ReplyDeleteThis is my first post--long time player. I usually cannot figure these games out without the help of all you experts, but today for the first time, I managed to get a clue all on my own. The code for the green box has to do with the Japanese train line. You need 3 photos and the clue from the grey book. SPOILER(OKAY)SPOILER

More explanation of the cards (colors on the wall map):
ReplyDeleteOsaki (between Gotanda and Shinagawa) - red
Yurakucho (between Shimbashi and Tokyo) - yellow
Kanda (between Tokyo and Akihabara). There is no A on the map so blue has to be Akihabara and Kanda is green.
The order is in the hint book.

@Zazie, are you sure you turned the aircon on? Look up in the TV view, and use your remote (you might need to click on the thing next to the door first).

ReplyDeleteLift the couch pillow to get a button, turn it around in the inventory to see it’s a pig button.
When the pillow is lifted, click on it again to turn it. Get a photograph #1.
Zoom on the painting above the couch.
Take a photograph #2 from top left corner.
Turn left.
Zoom on the bookshelf and open the top book.
Get a photograph #3.
Note the colors in the book and see that you need three photographs (which you have).
You should now be able to open the green box, but you might need to go back to the picture above the couch.
Solution below.
Get the jump skill.
Open the lower book to read a hint.
The door is too tight to open.
Turn right.
Zoom on the picture and click on the corners to remove it.
Use the hint in the book.
Solution below.
Get an oil button.
Look at the backside of the painting you removed to read a clue.
Turn right.
“Something are caught in the door”.
Click on the door handle a few times to get an egg button.
There are four holes in the wall – one button left to find.
Turn right.
Use your jump skill to get the pink key.
Turn right.
Use the pink key in the pink book.
Get the punch skill.
Use the punch skill to open the left door to the balcony.
Find the nail button by the flowers.
Go back to the door and insert the four buttons in the wall.

Get mixed skill.
Use the mixed skill on the aircon device above the four buttons.
Normal End:
Go to the TV and click up arrow.
Use the remote in your inventory on the air-condioner.
Answer YES.
Happy End
Go to the bookshelf and open the blue box.
Clue on the TV.

Get two dresses.
Double click on the dresses and click on them again to use them on the dog and cat.
Go to the TV and click up arrow.
Use the remote in your inventory on the air-condioner.

Green box
Your four cards show the name of a station and the station before and after that one.
Look at the picture above the couch and find the letters of the stations before and after.
Osaki (between Gotanda and Shinagawa i.e. between G and S) - red
Yurakucho (between Shimbashi and Tokyo, i.e. between S and T) - yellow
Kanda (between Tokyo and Akihabara, i.e between T and A). There is no A on the map so blue has to be Akihabara and hence Kanda is green.
The order of the colors/letters is shown in the hint book: red, green, blue, yellow
Use the first letters of the corresponding stations: OKAY
Press the button below the letters.

The hint is in the lower book.
Eucalypt, banana, banana, bamboo, cheese is the food of the animals.
So, click on:
Koala, monkey, monkey, panda, mouse.
Four buttons
The clue is on the back of the picture below the TV – the word OPEN.
Use the first letters from the pictures on the buttons and put them in the order (from left to right):

Nail
Blue box
HCDS on the TV means: heart, club, diamond, spade.
