I'm beginning to think that his game isn't supposed to be won and that it's simply meant to frustrate people until they finally give up, which I'm doing now. Click the paper on the left side of the sink cabinet
Highlight the words between the text of the note (Hold and drag your mouse) to read:

Click off the note to close it
Turn around using the bar at the bottom of the screen
Get the newspaper from behind the toilet
Not get the first key
Click the back of the toilet to lift it -- get the second key
Click inventory in the bottom right of your screen (if you scroll over MORE instead, it will open advertisements for games -- click inventory to shut this view)
Use the second key to unlock the window
Click to open it, but you can’t get the frozen key
Click the note on the back of the toilet
Drag away the top paper
Drag the bathroom jokes title to the bottom left part of the note to read:

Turn around
Solve the bathroom jokes riddle to open the box on the sink -- Highlight the numbers and type in the word. It will automatically open
Get the third key
Use this key to open the bottom left door of the sink cabinet
Get the glove
Turn around
Use the glove to get the ice
Click the sink to turn on the water
Put the ice in it and get the fourth key
Turn around
Use this key to open the top right drawer -- get the remote (no batteries)
Turn around
Open the toilet lid and learn it is clogged
Use the glove to free the first battery
Solve the shower box and get the second battery
Solution below
In your inventory, combine the batteries with the remote
Turn around
Use the remote on the square to the right of the mirror
Use the first key to open the safe for a -----new key
Turn around
Use the new key on the box on the floor
Remove all of the keys and then drag the box up
Get the hammer under it
Turn around
Use the hammer on the door to escape (kind of… dun dun dun!)

After using the bathroom jokes title to read the white text on the bathroom note, the hint was in another castle. Google this if you don’t know where it is from SPOILERMARIOSPOILER
Solution to the Box in the Shower
The clue mentioned This isn’t Sparta and twice that. If you don’t know the quote, This Is SPARTA!, it is from the movie 300. 2x300 is 600. That is part one of the clue. The second part “what sits in a tree and is very dangerous,” which will lead you to another bird. Goggle the quote and a bit of searching (about 7 down in the list) is a link to the line being from Batman -- whose has a sidekick. So the answer is SPOILER600ROBINSPOILER

Pressing tab was funny as always.
The more being right next to the inventory was sooooo annoying.
The double riddles was a bit too hard, but I think that is because googling the second part had the results down pretty far on the page.

You wanted suggestions;
Firstly; great game, don't change anything in your new ones. Good combination between a riddle game and an escape game (and please don't make it easier).
Secondly; same as kitkatfox, the 'more' tab so close to the 'inventory' tab; really annoying!
And last; Probably hard to not interfere when your darling is played, but maybe try not to. Let people struggle. The real riddle games here sometimes takes weeks to solve. And I know this isn't a real riddle game, but wouldn't it be great if your game had over 200 comments. People quickly shout; 'buggy' or 'stupid game' but a lot of people here like to try to work out the game thereselfs to finally discover in the end it was a real good game.

ReplyDeleteWe have a problem here between what a few players say they want, and what my hit counter on games actually tells me.
once upon a time I could make the most crazy difficult pixel hunt ever and people would play it til they figured it out. Now, there's so many games posted a day that people simply stop playing if they can't work something out. They also tend to rate games much lower if they can't solve them.
I don't want to post a huge wall of text here butif you'd like to chat about that point further, feel free to drop me an email and I'll write you a whole essay about it.
I could move the tabs - but as annoying as the placement turned out to be it seems that that tab gets viewed a lot more than the one all the way on the left. Soooo yeah. I'm not sure :)
I'm glad you liked the game though.
If the description here indicated it was a "riddle" game it would be played by those fans and be rated as such.
