way of writing chatbox. A great place to chat with others on this site.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Nice one. One of the better older Robamimi's!

    ReplyDelete
  120. caught this one from the random section
