  31. Door view

Look out the window. It’s a nice, sunny day. Zoom out.
Click on the box on the shelf. You need a key to open it.
Click on the blue book on the bottom row of the shelf. It gives you the 12 astrological signs and their symbols.
Click on the panel attached to the door. You need a screwdriver to get it.

    Turn right.

Get a piece of paper tucked in between the sofa cushions.
Zoom in on the picture. It says Fourth of July. Take note of the color of the frame. Zoom out.
Zoom in on the picture on the table. It’s a Valentines greeting. Take note of the color of the frame again. Zoom out.
Zoom in on the pencil holder. Get screwdriver. Zoom out.
Click the bottom drawer of the table. Get a some kinda code box. Zoom out.
Open the second drawer to get a gear. Zoom out.

    Turn right.

Get pitcher on top of the table.
Zoom in on the vault on top of it. You see astrological signs once more. You need to figure out what signs go with the colored boxes to open it. Zoom out.
Click on the picture. It’s about Halloween. Take note of the color of the frame again.
Click on top of the big jar to see what’s inside. There’s a key but you can’t reach it. Zoom out.

    Turn right.

Turn on the faucet. Use your pitcher on it to fill it with water. Don’t forget to turn off the water! Save mother nature! Zoom out and turn left.
Pour the water on the big jar. Do this a couple more times to fill the jar to the brim. Get the key.
Go back to the sink view.
Zoom in on the picture. It’s Christmas! Take note of the color of the frame.
Open the cupboard beneath the sink. You need a code to open it.
Now open the armoire and zoom in. You need gears to make it work. Zoom out.

    Turn right.

Zoom in on the panel on the door and use your screwdriver to take it.
Zoom in on the paper in your inventory. Click on it to unfold it.
Now click on the panel with holes that you get from the door. Use it on the paper to get a code. You get SPOILERTriangle=1,pentagon=0,circle=4,square7SPOILER. Close it.
Now open the box on top of the shelf with the key that you got from the jar. Get telescope.
Use the telescope to zoom in on the sign outside the window.
    It gives you an equation:

    Flower fence cloud
    +Fence cloud flower

To solve it count the number of flowers, the fence, and the clouds. You get SPOILER1086SPOILER.

    Turn left.

It’s time to open the safe in the cupboard under the sink.
Input the numbers that you got from the piece of paper. So you need to enter SPOILER0741SPOILER. Click on the hand in the middle to open and get the gear. Zoom out.

    Turn left.

Now it’s time to open the safe with the astrological signs.
Remember the pictures around the house?
You need to enter the signs based on the color of the frames.

Green frame (Christmas) = Capricorn (Dec 22 - Jan 19)
Red frame (Valentines) = Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18)
    Blue frame (4th of July) = Cancer (Jun 21 - Jul 22)
Orange frame (Halloween) = Scorpio (Oct 23 - Nov 21)

Check the book for their symbols. Enter the symbols in the code box. Click on the hand to open it and get handle. Zoom out.

Turn right. Open the armoire. Zoom in and put your two gears and the handle. You’re still missing one gear. Where could it be?
Zoom in on the code box in your inventory. Open it with the code that you get from the window. Take gear.
Put the last gear in and turn the handle. Get key. Zoom out.

    Turn right.

Use key on the door. You’re out! Congratulations!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thank you guys. I didn't think it would be that easy for you all...
I'll make it harder next time :)

    ReplyDelete
  38. Out without help. This game is very logical.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I agree @Tzechuk. That's what I love about this game :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. I want more! I love Sharon! \0/

    ReplyDelete
  41. a super quality of the Game, very nicely done

    ReplyDelete
  42. I liked this game - great logic, as an escape game should be! Thanks for the fun!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Just testing my new settings...

    ReplyDelete
  44. Hmm.. I finally did it right (so no more confusion about wich Karen is speaking ;-) ) but unfortunately it doesn't show my pic yet...

    ReplyDelete
  45. @neil - excellent walkthrough. You have absolutely nothing to apologize for!
@Sharon - thank you for this game. I like the fact that it is logical, too.

    ReplyDelete
  46. A nice, well-thought out, actually made sense, didn't have to combine a candle with a gun escape game! A Goldilocks game, as I call it. Not too hard, not too easy. Juuuust right. The only improvement I'd make is some sound/music for it. Other than that it was very well done. Congrats Sharon! :)

    ReplyDelete
  47. Loved the game @Sharon! Looking forward to your next (harder?) one :D

    Great walkthrough @neil!

    ReplyDelete
  48. The quality was just fine

    ReplyDelete
  49. Meant to say the quality of the walkthrough was just fine neil.

    ReplyDelete
  50. thank you apricotmomma! :)

    ReplyDelete
  51. This was a great game! Easy, logical, fun! Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Excellent game!
Full of good codes, just the way I like them... the way games should be.

Out almost without any help, except for a hint with the door plate. Thanks @tosca for that.

  53. @Sharon
Just a final thought/complaint/suggestion about the zodiac puzzle:
Having the colored frames in the dates clues and the zodiac signs in the code box, I think it wasn't necessary to gives those other hints (zodiacs in book and on the dial) since it was quite obvious what to use... or at least just one of them. It would have made the game even more interesting, challenging and complex, don't you think?
It's just my opinion anyways. Congratulations on this one... I enjoyed it enormously! Keep them coming, please!!!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Wow! Out on my own:-)

    ReplyDelete
  55. I was just wondering if anyone had any empty inventory spaces? I had four. Just wondering if maybe I missed something or what? Anyway, also would like to say, use all the hints you want to in your game Sharon, lol, for people like me that these games are not that easy. Sorry Edgar, don't mean anything personal about that, just that some of these games are not so easy for me. But you can make the next one a little harder for all the people that thinks it's so easy. It doesn't bother me to have to look at a hint every now and then. Thanks for the game Sharon. It was really a GREAT one. Keep them coming!!! And I really mean that because lately no one has been posting good games here like they used to. Mostly 'Find the Numbers' games, 'Hidden Alphabet' games, and 'Hidden Object' games. This site used to be great, but I think it's fading a bit. But if you keep your games coming, it will surely help get this site get back the good games.

  56. Thank you Jadefox for lovely comment :-)

    ReplyDelete
  57. First one ever to solve on my one. Good for me. yes!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. hey @Jadefox, not taking it personal at all, so don't worry about it :)
I've been told by Suicune and now by Sharon that the difficulty level on a game is hard to measure for a game maker... and it must be hard for them to fulfill everyone's expectations.
And still I personally think this game is perfect altogether. As I said before, the way Escape Games should be... and like you, I look forward for many more!

The comment you posted before is where the comment you're posting now will probably be soon... deleted.
I think because VideoWalkthroughs must be sent to Yalçin directly... not sure anyways.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Good, fun game - very well done!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Great game! First I've done in ages without any help. I loved that all of the puzzles were logical. Thanks for sharing it with us!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Great game! loved everything about it. Thank you, Sharon!

    ReplyDelete
  65. excellent game. Thanks, Sharon!!!!

I made my own extra complexity. I didn't pay enough attention to realize 2 zodiac symbols had M-like shapes. I had to look to see why my code didn't work -- I had the other one. Feeling dumb now lol

    ReplyDelete
  66. @Edgar: thx didn't know this ... a FAQ or just a little note would be nice for new posters -.-'

    ReplyDelete
  67. I thought this was a fabulous game! Thank you Sharon!

    ReplyDelete
  68. nice little game, enjoyed it, oh yeah, out!

    ReplyDelete
  69. this one was great. i know this is sort of a duplicate compliment, others have said the same stuff. i really enjoy having to figure things out. most of these escape games lack the logical quality they used to possess. this one was a little easier than some logic puzzles, but that is ok too. it's nice to have different skill levels in these. i thought this game was more in the tradition of crimson room than a lot of these "escape games".
