    Get 568 as code (fake)

Use the yellow number, half the violet one, and a quarter of the blue one.
The yellow book also explains that.

    ReplyDelete
  59. @Edgar - oh, hey, that worked - thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Anyone recognize the music at the end?

    HINT-> Lilo & Stitch

    ReplyDelete
  70. For the levers, you only need to move 2 of them.
Look at the leaves picture for colors and follow the clue in the bottom right.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hi! new to this, i'm stuck, can't find the string :(

    ReplyDelete
  72. Pia, use the pliers on the bird cage according to the paper....

    ReplyDelete
  73. lol @Cyberjar88. I doubt I'd recognized it even if I've seen the movie :P

    ReplyDelete
  74. @Pia, not a string, but a piece of wire from the birdcage... use nippers in the spot marked in the paper hint.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Oh, Joana replied to that before, lol.
What's with the comments not showing??

    ReplyDelete
  85. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  86. @cuity Select magnet in inventory then click About Item. Click wire and click magnet in your window (not in inventory) to attach.

    ReplyDelete
  87. @JJ Use the second note with the drawings and arrows and look at the shelf with the same drawings (one with view of door). Follow the order of objects as the arrows point to the next item and imagine that the shelf of stuff was a 9x9 grid.

Click the 9x9 puzzle found in bottom drawer of desk in the same order of the objects on your imaginary 9x9 grid.

    ReplyDelete
  88. @JJ use the second note, with the items, they give you the correct order (if you imagine a 9x9 square with the shelves)... then use this in the bottom drawer of the desk...

    ReplyDelete
  89. Finally out... tried everywhere looking for the final key LOL
    Thanks everyone for the help!

  90. Aloha ☼ Through (Part One of Two)

    ● Zoom in the table and again under it to get the blue sheet.
    ● Note you can zoom in the cushion and on the pictures on wall.
    ● Go right.

    ● Zoom in the desk drawers and take the yellow sheet from the one in
the middle (top drawer is locked and bottom one has a coded box).
    ● Zoom in the right side of the desk and read some Hawaiian words and
     their meaning in English.
    ● Note you can also zoom on the picture on the wall shelf.
    ● See the clock (or zoom in it) to see it’s time to go to the right (lol).

    ● Zoom in the shelves and click on the greenish vase to take some
      scissors from it.
    ● Click on the middle drawer in the bottom to collect the paper clue #1.
Look at it (click it, drag it and click on About Item) and remember it!
    ● Go right… :(

    ● Zoom in the upper part of the cupboard and click on the yellow book.
Go through the pages and remember these clues.
    ● Zooming in the middle part of the cupboard you can see a key inside the
green vase (which you cannot get yet) and, in the bottom part, a code
pad on the cupboard door (which you can’t even move!).
    ● Notice you can also zoom in the picture of 2 leaves hanging on the wall.
    ● Go right yet again (it sucks, doesn’t it?)

    ● Zoom in the cushion, use the scissors on it to get a yellow key.
    ● Go right.

    ● Use the key to open the top drawer in the desk and grab the pink sheet
     and the paper clue #2.
    ● Go left now (Ahhh, finally!)

    ● Place the three color sheets on the picture using the clues provided in
the yellow book; if done correctly, you’ll see the code panel on the
     cabinet going uncovered.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
    ● Go left.

    ● Zoom in the cabinet’s doors and enter the code you’ve got from using the
color sheets and the clues from the yellow book; get a magnet.
    ● Keep left ;)

    ● Look at the items on the shelves (notice the shelves distribution
resembles to a 3x3 grid), look at your paper clue #2 and figure out an
     order from there.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
    ● Move left.

    ● Open the bottom drawer of the desk, push the keys on the box in the order you’ve just figured out and get the pliers.
    ● Go right and realize good things never last forever.

    ● Use the nippers on the birdcage (look at the paper clue #1 to find the
right spot) and get a piece of wire.
    ● Combine magnet (open it in About Item) with the wire.
    ● Turn right.

  91. Aloha ☼ Through (Part Two of Two)

    ● Zoom in the middle part of the cabinet and again in the top part of the
vase; use the magnet to get the gray key.
    ● Go left.

Zoom in the shelves and use the gray key to open the box on top left…
     get a screwdriver cool! :)
    ● Go left.

    ● Zoom in the shelf on wall and use the screwdriver on the ‘hello’ picture
to reveal a password panel… figure it out, enter it, click OK and see
the ‘2 leaves’ picture falling down.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
    ● Go left twice.

    ● Use the fallen picture as a clue to figure out what levers and where to
move them in this view; do it correctly, click the OPEN button and you
     can take a lighter.
Solution at the end of the Walkthrough
    ● Go right.

    ● Zoom in the table, use the lighter to light the candle, see it consuming and get the green key.
    ● Turn left twice.

    ● Zoom in the exit door and use the green key to make your escape.
    CONGRATS!!

    SOLUTION TO THE SHEETS CODE
The first pages of the yellow book let us know the order to place the color sheets on the pictures:
    Sheets: Picture:
    Yellow  =  Green
    Pink  =   Orange
    Blue  =   Brown
Doing this will give a fake code on the pictures: 568

Now, using the last pages of the yellow book, we must take
    - all of the yellow number (5)
    - half of the pink number (6/2= 3)
    - a quarter of the blue number (8/4= 2)
The needed code to open the cupboard is then: 532

SOLUTION TO THE DESK PUZZLE BOX

The items portrayed on the paper code #2 have this sequence:
Box → Beige drawer → Birdcage → Lamp → Vase
Taking the shelves as a 3x3 grid and following the order of the items on them we can get the following:
    1 4 □
    5 3 □
    □ 2 □
Press the buttons on the box in that order to get it open.

SOLUTION TO THE ‘HELLO’ PICTURE PASSWORD
Just type the word standing for ‘hello’ in Hawaiian: ALOHA

    SOLUTION TO THE LEVERS
On the fallen ‘2 leaves’ picture we can see the green one pointing up and the orange one pointing down. Use the 180º clue to turn them (mentally) upside down.
Therefore, move only green and orange levers… green down and orange up

  92. I have to say:
Sorry for the late posting of this Walkthrough. Life gets in the middle sometimes.

Thanks to the people whom I played this game with for the fun and the help, specially to @Blue, whose comments did help me a couple of times.

    Hasta mañana!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Hmmm..I think I'm too late for a live game. Sorry I missed it. I must say it was actually pretty fun and not too frustrating! (After I figured out that the lighter was not a key) And Kathryn...my heart breaks for you, but what you did was humane and loving and I'm sure comforting to the kitty. Know that you did a good thing.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  121. The congratulations scenes are from Oah'u. The first is the park near the marina where the SS Minnow departs in Gilligan's Island, and the second is Waikiki beach: you see Diamond Head Crater in the background. Been there this last September and will be going back in 2011. Beautiful and fun!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Thank you to everybody for the help over the, yes, years! I have no idea why it has taken me literaly years to be able to post here, must have been an AIM and >me< squabble,
