Hi Miller !
hi Zazie! lots of tools so far. don't know what to do with them now
ReplyDeletepalced motor next to light box
ReplyDeleteAh, well... not getting anything else done here, but loading!
ReplyDeleteSo many screwdrivers, so few to pick up!
ReplyDeleteHi @Zazie, and again @Miller! (and whoever else may have come along as I slowly type this, lol)
finding lots of tools/stuff
ReplyDeleteunscrew top panel of motor. just figured out that there's another view...seems my inventory wont be emptier.
ReplyDeleteGood morning/afternoon everyone.
ReplyDeleteopenend lamp on table... not plugged in yet
ReplyDeletehope there is a good handyman here - I need it
ReplyDeleteOh Boy!! My first time being able to post and two games so far....YEAH!!
ReplyDeleteI can't fix the wires with tape, maybe need scissors or something similar.
ReplyDeleteStill looking around and collecting items! Thanks for the motor things @miller!
ReplyDeleteused solidering tools
ReplyDeleteOk put cable in socket on wall, then TV on table, connect it to socket (when you clicked the switches. Then put soldering thing into socket...
ReplyDeleteI hope my inventory is strong enough -lol- sooo much stuff there
ReplyDeleteGood morning @Knotaklu!
ReplyDeleteWelcome @michjean!
I want to plug my soldering iron in and fix the wires, but cant.
plugged in radio and removed back. Oh, no, looks like one of those deconstruction-using-only-a-screwdriver games!
ReplyDeleteradio, locker, motor... jeez its a manfriendly game lol
ReplyDeleteI can't put the tv on table since the motor is there and I can't take it back...
ReplyDeletehave you plugged in, switch board under the table?
ReplyDelete@Roosje, how did you open the lamp?
ReplyDelete@Zazie, did you have an extra cable to plug in before the TV?
My motor won´t go on the table, TV is already there ...
ReplyDeleteseems you have to flip both switches (on wall and on power strip) to get the electricity flowing...
ReplyDeletemy motor doesnt com off either
ReplyDeleteEllie, no i just was messing around with the upper and down switches and suddenly the soldering iron was plugged in. And the other end is in TV now.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea what's on/off for my switches anymore, I can't place the TV, nor the radio.
ReplyDeleteonce the radio was repaired and turned on, i could take it back. Maybe the same for other items?
ReplyDeleteI think zoz is right, but I don't know how to fix the motor...
ReplyDelete@Zazie, thanks! I guess I shouldn't have placed the motor there in the first place. It's too heavy to move now. I wish the tape would fix it.
ReplyDeleteMy switches are Wall: down on the bottom and Power Strip: down on the left. And I have a red light on now, I suppose meaning the radio is repaired...
ReplyDeleteOnce TV was done clicked on solder gun and it went back to inventory.I guess each one needs done before you can do the next.
ReplyDeletewell I cant do anything
ReplyDeletemy soldering iron doesnt plug in
cant fix the wires of motor with tape
so clueless - I need a man !!!!
fixed the tv, used soldering iron + lead. Turned the tv on... fixed. So it's off the table now
ReplyDeleteLots and lots of stuff but having trouble ... oops keep clicking on inventory stuff thinking it's something hanging from the ceiling. Have the blue thing - it's a motor? Who knew! LOL - on the table and plugged in, that's about it.
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot for the switches @zoz! I'm considering to open a new game to fix some other things than the motor.
ReplyDeleteI can´t remove TV anymore, but i removed the cable under the table again. No avail to put radio or anything else.
ReplyDeleteto fix grinder, remove switch and grinding wheel and replace them with those you found around the room
ReplyDeleteI like the "magic" screwdrivers better. One click and you are done!
ReplyDeleteahhh
ReplyDeleteMotor fixing
cut the wires with the knive and then use the tape
Oooh! I forgot I had a knife!! It was hiding in the inventory. USe it on the motor cable, then tape works.
ReplyDeleteOh my I missed the second view. Got lots more stuyff - and finally noticed they tell you down the bottom what you are collecting. My speed amazes me sometimes...!
ReplyDeletefixed the locker, used iron piece
ReplyDeletefixed it all on my own (pat, pat on shoulder)
ReplyDeleteput new steel plate in lock on locker and close door. On a roll now!
ReplyDeleteI'm losing the will to live - have so many tools and so little time - I will have to come back later! Good luck, guys .. I am making the sexist assumption that the guys are playing this one LOL.
ReplyDeleteThat took some time to put the screws back on the motor! Placed the radio there now and looking inside of it.
ReplyDeletemotor fixed, used first knife and then tape
ReplyDeleteoops the grinder thing i fixed may not have been a grinder - it was the red and white thing
ReplyDeleteI can't fix my radio :( Anyone remembers how?
ReplyDeleteWhere did you put the motor to remove the screws ?
ReplyDeleteI have no zoomed view either...
mixer fixed, used red button and mixer thing (don't remember the name)
ReplyDeleteZazie, put the motor on the table
ReplyDelete@Zazie, the motor goes to the left of the switch and lamps on the table, but you can't have something else there, must repair that thing first.
ReplyDeletestuck with fixing the tv now...
ReplyDeletefixed all items out now
ReplyDeleteStuck on radio...where to put what...guess i'm not much of handywoman after all..lol!
ReplyDeletei am looking for the yellow lamp for the light switch
ReplyDeleteanother live one
ReplyDeleteout. once last items is fixed and put away and all lights are on, you have a key for the door.
ReplyDeletewell that was hard work
ReplyDeletefinally fixed everything and out
time to put my feet up
@zoz, do you remember how you fixed the radio?
ReplyDeleteor have i to repair something more?
ReplyDeleteMiller - use the soldering iron
ReplyDeleteRoosje08 - you have to fix everything until all the lamps are lit
ReplyDeleteRadio help please??
ReplyDeletefor the radio, turn it around, then remove all screws and take back off. Click on the wire (i think it was red), replace back cover and replace all four screws and screw them in. Turn radio around and, I think, you have to flip the middle switch to turn it on. then you can take it back.
ReplyDeleteEllie - just put the red lead into the slot
ReplyDeleteHow to fix TV ?
ReplyDeleteIt is still on my table and no tool works on it.
@SwissMiss: I already placed it, but now it seems I can't do anything right now. think, I'm missing an item...
ReplyDeleteI just loved taking these things apart and playing with wires while they were plugged in!
ReplyDeleteHahaha.. thanks @zoz!! I missed the "click on the wire" part of fixing the radio, but I must have spent thousands of clicks in there :)
ReplyDeleteEvery things fixed now, guess I have to make a key now
ReplyDeleteTY zoz!!
ReplyDeleteI fixed locker, tv, radio, mixer and motor.... oh now i see, i forgot motor.....stupid
ReplyDeletefor tv dont plug it in, use soldering iron first in plug
ReplyDeleteMiller - there is the stuff for the soldering iron in your inventory - you need both things
ReplyDeleteand out
ReplyDeleteKnotaklu - key comes automatically when all lamps are lit
ReplyDeleteokay, got it now. solidering lead worked.
ReplyDelete@Zazie, do you have a soldering iron and soldering lead? Turn the tv around (the cover comes off) an use the soldering iron near the bottom (it places itself). Then drag the soldering lead to that spot and it should work. you have to turn it back around and turn it on to get the light and be able to remove it.
ReplyDeleteAhh now it works, my electricity was off lol.
ReplyDeletewow, after being declared brain dead yesterday, it's really nice to be able to give some help today!
ReplyDeleteHa, golden key is to the right of 'Light box'.
ReplyDeleteJust love fixing things. That was fin after the puzzle one.
Thx zoz !!!
ReplyDeletezoz - any tipps how to recover so fast???
ReplyDeleteWhat do you need zoz?
ReplyDeleteHA Finally done...all that unscrewing and screwing in of the screws!! I need to go back to work for a break....LOL! Thanks for all the help everyone!
ReplyDelete@SwissMiss, I guess it was a good night's sleep? That and the fact that today's games are lots less challenging than yesterday's so far!
ReplyDeleteim happy there wasnt a specific order to fixing this cause i put motor there first and was stuck until the little elves came along to help thx again everyone
ReplyDelete@zoz, let me use the brain dead term today :) I don't have any soldering lead... you don't mean the steel piece do you? Ehm, do you remember where you found it? Maybe a POP would do.
ReplyDeletethanks everyone. out now. I don't really liked that one. it was just randomly clicking the items and hoping that something would work out.
ReplyDeleteYep, got the lead now! It was from the middle of the blue drawers, and I DID click there before... well, not good enough. Please, let me escape now!
ReplyDeleteOut too finally, after understanding the switches it was easy....
ReplyDeletelol Ellie - as long as you are better in fixing your patients...
ReplyDeleteOUT!! Hahah, maybe that could be a Last! for me..?
ReplyDeleteI want a Selfdefiant game !
ReplyDeletelol @SwissMiss, this far I never had to use a soldering lead on them, but now I know how to do that as well if necessary.
ReplyDelete@Ellie, soldering coil was on top of bench, I think. You might have it already..Looks like a spool of thread.
ReplyDeleteyay @Ellie! I was letting the dog in and the cat out so didn't see your post.
ReplyDelete@Knotaklu, as to what I need: A secretary to pay my bills and a maid to clean the house while I sit on my lazy ^#* playing games would be good for starters :P
Zazie - I second that
ReplyDeletelol zoz - I am happy to do your admin work and helping you with the moggies - but the cleaning - no can do!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks @Knotaklu! Found it in a blue drawer.
ReplyDelete@zoz, I totally understand that you had to let the dog in and the cat out. Lol, that didn't make me feel I took a really long time in here at all... Hugs!
I forgot to extend a big Welcome! to @michjean - hope I'm not too late!
ReplyDelete@zoz, or you could do a I do.
ReplyDeleteLower your standards...let the bills pile up...live in squaller...play games and when it gets too bad...Move!LOL.
(Like my sweetie would ever let that happen)
A very large inventory, and no idea of what to do with all this stuff.
ReplyDeletelmao @Knotaklu; except for the moving part I've pretty much done all that!
ReplyDeleteAh crap..it was Edgars birth day yesterday. Hope he plays today.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm giving up, this is not a game for me !
ReplyDelete@Pascale, can I help? There are lots of comments about how to fix certain things, but I'll try to help you if I can.
ReplyDeleteso sorry we didn't have to ssssssuse the lsoadder...
ReplyDeletewithout all the ssss and so.... screen froze
ReplyDeletewhere do you get the spare parts for the mixer?
ReplyDelete@jess i don't remember exactly
ReplyDeletei thought it was a red part somewhere around the room
@jess, you need two parts. The mixed grinder rotator is from the middle of the three blue drawers. The mixed grinder switch is from the lower blue drawer.
ReplyDeleteI liked that one... quick and simple. No help needed :)
ReplyDeleteokay..I do ahve some time for a game :))
ReplyDeletehave... :))
ReplyDeleteI like the game!! I always do those fixing stuff at home..yesyes!! maybe I am blond..but I am smart with those things ;-)
ReplyDeleteyes...out! nice game =)
ReplyDeleteWalkthrough:
ReplyDeleteUnscrew panels and randomly click with your tools. After randomly clicking with the tools, plug in the device and light up a bulb.
After the last one, key falls out of thin air.
got everything fixed, cant find the yellow lamp , then all the colored switchs will light up
ReplyDeletenvm find the last one that red & white, I thought that was a sock
ReplyDeleteout thanks everyone for all your help. You guys are just great.
ReplyDeleteGreat walkthrough NightKeeper.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what these kind of games are about, not a challenge at all, just keep clicking randomly till you're out or bored.
How do you open the blue drawers...cant fix mixer
ReplyDelete@leggysue, zoom on the drawers on the table in front of you, then click the handles of them to open and close. That should work - no keys needed.
ReplyDelete@Nightkeeper, that really was a great WT! But, on the off chance that someone might need a bit more help, I offer this
ReplyDeleteWhere Is It and How Do I Fix It - Through
Where Is It?
First Scene:
- Second drawer of tool chest on right side of workbench: soldering lead and Mixer Grinder Rotator
- Bottom drawer of tool chest: Mixer Grinder Rotator Switch (red)
- Tool Box 1 (lower shelf, blue box): Steel Piece and Tape
- Tool Box 2 (on floor, orange box): Screwdriver and Tape
- Box on upper right shelf: Soldering Iron
- Floor: Motor
- Atop Box on left: Television
- Under Work Bench: Plug in Power Cord and flip Switch on wall to "down" position
Other Scene
- Top right shelf: Radio
- Floor, in front of door: Locker
- Floor, left side of scene: Mixer Grinder Rotator (it's red and white)
How Do I Fix It?
First Scene
- Click on Power Strip in the middle of the workbench.
- Plug in the Power Cord and flip Switch to left position.
- Pick any one of the Power Tools from your inventory and place it on the bench beside the Power Strip
I'll start with the
Radio Click to turn it around, then use Screwdriver to remove screws from back. Remove back. Click Red Wire to reattach it, and replace back and screw in each of the 4 screws that went into your inventory. Turn it back around, and musical notes appear and the first (red) light on the Light Strip comes on. Remove the Radio to inventory.
Mixer Grinder Rotator (red/white thing): Place it on the bench, plug it in, and click on the Red Switch and the Mixer Grinder Rotator piece on top. Take a new Red Switch and Mixer Grinder Rotator piece from inventory to replace the old parts. Now it is fixed and the blue light on the Light Strip comes on.
Motor: Place it on the bench and plug it in. Use the Screwdriver to remove all the screws from the top piece. Use the Knife to strip the green wires, then the Tape rejoin them. Replace the top (yes you have to do each screw individually, *yawn*). Now it works and the green light on the Light Strip is on.
Television: Place it on the bench and take the cover off (don't plug it in just yet). Take the Soldering Iron and plug it in. It goes into position automatically so you can use the Soldering Lead with it to make the repair. Unplug the Soldering Iron, replace the tv cover and turn it back around (just click on the tv to do this), and plug it in. Press the blue button and Voila! the purple light on the Light Strip is on!
Locker: Place it on the bench and plug it in. Click on the lock mechanism on the door to remove a piece and replace it with the Steel Piece. Close the door and the yellow light comes on and a Gold Key appears from the right side of the Light Strip.
Note: it doesn't matter which order you use for each of the items, just be sure to repair all five of them.
Other Scene:
- Zoom on the door lock and use the Gold Key and You're Out!
I'm with alkmar, I loved this!
ReplyDeleteWe are both lady tinkerers?
I'm the sort of girl that hates shopping, but show me a shop display of power tools and I'm there for hours, drooling =)
This isn't a game for boys, it's a game for amateur mechanics of any gender, haha. My ex husband still can't change a lightbulb!
The game was nice and realistic , and for a change, I found no random clicking necessary.
Everything you need is in plain view or visible drawers and the repair puzzles are logical.
Well, realistic up to the point where you should not try to repair stuff while it's still plugged in, you're so right, zoz!
And we get to keep all the stuff, too!
Nice!
"The game was nice and realistic"
ReplyDeleteFrom a handyman's perspective, not 100%!!
How would you ever dare TAPE two wires if you have a soldering iron nearby, let alone even with solder?
I will never comprehend this. :)
......
ReplyDelete放好電視後 打開電視外殼 插入烙鐵 無法使用並換上新的電視外殼..或者 我缺少甚麼..?
