I made all the letters from the 9x9 grid into numbers, but that didn't help at all.
Probably we need some directions to pick letters from that grid.
I didnt get any further @st. Of course I tried the .exe files and of course they didnt work. I tried to cross out letters in the grid using the .exe file names, but couldn't manage. Don't know what is important on this page, and didn't find any directions.

- Tried a lot of words from the lyrics (like; the words that come after 'just say the words' and the 41st and 42nd word, because we wanna go to level 42)
- Although I didn't think there's something in the mp3 (it's the original I think) I still opened it with some different programs.
- Tried 'just say the words' and some other things as answer on the original level 41.
- Tried to find pictures with the mp3 name and some other keywords.
And nothing, nothing, nothing.
Anyway, in a few hours I will be going for a little holiday. Back monday night.

There (on that level 40) you can find two new pics and on one of the pics are coloured dots. Connect the same colours cross-wise (if that's English?) and you can pick 9 letters that make an anagram. And that's the answer and you're on level 41.

Leave them like they are.
@maxhug, in the title of the first pic, only change one word, the word s***e. Change it like you did on lvl 16. After that, you need to look for the third of those words and do the same.

Keep doing that with all the number pairs.

You can do 'to acapulco bay' with the U on the -
And you can do 'acapulco bay' with the space between acapulco and bay on an X as well.
Also tried things with the google colors but nothing.

My mistake over and over was inserting 'the' between 'for' and 'first'. enter everything after the word 'is' ;)
