  1. There has to be more..... going to go home and relax... perhaps look at it more later. A break to something else is needed :)

    ReplyDelete
  2. Aha! Home can wait... found pics s-t ... now what?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Yep. Keyword X 3. That was rotten to copy and paste over and over. now onto 33.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Lol Michjean, now nothing.
I think we have 3 keywords now, but I can't find a clue what cipher to use.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Keyword X 3!?
No idea what you're talking about?

    ReplyDelete
  6. So my brain's stopped working. Could you explain pleazzze?

    ReplyDelete
  7. Perhaps I know what you mean.
First the first keyword to get gibberish and then the second keyword on that gibberish etc.
But what cipher, what is the hint to use what cipher?

    ReplyDelete
  8. Whoa! (Cowboy speak for Stop) This looks like a long level. 24 different books I can click on.... maybe home and a bath are the right idea.

    ReplyDelete
  9. It is the Keyword Cipher.... but you have to copy and paste what you get as answer the first time into the text box - then enter second clue as keyword and then do it one more time.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Ok, so it's obviously time for me to go to bed, as I can't even see the keywords that seem to be so obvious. Well, then, I should just leave it to that. Have fun and leave hints!

    ReplyDelete
  11. Thanks Michjean,
But still gibberish after 3x times.
The purple hell site also needs a code letter.
    Am I going wrong there?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Use this one - worked for me

    http://www.secretcodebreaker.com/keyword.html

    ReplyDelete
  13. at passerby -

look at name of image (with word circled in red) then look at journal (title of radio broadcast) then enter next 2 words (each with .jpg) and you will have the other keywords (circled in blue and then green) to use in keyword cipher

    ReplyDelete
  14. Nvm, got it.
Filled in the letters in the wrong box.
Way too drunk, but I'll keep on trying.

    Nighty night Passerby.

    ReplyDelete
  15. LOL s-t maybe the next level is best left for another time?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Nope Michjean,
    I'll keep on going.
Just found an extra hint on level 33. Check book 23.

    ReplyDelete
  17. And with that hint I'm gonna have a lot of problems.
First of all is it counting letters or words (and then the first letter of that word), but more than that the counting will be a major problem for me right now, my eyes are crossed.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Now wonder what to do with these?

    ReplyDelete
  19. ugh. Going home & soaking in tub. Will try this one later. Night s-t.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Oh no, oh no on book 1 I have to count up till 137 and on book up till 142.
I'm sure I'm gonna make mistakes there. And besides that. In book 1 is '5000 ft', so they have to count the '5000' as 4 letters too?
I'm very afraid, I won't be able to do this tonight.
Gonna try the other books first and hope you'll do book 1 and 24.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Well, that's just great. All on my own here now. Thank you so very much.

    No, just kidding.
    Bye Michjean, enjoy your bath.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Well, For level 33 I've been counting and counting and counting.
Words, letters, with title and without title, but not getting anything at all.
The problem remains, do I have to count numbers in the text as letters too and also not sure if I have to count words like light-sensitive as one word or two words and also do I have to count abbreviations like e.g. as a word or not or even as two words.
Anyway, wasted and exhausted, gonna sleep.
    Gonna try again tomorrow

    ReplyDelete
  23. for s-t and passerby

hint for 33 - look in the page source (directions of what to count as whole words) then use them to create a sentence that leads you to a hint to find the answer O(think Greek)O

    Please solve 34 .... I know I'm overthinking again!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Missed the riddle for a day, now stuck on 26. Found three quotes of three persons from googling, now what? Anyone here to help?

    ReplyDelete
  25. @faltu - what words did you use for the quotes? Did you use a clue from the broadcast to find them?

    ReplyDelete
  26. I did use the pic names, not the radio, and got three quotes.

    ReplyDelete
  27. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Please help, do not know what to do with radio, got the same two names franks. Feeling extremely stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  29. The song on the radio should point you to certain pics to use for the quote.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Thank you Jbkrew for your kind reply, now trying to relate.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Got it, thank you again, I was thinking it is an anagram.

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Nour it is seven letters, p and d is correct, but no i. You have to place the pics in order, make them one and zoom out as far as you can, then you can read it. Try GIMP.

Getting not much time to play, anyone here to check my letters on the crossword at level 27? Not getting any anagram trying anagram-solver.net.

    ReplyDelete

  43. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Faltu,
Not really sure, but it looks like you have an extra E, that shouldn't be there and the P should be an H.

    ReplyDelete
  45. @zephyr....this is hinted from start page (the maker is telling you that if your hint was last and first name, then your answer should be the same) in other words, type in his first name :)

    ReplyDelete
  46. helllooooo no posting possible for me....the one with three men pic wht am i missing....tried lyrics berlin

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hi Michjean,
Could you please mail me the answer for level 33?
I'm really not in the mood (and not able) to count it all again.
And in some way it's not really spoiling because I know what have to be done.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  52. on 34 now and am I missing something? order would be simple if Granma could give me a word but nothing... thought maybe years of covers in order but one cover doesn't seem to have a year on it

    ReplyDelete
  53. Thank you Small-tool and Michjean, I am so weak in English that it took me forever to solve that crossword with mistakes, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  54. thnx michjean spent so much time on tht

    ReplyDelete
  55. And on level 35.
All you need for 34 is their names and the order they appear.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Lol Michjean, almost at the same moment posted and who knows, maybe solved at exactly the same moment.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Seems I'm gonna have a language problems again on level 35 and it seems a lot of work.
Do we have to go from one word to another by changing one letter with every step?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Yes @s-t. slow going for me (have two of them done but cannot get top left yet)

    ReplyDelete
  59. Maybe the top left one goes from rich to rick and then rink or risk.

    ReplyDelete
  60. On level 35, on the bottom middle puzzle, is that thing on the bottom called a 'stile' ?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Yes it is s-t. Got the answer if you don't want to make it harder on yourself. (I still believe that the American English is one of the worst conceived languages - there are more exceptions than rules!)

    ReplyDelete
  62. hey where is the txt to decode on 28?

    ReplyDelete
  63. Oh yes, please do spoil me the answer.
The only letter I'm sure of is an S (from wort to sort).
And in every box I got some words, but this is gonna take me ages.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Zephyr29,
Every snowglobe is a letter, same snowglobe is same letter, different snowglobe is different letter.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Hi back again and stuck on 29, cannot understand any direction, by intuition i get "reply with.." am I on right path?

    ReplyDelete
  66. Yep Faltu, that's correct.
If a picture is upside down, go down and a normal picture is go up. And left and right should be obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Thanks again Michjean.

    Level 36 looks (again) complicated.
What's with the names of the two pictures?
Anyway gonna take a shower, be right back.

    ReplyDelete
  68. thnx got 28 now on 29 got the three words but its not the answer nor is yes or no...

    ReplyDelete
  69. I cannot see the directions, if I follow the direction I cannot find any word, and by intuition what I find as the last word is not the answer, how many letters for the last word?

    ReplyDelete
  70. I was stopping with this riddle long time, without clues...Now I can continue, thanks to all....
Despite the hints for level 21(it was the computer one)
I cant see any dots and dashes by clicking on the links...
I saw only one letter on the stamp pic....()
Where are them? Please...I read chipsi post about each letter/ numbers, but my letters didn't work..

    ReplyDelete
  71. faltu the word i get is 10 letters starts with m.........n

    ReplyDelete
  72. zephyr29 I tried that too, but getting 404.

    ReplyDelete
  73. u want me to mail u the ans?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Lulu, for example for ask page the period is after a space so that's e. I forgot the other ones but if you look for them minutely you will find them, look for some apparent mistakes with dots and dashes, and another text file has only a dash too.

    ReplyDelete
  75. thanks @faltu...
    I'm going to try...

    ReplyDelete
  76. Thank you zephyr29, I had the answer for long enough but did not tried it as answer, always was putting 3 words.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Yes,@faltu... now I found them...ty again...

    ReplyDelete
  78. Michjean,
Are you getting something on level 36?

    ReplyDelete
  85. got surprize package also, Thank you smalltool for another one,

    ReplyDelete
  86. Michjean,
I did that I have the year, but not sure about the date is it 1-4 or 4-1.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Faltu,

    ReplyDelete
  89. s-t,

    ReplyDelete
  90. And the other one is
    Out-Ray-Juice.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Yep found that speech also,
But how do I get an answer from that.
Still don't know how to fit in p24w23.
Is that page and word and do I have to find the whole speech for that?

    ReplyDelete
  92. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thanks Michjean,
    Got it on 37 now.
    What level are you on?

    ReplyDelete
  94. I am stuck on 35. I have completed all of the doublets, but apparently I did not come up with the same words as the creator, probably on the first and last ones. Any help?

    ReplyDelete
  95. jbkrew,
post (and delete when you have it) your letters and I tell you wich ones are wrong.

    Stuck on 37.

    ReplyDelete
  96. stuck on 38...

@jbkrew - upper left is c but do not know what you mean by last one (left, middle or right) or last row?

    ReplyDelete
  97. Think simple on 37. Look at which way the keys are facing and title of level (isn't it strange the way the dialog is displayed?)

    ReplyDelete
  98. Thanks again Michjean, you're great.
    And it was simple indeed.
    On 38 now.

    Both A's are wrong.
    They're R and I.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Michjean,
On 38. It looks like the radio is a hint to look at the backside of the picture, but no idea how to do that.
Btw, I have no journal anymore on this level, is that a bug?

    ReplyDelete
  103. Got it. Thanks Michjean and s-t.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Journal left at level 36. I also cannot figure out a way to turn the pic over.

    ReplyDelete
  105. On level 38, there's information in the pic properties.

    ReplyDelete
  106. oops! wrong... journal left at level 37

    ReplyDelete
  107. And still stuck on 38.
Tried the different names for the settlement, but no go.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Found extra picture on level 38.
Use the pic property info to get it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. s-t,

look for the one described as "wine" country.. but cannot get any answer after that which works :(

    ReplyDelete
  110. And still stuck with that second picture on 38.
    It seems so simple.
Found the author and tried to anagram his first name with the special letters on the picture, bit nothing!?

    ReplyDelete
  111. Found a text file on level 38

    ReplyDelete
  112. POP. nvm. got it. DuH - feeling a bit dumb

    ReplyDelete
  113. Still stuck,
3 new letters now and a name of a ship, but still no answer.

    Michjean,
    Authors first name as txt-file.

    ReplyDelete
  114. animating... what is the ending for that kind of file?

    ReplyDelete
  115. Michjean,
In the url-bar and there end with .txt

    ReplyDelete
  116. s-t,

I got .txt.... for the next one use .gif for another clue

    ReplyDelete
  117. And now, what to do with the name of the island?

    ReplyDelete
  118. The next one is html (and again 3 letters), but still no answer.

    ReplyDelete
  119. name + .html = back to ordinary compass

    granma all letters

    on to 39

    ReplyDelete
  120. s-t,

you should have 4 sets (3 letters each) total of 12 letters. are you missing any?

    ReplyDelete
  121. Finally on 39.
    12 letters was enough.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Need a little dinner break.
Be back in half an hour or so.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Not good with this. Seems something about that letter looks familiar, but what? Cipher of some sort maybe. Can't get it yet.

    ReplyDelete
  124. some rhyme, some do not. All but one sentence has extra punctuation. I fear I am stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Back, dinner took longer than I expected.

And don't see anything extra on level 39.
It seems we only have to work with the title, the pic. name, the letter and the radio.

    ReplyDelete
  126. .....and the next riddle waits....

    ReplyDelete
  127. jon - I would like to have a life beyond work, sleep & riddles LOL

    ReplyDelete
  128. No, no, no, you evil man.
And I bet the next levels of Last Enigma are coming soon as well.
In that way I will never be able to play escape games anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  129. ha ha ha haaaaaaa you are all doomed! You shall play games forever....good luck and have fun!

    ReplyDelete
  130. he he he he he he (I stroke a white cat as I chuckle)

    ReplyDelete
  131. Going to go to park and ponder life (without riddles) - will be back after head clears - Good Luck (and please solve soon heehee)

    ReplyDelete
  132. back and still stuck

in every sentence but the second, there is at least one th word - most have more than one. I keep looking at them but do not know why.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Stuck on 39 as well. I noticed the th words, too. Also that there are some rhyming words, but the rhymes are kind of awkward. Do you think the envelope is important?

    ReplyDelete
  134. The #s on the envelope are hard for me to see clearly. I cannot be sure if they are the same but mirrored and have not yet tried to factor them in somehow. Very Very Stuck.... (so I hope the solution is very very easy to someone else)

    ReplyDelete
  135. Ahhh.. just looked and envelope is clear on main page. #s are 10655 and 55501 (so not mirrored) and haven't a clue how to use them if needed. Maybe translator? (But still do not know if they are important)

Ending for tonight - unless I have a flash of brilliance .... HA! Good Luck All

    ReplyDelete
  136. Hi, good morning to all. Now stuck on 35, cannot do pride to shame and for others do not know whether they are correct. Anyone here?

    ReplyDelete
  137. Faltu,
I didn't get that either. Michjean mailed me the answer. Could mail you the answer, if you want me to.

    ReplyDelete
  138. Please mail me small-tool, I badly want to catch up.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Thank you St, I am so proud that my other letters were correct, thanks to google.

    ReplyDelete
  140. That's great Faltu, I could only find 3 letters.

Anyway things I have done on level 39.
    - Using the numbers to pick words (and also to pick letters) from the sentences (like first word or letter of the first sentence, nothing from the second sentence etc.).
    - Counting at what place a 'th' word (like that, this, the etc.) is in a sentence.
    - Counting the words between the 'th' words.
    - Counting the letters of the words in the sentence that has no 'th' word

    And nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Again stuck at 36, this riddle seems very hard to my poor brain. I cannot find any number in any of the pics, changing brightness constant.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Faltu,
No need to do things with the pictures
The radio gives the hint in what way the numbers are written.

    ReplyDelete
  143. The numbers on the pic name? I found a program cbs is there which changed to you are there, have to google for getting the hint?

    ReplyDelete
  144. No need to Google (yet).
    The hint from the radio is;

    'The last days of Pompeii'

    ReplyDelete
  145. I got the year, do I have to relate it with Time magazine then what issue? p24w32.. is it page 24 word 32?

    ReplyDelete
  146. Faltu,
    P = paragraph

    And no not Time magazine.
You need the day and month too (use clock, not 4 and 1 but the time).
Then Google with the level title.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Thank you St, You are awesome, ALWAYS helpful, working on that now.

    ReplyDelete
  148. You're welcome Faltu,
But in fact I'm only being selfish. I want you to get on level 39 to save me there :)

    ReplyDelete
  149. Lol St, I am so slow for a few days, I doubt if I will be of any help. Just starting 37.

    ReplyDelete
  150. And also watching the F1 race on TV and doing a riddle at the same time is a bit difficult.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Ah great, almost there.
Although you have to do a lot of step on 38.

    ReplyDelete
  152. On 39 at last. 38 was so long.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Congrats Faltu and welcome to the stuck party.

    ReplyDelete
  154. What do I need to decrypt on level 28?
Cant understand what is the pic...
    please anyone...

    ReplyDelete
  155. Lulu,
    Every snowglobe is a letter
Same snowglobes are the same letters and different ones are other letters.
So in that way it's a cryptogram.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Reading reading and reading the letter but cannot find anything odd, as the title suggest.

    ReplyDelete
  157. This was posted on Nordinho for level 39;

Am I right in thinking it's all in the text of the letter? Can't find any other clues, not sure if Solace is a clue, but I can't see anything in the letter either. Is it something to do with odd letters?

yes you are correct in your thinking but it isn't odd letters. As far as I know Solace isn't really a clue (for me it wasn't). THere is something very unique about the letter and how its worded.

I know that most of the lines, and most of the sentences, contain all six of a particular thing.
    Is that the right track?

    No.. not the right track.
All of them but one do have one thing in common though.. Try reading out loud.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Got it. It is a word in the letter, what will you get if you own the shop?

    ReplyDelete
  159. aahh..yes..tks @small-tool
I cant forget the spaces isn't?
    trying

    ReplyDelete
  160. Love you Faltu,
    Thanks on level 40 now.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Got it...thank you @s-t

    ReplyDelete
  162. My net connection is so slow that it is still loading.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Finally! put in every word that appeared after th and found one that worked (is this brute forcing?) Anyway, it is what is gotten at the end of a long epic struggle to find a particular sth...(think Sinbad).

    On 40

    ReplyDelete
  164. And finished, YEAH.
    Level 40 was easy.

    ReplyDelete
  165. what to do with the numbers on 40?

    ReplyDelete
  166. Faltu,
    Basic conversion but,...
They are mirrored, so what else is mirrored too.

    ReplyDelete
  167. how many levels is there on this one. is there any point in catching up still on level 26 . not had time to play

    ReplyDelete
  168. Done (after having to clean up over gorged cat mess) - at least 40 was very simple .. convert and I was lazy and used at**** on rimkin :)

Yeah! - back to life .... until evil jon posts another one!!

    ReplyDelete
  169. Till not getting it, playing simultaneously while cooking, any further help?

    ReplyDelete
  170. ty s-t not much point trying to catch up then, will wait for the next one

    ReplyDelete
  171. Congrats Michjean and thanks again for all the great help.

    Faltu,
    mirrored alphabet.
