  1. I wonder if we're supposed to count all the letters or each letter. (Although I've tried both without success thus far).

fairuzuf: the numbers represent something very common.

  2. there are 35 letters...remember how I mentioned I tried caesar box earlier? Try something similar...
    5x7=35

got my message, but have NO clue what to do with it.:P

  3. Good morning all! Starting to catch up :)

    ReplyDelete
  4. oh...doh! forgot about my hidden hint! got new pic now! Woot!

    ReplyDelete
  5. Also got the message but don't know what to do. Thought I did - but was wrong.

    @fairuzuf: A=1

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hi @Edgar!

@khandi it's a wordplay. google your message and don't forget about the little hidden hint on the level page. Then change your url. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  7. @khandi

    2 1 4 2 15 25

    b a d b ae be ? still don't get it

    ReplyDelete
  8. What was the hidden hint? Either I forgot or never got it.

    ReplyDelete
  9. @fairuzuf I don't remember 5 :s

    ReplyDelete
  10. @khandi HAHA my BAD! I get it now! thnks!

    ReplyDelete
  11. @khandi try highlighting the page. It's tiny.

    ReplyDelete
  12. thanks mkganda. I was trying the right thing but the wrong way. Turns out I never did see that hint until you pointed it out. Now let's see how long it takes to get past this.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hello everyone!

I'm so so so mad now. Last night, I typed the entire lyrics word by word, phrase by phrase. I did not think about replacing "'ll" with "will". :headdesk:

    OK, level 42.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Thanks @mkganda now looking at pic

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi @Ruff! Me too with the headdesking over the lyrics! In every version, I might add, there is only one word there and it's we'll. Anyway, moving on..

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hi @Ruff! Maybe we could have had it if we wouldnt be that brain tired :)

@mk, i have my long string of letters and a bit lost now. What comes next?

    ReplyDelete
  17. stuck on lvl 7 hahah. Should I convert the numbers to letters?

    ReplyDelete
  18. @fairuzaf
yes, do that, but only after having replaced the middle numbers for arithmetic operators and math done.

    ReplyDelete
  19. @Edgar I'll give you the hint I got:

    cyrdie
    aoetsx
    nuahtt

count your letters and make a box! :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. @mk, yes I can ;)
working on it right now :)

    ReplyDelete
  21. @Edgar so I should do some math to those numbers?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ok, i need a fresh brain. Going to bed...

    ReplyDelete
  23. yes @fairuzaf. Here's a little help: #2 stands for division.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Okay! I see the next image, but does my answer need to be specific? :s

    For image manipulation:
turn brightness down and contrast up and you'll see it

    ReplyDelete
  25. @Edgar ok, got it. thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  26. max and mk - any progress with the pic? I know what it is but that's about it.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Well, I can see a plane in the background. Should we do more manipulating? GIMP for lays? Argh! I do hate having to do something I don't know!

    ReplyDelete
  28. @Edgar already tried that. I think it's a specific plane, but it's not taking that either.

    ReplyDelete
  29. @mk, thanks for clues on 42. 43 now.

    ReplyDelete
  30. @mkganda. Have been doing this in win picture viewer but cant see anything. only looks like the rabbits Rear it hiding something

    ReplyDelete
  31. Which image are you manipulating with contrast? The one with the rabbit? I tried that and don't see anything.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I do not get the hint about the box. Is this a new riddle thing?

    ReplyDelete
  33. @maxhug77 had to use GIMP with brightness all the way down and contrast almost all the way up.

    ReplyDelete
  34. @maxhug, play with brightness too.
@khandi yes, that's the one. 2 pics put together actually.
@michjean, write down the letters in a 7-columns/5-row grid and find a way to read something there.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I have tried too @khandi and see no plane

    ReplyDelete
  36. Ok then off to download GIMP

    ReplyDelete
  37. @mkganda Thanks for the tip about GIMP. Turns out you can't just use any ol' image editor.

@michjean On PurpleHell there's a cipher tool that uses a box

    ReplyDelete
  38. You can get gimp off of PH. Also, @maxhug77, I sent you a link in a PM

    ReplyDelete
  39. 43, can't find the hidden message. Please give me a nudge!

    ReplyDelete
  40. @Edgar Smart!

looks like f22 to me, but that's not the answer.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Hi all!! thanks for the hints on lvl43 with you now

    ReplyDelete
  42. @Ruff Save it, then upload it here

    http://mozaiq.org/decrypt/

and use the password given to get the message.

See my post @4/22/11 10:07 AM to decipher the text. :)

    ReplyDelete
  43. I'm really a newbie at using GIMP. Haven't even tried to use it (only my usual image program) but, should we somehow use GIMP to actually remove the top image to reveal something in the one with the plane? I mean, can that be done?

    ReplyDelete
  44. @Edgar Totally GIMP illiterate myself, but it does seem that the options are there to create layers where there weren't any and such.

    ReplyDelete
  45. @mk, thanks for the site. I've found the message now. Never thought about decrypting a picture. Good to have learnt something new today!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Okay @allofyoulovelylovelies I have to go. I think about 7 hours is good for me. (omg)

    See you later! :)

P.S. Please email or PM me on Nord if you get this one?

    ReplyDelete
  47. googling white rabbit airplane leads me to a song from jefferson airplane, maybe sth. with this??

    ReplyDelete
  48. Well, using gimp now. Let's see how I do, lol.
But good Ruff is here now. She's the pro on this matter.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I've been trying to google words based on the two images but got nothing. (e.g. arctic hare + plane) I think I'm going to take a break now and hopefully someone will have figured it out by the time I get back.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Hmmm... could it be? Maybe nothing to do with the images but some kkind of a rebus thing? Like, what you get if crossing a plane and a rabbit? LOL, really and completely lost on this level... helplessly clueless!

    ReplyDelete
  51. Bye @mk. Thanks for all the help.

    ReplyDelete
  52. C box gives me a message to take something but from where?

    ReplyDelete
  53. now reading about alice´s adventures

    ReplyDelete
  54. just one last bit before I go,

    From Tynka:

something is visible when you play with the picture in a graphic program...
i never found the right tool but i checked many pages about the s***********y, on some of them you can find what you need to see here

From me: I certainly hope that long S-word is NOT
Steganography b/c I did read a lot about it already and understood nothing.

Okay, gone for real! Have a lovely day! :D

    ReplyDelete
  55. Argh!! What help is that? If they are trying to help with a hint, why hiding it? Illogical! :(

    ReplyDelete
  56. @edgar, please help me with the first hidden message. I have "take a*** the w**** .. blah blah... What do I do now?

    ReplyDelete
  57. I got it!!! Onto level 44

Tynka's hint is excellent. But sorry mkganda - it is about steganography. But not as hard as you might fear.

Now I really am taking a break.

    ReplyDelete
  58. @Ruff, google all that. It's a wordplay, as mk said.

    ReplyDelete
  59. So, answer is the plane itself? Is that it?

    ReplyDelete
  60. level 45 finally. Had to do some image googling.

    ReplyDelete
  61. don`t understand it, is the plane the answer??

    ReplyDelete
  62. yes @chipsi. Answer is the plane.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hi all, I'm taking a day off from my studies today and thought I'd have a go at this – I’m really enjoying it, and with a few pushes and shoves from all your great comments I've managed to get through to level 25 and am stuck.

I know the alphabet to use (blind) and have made the conversion, I know that two words are required and I know that the alignment of the converted letters have something to do with the answer, but I just can’t get it!!!!

    All help is welcome :o)

    ReplyDelete
  64. PS: I also know the two letters to focus on...

    ReplyDelete
  65. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  66. ty edgar, got it on 44 now

    ReplyDelete
  67. do I need a type of program to do steganographyfor the rabbit pic

    ReplyDelete
  68. @Rambler, hi. Maybe youve got the right things there. Feel free to e-mail what you got.

@maxhug, I googled 'steganography hare' in images.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hi Edgar, it will be hard to email what I've got, it's a 6x6 grid with lots of dots on it lol

    ReplyDelete
  70. @Rambler, but didn't you already get letters out of the dots by using braille?

    ReplyDelete
  71. @Edgar, how do I get letters out the dots?

I'm clearly missing something very obvious here!!

    ReplyDelete
  72. pictures on lvl 44 changes, or am I hallucinating?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Rambler!! LOL! Braille!!!

Ehm, maybe I'm wrong but... forget morse (dots and dashes) and use braille (dots only)!

    ReplyDelete
  74. @Rambler, divide your 6x6 grid into a 3x2 one so you can see better how to translate the dots.

    ReplyDelete
  75. @maxhug edgar postet a link where you can see a part of the plane, I used this to find the right airplane on google pictures. you need the name of the plane

    ReplyDelete
  76. Okay thanks I put the name in F** E****b and doesnt work

    ReplyDelete
  77. @Chipsi, you're not hallucinating. Unfortunatelly, you have to wait 90 seconds for the pics to change... BUT, in-between the changes (and in less a second thing), some letters in one pic disappear. Bad thing is that if I try to save the .gif file, I can only get 1 set of them...
In other words, what apparently is 2 pics only, it's actually 4 of them.

    ReplyDelete
  78. @maxhug, I think you have the right plane. Maybe if trying to shorten it?
    Answer is 3-characters long.

    ReplyDelete
  79. @Edgar, I think I'm more confused now :o(

I have a 6x6 grid with the original words/letters from the grid on the riddle page converted to braille. So the next step is....

    ReplyDelete
  80. rambler, hold on a min...

    ReplyDelete
  81. obviously I have wrong answer. hmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  82. oh, four of them!! so the problem is how to view them. can`t view them with GIMP, hmm....

    ReplyDelete
  83. Away for a while! Back to work on 44.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Just saw on nord The pic of plane had wrong name. off to go find it now

    ReplyDelete
  85. For viewing the changes in level 44. Open the pic with Gimp, right click the image, click filter-animation-playback. Then click step to see the changes per frame.

    ReplyDelete
  86. have all four pictures now, adobe photoshop helped

    ReplyDelete
  87. I think I might have something, thanks to your 3x2 hint....

    ReplyDelete
  88. OK Rambler.
    This is your grid:
    o●●o●●
    ●oo●●o
    ●o●o●o
    ●o●o●o
    o●o●●●
    ●o●o●o

    See it like this:
    o● ●o ●●
    ●o o● ●o
    ●o ●o ●o

    ●o ●o ●o
    o● o● ●●
    ●o ●o ●o

    First letter is then:
    o●
    ●o
    ●o
    Standing (in braille) for 'S'

    ReplyDelete
  89. Any hints on the plane. F** was my answer from link with rabbit and plane but apparently wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  90. GOT IT!!!

    Thanks Edgar :o)

    ReplyDelete
  91. @maxhug77, f**.htm is correct

    ReplyDelete
  92. Oh, and thanks very much for the detailed clue, that will certainly help others behind.

    Right, onwards.....

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thanks @ruff was putting it in Hidden Messge page hence wrong

    ReplyDelete
  94. TY, Ruff. Gimp could do whay Photoscape couldn't but.... not anagraming anything good :(

    ReplyDelete
  95. comparing the four pictures give me 12 letter and an anagram which is not the answer

    ReplyDelete
  96. For 44, I am still working on an idea. We cannot just decode the hidden letters. In order to decrypt them, we have to decrypt the other parts of the notes. For example, take a whole phrase so that it will make sense to decrypto. After the decryption, we can map the letters to find the answer.

    ReplyDelete
  97. @maxhug, idk what you're doing wrong. It's numbers after your F, right? Hm, are you using uppercase maybe?

    ReplyDelete
  98. This is responding to @edgar's comment about Gimp: yes, it's very good especially with animation. For one of the past levels regarding morse, you can open it with Gimp, then read the elapse time of each frame to determine . or -

    ReplyDelete
  99. hi rambler good to see you i am way behind on level 33 too,got 4 letters from the m..... but not working do we need to put the hidden text too

    ReplyDelete
  100. 44 I got 2 words P***** P***** but dont work

    ReplyDelete
  101. I have tried decrypting many lines from the note but found too many not-so-good results.

@edgar, you should be able to read illegible things because you are a teacher.

    ReplyDelete
  102. lvl 44, have the same, tried albums and singles but no luck

    ReplyDelete
  103. there is also a tv-serie, will try this one now

    ReplyDelete
  104. any help on 33 got some creepy crawlies fot the answer but not working

    ReplyDelete
  105. Had to be away for a while.
LOL Ruff, no wonder I thought... where have I seen this before? trust me, some students write much worse than that :P

@bigtank hi! Hm, I really can't remember level 33, but only it was a long one (some egg pages in it). Could you be more specific please?

    ReplyDelete
  106. For 44 I seem to be missing a letter because I only have 11. On the first page, is that scribbly thing to the left of the T a letter?

    ReplyDelete
  107. @khandi, in order to anagram something with sense, I made that scrabble an O.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I got it and onto level 45. I was still missing a letter but made an educated guess. It is an anagram so if it didn't work for you double check your letters maybe.

    ReplyDelete
  109. it is the one with cowwardice is the word of the day, take away the letters what is left is the morse code

    ReplyDelete
  110. @khandi, yes, I think it is o.

    ReplyDelete
  111. @bigtank, Hi to you too, hopefully I can now catch up a bit - thanks to Edgar I'm forging on again, good luck with L33 :o)

    ReplyDelete
  112. @bigtank, did you find the eggpage on 33, you need this one to know what to add to the answer?
for the colourcode: take a letter for each color, but be sure you have the same letter for the same color, than use cryptogram solver

    ReplyDelete
  113. OK bigtank, right. Anagram your 4 letters and use this word with the hidden text alright.

    ReplyDelete
  114. sorry all i am on 36 not 33 oh dear maybe not a good idea playing catch up

    ReplyDelete
  115. Done 44. Have to anagram those from page 1 and page 2 separately.

    ReplyDelete
  116. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  117. @edgar, no need to decrypt. Just anagram. Remember to use the ?.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Okay been on 45 a bit. Saw what was hidden in pic. Googled text and what was hidden in the pic and nothing usefu

    ReplyDelete
  119. feeling way stupid now :(

    ReplyDelete
  120. help on 44 please! I have the same laters like edgar, is it one word or two, btw wrong letter in planet or patrol??

    ReplyDelete
  121. @edgar, you're almost there. But try a different order.

Stuck on 45 trying to figure out what to c*****

    ReplyDelete
  122. @edgar your 1st word right Anagram 2nd to get another word

    ReplyDelete
  123. @edgar, @chipsi. 2 words. Anagram the 5 letters from page 1 with a ? for 1st word, then the 6 letters from page 2 for the 2nd word.

    ReplyDelete
  124. OK. If I anagram the 2 pages together I get different results than if doing it separately, right?
Can you say what the scribble is?

    ReplyDelete
  125. Level 45 finally :)
    Thanks all!!!

    ReplyDelete
  126. @chipsi, first word in answer comes from second note, and viceversa. That got me!

    ReplyDelete
  127. Need a break! Will be back soon.

    ReplyDelete
  128. okay guys time for me to go.
Pls leave plenty of hints. I am currently on 45 so good luck to you all

    ReplyDelete
  129. Found a hint for level 45 on gamershood (via Tynka):

    "Do you remember them?"

    Umm...Actually, I don't. Does anyone else?

    ReplyDelete
  130. YEAH!!! on lvl 45 THANKS @Ruff

    ReplyDelete
  131. Wonder if it has something to do with the solve/survive/escape/hide texts...

    ReplyDelete
  132. or maybe we should go back to previous levels...

    ReplyDelete
  133. Yes, I remember them - Lost. Now what.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Couldnt stay away. does pic refer to T** M***** film? even so I'm still stuck

    ReplyDelete
  135. I googled the title and found that it's one of the Lost episodes.

    ReplyDelete
  136. I think I remember: Matrix

    ReplyDelete
  137. The Matrix alright. Even the text is a memorable quote in that scene.

    ReplyDelete
  138. The title reminds me of Lost.
The pic name reminds me of the can you...
The colour reminds me of the English flag.

    ReplyDelete
  139. @ chips Yes that is where I remember them from. but how to apply text and whats hidden in the pic leads me nowhere

    ReplyDelete
  140. can´t find the hidden thing in picture, is it in properties again? I cannot get infos from props, so if it is so please send me a mail

    ReplyDelete
  141. Level 46 now. @edgar you were right. It does have something to do with the solve/survive/escape/hide texts...

    ReplyDelete
  142. @maxhug77, are you talking about the two 3-digit numbers?

    ReplyDelete
  143. Look closely at the pill there are numbers

    ReplyDelete
  144. I thought M***** because of the pills and Mor***** quotes This is your last chance....

    ReplyDelete
  145. good I could help @khandi, but still don't get the answer...

    ReplyDelete
  146. Forget about what you see in the image. Can you?

    ReplyDelete
  147. I am back finally... had much work to catch up on. I'm having a problem saving the pages of notes. Have them in Gimp. How do I save each one separately so I can solve this level?

    ReplyDelete
  148. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  149. @michjean, use gimp to visualize the 4 pages one at a time. Ruff explained how to not long ago.

    ReplyDelete
  150. @michjean i uploaded the pictures here:

    http://img62.imageshack.us/g/60909587.jpg/

still stuck on 45, I tried

    hideinthematrix
    takebluepill
    takeredpill
    choosebluepill
    chooseredpill

    ReplyDelete
  151. @maxhug, without giving too much away... you don't need the word "change" in your list.

(And I have no clue - as usual - where to start on 46)

    ReplyDelete
  152. @khandi, give some help please. Still waiting.

    ReplyDelete
  153. You are wonderful @chipsi (I am new to Gimp and do not play around with company AI) Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  154. @michjean, open the gif with Gimp. Right click on the picture, click filter-animation-playback. Use step to see the changes between frames.

    ReplyDelete
  155. ty @khandi got it, on 46 now

    ReplyDelete
  156. okay tried variations and nothing. How many words?

    ReplyDelete
  157. For 45 the answer is one 5-letter word.

    ReplyDelete
  158. got it, 46. Thanks khandi.

    ReplyDelete
  159. for 45: you need only the Beginnings of the things you tried

    ReplyDelete
  160. 46, the chess moves don't make sense.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Yeah!! Now I need help with 46. Kaankanat posted this hint on gamershood:

"Find the odd ones. Try to find letters. Then anagram."

But what I tried isn't giving me anything. If we actually need to know the rules of the game I might be in trouble.

    ReplyDelete
  162. on 46, text is a proverb and stuck,
if we have to end the game I am totally lost, never played it before

    ReplyDelete
  163. I was looking at that. Thanks to all for great help on 45. Now I can go make breakfast. BB tonight

    ReplyDelete
  164. O.K. After much work I have P*****? P**** but not working. Am I right, close or thppppt?

    ReplyDelete
  165. I don't think we have to play this game because there are too many pieces. Also the moves don't make sense at all.

This is what I have tried: m**** c***. But nothing yet.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Also no googling is needed.

    ReplyDelete
  167. I tried to compare with starting position, I found only four odd ones, no luck with anagraming

    ReplyDelete
  168. @michjean you should have two words with 6 letters each, both starting with P. use o instead of ?

    ReplyDelete
  169. I think level 46 is b***** c*** but haven't managed to come up with anything viable yet.

    ReplyDelete
  170. I have o hint from comments. I am confused on letters from note 2 (cannot guess) must have typed them in as note 2 then note 1, sorry.

    ReplyDelete
  171. nvm - got it - had wrong anagram LOL

    ReplyDelete
  172. @michjean, emailed you.

Have to go now. Bye, everyone! Good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  173. still no idea on 46. anyway it´s past midnight here and I think I need a creative break (coffee doesn`t work anymore), see you tomorrow!!

    ReplyDelete
  174. (sigh) - if I could only get my brain to work... hoping for a pop here.

I cannot get answer for level 45 - the last checkpoint - read the comments and am very lost. Entered every 5 letter word that had to do with S/S/E/H and nothing. Zip. Nada.

Hellllppppp please? Another hint is needed. Thank You

    ReplyDelete
  175. @michejean, back after meal.

You are missing the letter from the page text.
    Can you Choose?

    ReplyDelete
  176. @michjean - You have 4 out of the five letters you need. The fifth one can be found on the level page. Then anagram.

    ReplyDelete
  177. You are kidding me, right? (Head to Desk) (Palm to Forehead) (Dunce Cap to Corner) can anyone think of any others?!?!? This riddling should be making me smarter, would not you think?

Thanks very much! (I am off to be stuck on level 46 now)LOL

    ReplyDelete
  178. Okay, I made it to L33, but now I'm a bit mullered, so off to bed I go - it's just gone midnight here.

Have fun everyone and I wish you all an excellent Easter :o)

    ReplyDelete
  179. Good night @Rambler. Nice to see you after a long time :)

Looking forward to see you stuck as well here @michjean. As for myself... well, getting pretty tired of the constant lack of (good) clues in this riddle. Kind of a shame your first had to be this one...

    ReplyDelete
  180. lvl 8 is hard, i heard ray + legend but ive put it b4 legend and get nothing and i put it after legend and get nothing =[

    ReplyDelete
  181. For level 8. It's not exactly 'ray' but a deformation of it.

    ReplyDelete
