In second room I did something what they do in London this days and I proceeded ;)
Right click on ABP icon in top right corner in your browser and select Disable on this page. Works in FF, not sure for other browsers.

Stuck after setting fire to garbage can
Note for the penultimate level (the one where he jumps on the car and over the fence), make sure you place your 3 pieces of rope-tied wood on top of the car and the jumper on the fence directly above these. Took me a while to find the hot-spot for the wood!
