    ReplyDelete
  50. Hi Self and everyone else,
Yes sir! I read your newspaper because I know how tricky you can be. Love that about you and your games. I am an avid Self Defiant fan and game player although I rarely post. I hate to rush too fast because then the games over and what do I have? Other people's games? Not as much fun. Thanks SD!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Pascale!!! So glad you're here! Where's that dang SD!? I'm so frustrated, but only because my son is driving me completely round the bend with his stupid homework!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Count me in as another who read the newspaper!

    ReplyDelete
  53. NEVER EVER try and play an escape game when your child is learning an oral for Afrikaans (speech class in a different language)!!!

VERY good game Self defiant!! Pity I was just too stressed out to actually play it and had to cheat with your video WT. Bitterly disappointed in myself!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I can't figure out the washing machine - I'm about to give up!

Thanks everyone, nice to see people reading yesterdays news! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  56. @demomo click on the one with the laundry basket in front of it, right at the top, and it should show you a view of the inside of the machine, with a dollar inside.

    ReplyDelete
  57. @SD... I just had to post. Lorem ipsum dolor sit... you say. There are others out there, but I've been having to see that day in and day out as we are creating a card program for the company! What a coincidence. LOL!!

    - Click the top button (on the bottom part) on the Ninja Machine and take QUARTER #1 from the bottom slot.
    - GO RIGHT.

    WASHING MACHINES and PHONE.
    - Zoom in on the phone, take the receiver off, put the quarter in and dial 2192011. Take MARBLE #1 that comes falling down now.
    - GO RIGHT

    VENDING MACHINE
    - Zoom in on the paper on the little table and see the TV HINT (one day more 4 pm and twilight nights 9 pm).

    - Zoom in on the panel next to the vending machine and put in 345 and open it and take the SCREWDRIVER. Zoom in on the open panel and see the levers. Use the hint from the basket so
    1) no click
    2) two clicks
    3) one click
    4) three clicks
    5) no click
    6) one click
    7) three clicks
    And take the GREY KEY.
    - Click on the back of the most right seat and see it's loose, so use the screwdriver on it and take QUARTER #2.
    - GO RIGHT.

    - Use the key on the keyhole in the bottom part of the Ninja Machine and take MARBLE #3.
    - GO RIGHT.

    - GO LEFT.

    DRYERS and TV
    - Use the sponge on the tap above the sink and now you have a WET SPONGE.
    - Making the sponge wet also triggers the second dryer from the right. It's done now and you can open it, look inside and take the DOLLAR BILL.
    - GO RIGHT.

    VENDING MACHINE
    - Use the wet sponge on the back of the left chair and see the 4-DIGIT CODE (2495).
    - GO RIGHT.

    DOOR
    - Open the right trash can and zoom in to see the code box. Use 2495 to open it and take MARBLE #4.
    - GO RIGHT.

    WASHING MACHINES and PHONE
    - Use the dollar bill on the changing machine and take MARBLE #5.
    - GO RIGHT.

    DRYERS and TV
    - Zoom in on the speaker on the top left and see it's a safe. Put all 5 marbles in and open it and take the BLACK KEY.
    - GO RIGHT (2x)

    DOOR
    - Use the key on the keyhole in the door and go out and you're out.

  61. Had to cheat as I could not read code on chair. It was too small....Thought it said 2x95. Love these games. And I did read all the news paper. Thanks SD!

    ReplyDelete
  62. alice,
Selfdefiant makes great games and thinks of everything. When you can't read the number, just clicks it and the text in the bar under the game tells you the number.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hello, Rachel, I'm sorry, I gave up the game for a couple of hours. I am going to restart. Thank you for the walkthrough, Small-Tool !

    ReplyDelete
  64. Selfdefiant, just wanted to let you know that I did read the text in the newspaper.... haha

    ReplyDelete
  65. @ Selfdefiant:
If you've taught us one thing, it's to check absolutely everything in your games!
Yes, I read the yesterday's newspaper too!
But not because I expected any clue in it, though; I knew there wouldn't be one because you put a clown picture on it.
My computer froze as it so often does, and reading it was all I had left to do while it sorted itself out =)
I was going to read it anyway, though ;P

    ReplyDelete
  66. Happy happy :o). I like these games - they are solveable even for an innumerate like me, but not so easy that you feel ashamed LOL. I did of course need some help, particularly in places to use that essential screwdriver - so thank you to all, and to SelfDefiant for the game.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Only had to look here to find the last ball. I also read the Newspaper, not for a clue, but just wondering what it was. Cute. I also like typing!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Dollar bill in the washing machine... Looks like somebody's been laundering money!

I once went to the laundry appliance department at Sears. They had poker chips in the demo washing machine. I guess using poker chips instead of real money makes it legal! (I wish I could cash in all those chips!)

    ReplyDelete
  69. Oh and SelfDefiant, definitely read the paper ;)

    ReplyDelete
  70. Lol! I got to play this now and I must admit I'm a lazy player. I started reading the paper, then I saw the numbers and thought "I won't need to read all of this text". But, when I saw comments about it here after playing, of course I had to go back in to read :)
