ReplyDeleteCan someone please explain how to get key #1? Appreciate the explanations given, but following them exactly, and even otherwise does not work. I have taken the binocs, zoomed in on the hole by the fride in the TV room, removed the binocs, ... nothing - keep losing the binocs too. Impossible.
ReplyDelete@marielogan, you should use the binocs and then click again to see the hole without them. You need to put the tube from the bathroom in the hole and then the vacuum cleaner on the ground to the right. Click on the cleaner again and it should move to bring up the key.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you need to look in the other hole before this works. Did you see the ants in that hole, and clicked on them to make the binocs disappear?
I don't like games where you have to find the exact spot to put things. I had to read the comments to realize that a lot of what I tried was right if I had only put it in X spot. :/

Thanks Ellie! I must say, comments in here suggested the vaccum be placed in the fire room first - which is not true. Also, the HOLE is not properly specified in any comments - to clarify - LOOK down the hole in the floor with the binocs. As Ellie says, back out and make sure the binocs are in inventory. Next, look back in the hole - zoom in and notice WHILE ZOOMED IN THE HOLE, that there is an upper view of the hole by the pink border. I never would have seen that had I not fluked out. Basically, look inside the hole and do not zoom back out to the kitchen, t.v room view. Just look up to the pinkish border for the inside view of the hole. Place pipe, and then, place vaccuum to the right. *sigh* This is the sort of thing that makes 123B games impossible to finish unless you cheat or fluke out after playing for 10 hours. GRRR
