    ReplyDelete
  11. Got another number from hand signs

    ReplyDelete
  12. can't see the first book, the second is sign language for FOUR and the third book is EIGHT.. not sure about the last one..

    ReplyDelete
  13. i try to cut the lemon but it disappears.. wonder if it's a bug...

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  16. still alive??..well i better run!! to catch up :))

    ReplyDelete
  17. We could use the fruit in shelf and take again. Think we need the right position

    ReplyDelete
  18. @zoz: nope. sorry. but its not needed yet. going to fix that straight ahead. you can save your game and refresh the page after that. it should be working then.
I'll let you know as soon as it's fixed!
    thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Hey All! Jumping in to my first Miller game!! YAY!

    ReplyDelete
  20. I am sooo stuck! Does anyone has the courage to crack all those equations?

    ReplyDelete
  21. OH NO!! Maths again?! I so suck at math!!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. thank you @Miller! Unfortunately, that doesn't make me any less stuck :o(

    ReplyDelete
  23. anja how did you solve flag hint

    ReplyDelete
  24. about the only clue that makes sense to me is the piece of paper from the drawer. I think it means the three cubes are Sat - Sun - Mon. But i'm probably wrong about even that!

    ReplyDelete
  25. yes zoz use saturn sun and moon on 3 cubes

    ReplyDelete
  26. @crush, if you google international flag symbols, each flag corresponds to a letter of the alphabet.

    ReplyDelete
  27. loading now but I know that Miller games are way above my head! Will be following everyone from a very safe distance!

    ReplyDelete
  28. @ Miller: is that problem with highlighting the red arrow tile fixed? I refreshed a few times and I still cannot highlight or "about" it...

    ReplyDelete
  29. and ty @crush!
Does this mean that the Sun XIII= ? is seven???

    ReplyDelete
  30. Sorry crush - didn't see your question. I was bruteforcing the cubes.
Got flags and hand language from Google

    ReplyDelete
  31. hmmm..the candle can be put up from the books...

    ReplyDelete
  32. Game is acting up. Got power cord and it disappeared before I could use it. Same with key. Can't play this way. Good luck people. Bye

    ReplyDelete
  33. bug is fixed now. thanks again @zoz!
saving and pressing F5 should work. and sorry again!

  35. I was sure I got the letter code:
    T F S S M T W
Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Thuesday Wednesday
    But no

    ReplyDelete
  36. don't apologize @Miller, you fixed it right away!

    ReplyDelete
  37. boy i'm not doing very well

    ReplyDelete
  38. do you want me to give you a hint for the boxes? didn't expect that to be hard, but it seems it is...

    ReplyDelete
  39. pfff....who needs coffee??!! got plenty of it =)

    ReplyDelete
  40. lol @Miller...I have to say: you made a great game!!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Turn the boxes to Pink/Saturn IV = 4, Yellow/Sun XIII = ? (13) and Blue/Moon VI = 3 (should 6?)
    nothing happened

    ReplyDelete
  42. well, the red arrow goes in the red box, as I suspected, but i still need two more tiles. and getting nowhere with the third book!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Got lemon, knife, key, arrow, cable, red box, paper, candle.
-Used cable to plug in TV
-Can use the arrow on the red box

I tried to figure out the box code, but can't. I tried to see if they are referring to digits of pi (=pic on the wall) but this doesn't seem to be the case. I'm trying to figure out the last book number, too.

    ReplyDelete
  44. @Miller any and all hints will be very welcome!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Ok so the sign languages means...

    SPOI4LER

... and the country flads means...

    SPOI8LER

but I have no idea how to figure the number with the coloured shapes in the lower book.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Anja (Stu) is on the right track! also notice you can turn the paper around!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Greetings L&G!

    Wow, Miller,
your games rock! & are very challenging (at least for me, lol)...!
    Herzlichen Dank!
    :-D

btw: from all boxes, middle one purple flash gives VIII=8 (which seems to be correct, at least mathematically, lol...)

    ReplyDelete
  48. Got it!!! The box code is the number of the letters!
    four = 4 letters,
    six=3 letters, so
    thirteen=8 letters!!!
    :p

    ReplyDelete
  49. thanks @Miller! I tried earlier to turn the paper around but I didn't click the lower right side.

    ReplyDelete
  50. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  51. lol..I put the lemon in the open cupboard..

    ReplyDelete
  52. So Gina, we would get from boxes the code...

    SP4O1I3L6ER ?

Where to input that? I tried the drawer and the safe and neither worked.

    ReplyDelete
  53. I can put the candle on the books, and the lemon on the shelves.

    ReplyDelete
  54. the numbers for the alphabet are all one off, i.e., K is the 11th letter, not the tenth. But C=1 doesn't fit with that...

    ReplyDelete
  55. If you turn the note over and highlight it in front of the lit cubes, the symbols change color!

    ReplyDelete
  56. How do you turn the note over???

    ReplyDelete
  57. Great zoz!!!!!!!!

Got now matches and a second red thing with arrow on it!

    ReplyDelete
  58. opened drawer with 4 digit #

    ReplyDelete
  59. How do you turn the box code note over? It just disappears when I click on it!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. I lit the candle and put it on books

    ReplyDelete
  61. @Gina: click the lower right edge of paper

I turned light of and candle gives the order of the arrow things (I think). Need one more arrow.

    ReplyDelete
  62. still need to decipher that third book. Who volunteers for that?

    ReplyDelete
  63. I got the third book! Add up the outside point values and then the inside point values. Divide the two

    ReplyDelete
  64. Just caught up, but my bunring candle doesn't do anything. Do I have to turn the light off?

    ReplyDelete
  65. Lol, nvm. while I posted the arrows turned up.
    Guess it took some time.

    ReplyDelete
  66. No, just wait for the candle to warm up the walls, S-T :)

    GREAT FIND, HAWKS!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  67. you were just giving me a heart attack @small-tool!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Lol sorry Miller.
Btw. thanks for another great game!

    ReplyDelete
  69. another hint (because it might be a kind of pixel hunt, although there are mouse-overs): you have to find a place where you can use the box cutter

    ReplyDelete
  70. lol miller :p
I think the 3-digit codes may be a sign of how to press the buttons on the shelves. Although we may need 2-3 things to use as weights, starting with the lemon.

    ReplyDelete
  71. So what do we do now with the 3 numbers we have from the bottom book?
    Doesn't work on the safe!?

    ReplyDelete
  72. I feel a little foolish but I can't find the red arrow people are mentioning. Can someone clue me in please?

    ReplyDelete
  73. I hope we don't have to find the pi-number in the picutre? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  74. hawks- light the candle place it on books and wait a few seconds

    ReplyDelete
  75. or do u need the arrows themselves

    ReplyDelete
  76. ok so i am dumb today.. i don't get the 4 digit code for the top drawer..

    ReplyDelete
  77. @Anja (Stu): maybe...nope, don't worry ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  78. There's a hotspot on the bottom of the electrical cable when zoomed in on the tv, but the cutter doesn't work there.

    ReplyDelete
  79. kerzman did you get the equation on back of the note with the lights off?

    ReplyDelete
  80. Kerzman,
Put the boxes on saturday, sunday and monday. Turn the light off and then see the equation on the backside of your note in that view with the boxes.

    ReplyDelete
  81. got the bottom book.

add points, add corners, divide point total by corner total

    ReplyDelete
  82. @crush, i believe so, (saturn + sun) moon...

    ReplyDelete
  83. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I still don't understand the third book...

    ReplyDelete
  85. Ok, finally found the key with the cutters.
    It's in a corner.

    ReplyDelete
  86. so kersman hint for saturn was 4 letters in #4, sun 3 letters in #6 etc

    ReplyDelete
  87. Opened the chest and got third arrow, screwdriver and orange.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Placed the arrows and got a thing you put on an electric wire to connect them, don't know what's called in english.

    ReplyDelete
  89. arrgh, ignore my previous comment! that was something I had tried before getting it right! for saturn IV=4, Sun, XIII=8, moon VI=3

    ReplyDelete
  90. oh did not realise this was still live will try to catch up

    ReplyDelete
  91. Gina Black,
When zoomed in on the outlet.
Btw use the screwdriver on that outlet too.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Nm, found it. It's the floor corner zoomed in behind the plant.
    THX!!!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Lol Miller,
    Loved the tv game!

    ReplyDelete
  94. I'm stuck on that drawer too. I got the 4,8,3 but we need a 4 digit code for the drawer, where did that come from?

    ReplyDelete
  95. Got key too - thank you small-tool - thought I clicked evrywhere!

    ReplyDelete
  96. The code word from the tv is not working on the 7-letter drawer!?

    ReplyDelete
  97. lol @jrhgohawks: the only one who was able to solve the shape-book-code can't handle simple math? ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  98. Lol again Miller (you played too much Selfdefiant games) and that was a hint.
    Got the drawer open now.

    ReplyDelete
  99. well I don't like the tv game cuz I'm too damn slow, lol

    ReplyDelete
  100. Hi all, joining in, and wondering like small-tool where the code word from the tv belongs to??

    ReplyDelete
  101. I cannot place my red arrows...they won't highlight. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  102. And no idea where to use the balloon.

    ReplyDelete
  103. @small-tool: Selfdefiant used that too? I really didn't know that. I just read an article about that thing when I was starting to create this game...

    ReplyDelete
  104. Oh, small-tool, please share, I didn't play so much selfdefiant games in the last few weeks...

    ReplyDelete
  105. don't get the word even with google

    ReplyDelete
  106. whpresto,
Save the game and then open it again by using Ctrl-F5 to refresh (just F5 doesn't work) and then load the saved game.

    ReplyDelete
  107. @whpresto: that was a bug in the very beginning. just save your game, reload and press contine (not new game) and you should be where you are right now!

    ReplyDelete
  108. Anja,
Like Crush said, it's an anagram.
    Use this one;
    http://anagram-solver.net/

    ReplyDelete
  109. very clever that drawer code. Reminds me of Superman.
One request/suggestion @Miller: if possible, could you make the letters scroll both ways instead of just forward?

    ReplyDelete
  110. ok i can honestly say i will never catch up here, how did you solve the 4 digit code

    ReplyDelete
  111. just F5 works on a windows pc with firefox (at least for me)

    ReplyDelete
  112. Thank s-t - this programm works better than mine!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Ah, ok, thanks small-tool!

    ReplyDelete
  114. @zoz: yes, I'll think of that next time. I am not a big fan of going through the whole alphabet myself again when you pressed a letter by mistake once too often.
still learning this flash thing, but I'll be sure next time it's okay.

    ReplyDelete
  115. I've put the white thingie on the electrical cord and reconnected the tv, but it still doesn't work. Any help?

    ReplyDelete
  116. Yay! Got a red baloon full of air! :)
    ...and stuck again :(

    ReplyDelete
  117. finally got it - i could never get my paper to turn over. i never saw the equation!

    ReplyDelete
  118. @s-t: seems your anagram solver is much better than mine. I always use the one from wordsmith and if you enter "sky port" there, you won't get the correct answer...

    ReplyDelete
  119. francois, you get a white thing and a screwdriver later, you use them on the outlet to fix the TV.

    ReplyDelete
  120. I added the points and divided that total by the corner total but didn't come out with a whole number--what about numbers inside shapes?

    ReplyDelete
  121. And because I thought everyone else would use this one, I thought only one could figure it out who knows the picture...

    ReplyDelete
  122. Gina, thanks, but I already have done that... and it still doesn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  123. By the way: very good game, Miller! Hard, but good!!! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  124. Btw. we still didn't open the safe, right?
And we didn't use the numbers from the three books, right?

    ReplyDelete
  125. @bigtank - figure out the equation from the back of the not (highlighted when lights are out and cubes are saturn, sun & moon) just remember that it is not simple multiplying but "power"ful :)

    ReplyDelete
  126. oops! meant note (not not)lol

    ReplyDelete
  127. Turn the lights off and then there's a hint on the balloon.

    ReplyDelete
  128. I think the books show the numbers for the positions on the shelves. I mean, we already have a yellow and an orange fruit.

    ReplyDelete
  129. There is no remote or anything like that required to turn on the tv? Button to press?

    ReplyDelete
  130. Francois, did you open the outlet with the SD and use the white thing to connect the cables and then put the outlet cover back on?

    ReplyDelete
  131. Gina, yes! did all of that, and alos put back the power cord. TV is still black!

    ReplyDelete
  132. Having same problem as Francois. Put the white thing on, outlet cover back on and plugged the TV in and it doesn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Did you click on the screen?

    ReplyDelete
  134. Great find small-tool! And I agree with Gina that the numbers might be the position in the shelve, we might just need a red fruit or something else...

    ReplyDelete
  135. Yep think so too Gina, but we still have to find a red thing. The balloon doesn't work on the shelves.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Look at the baloon with the lights out...
By the way hi everybody. First time posting but feel like I know you all..

    ReplyDelete
  137. what white thing for the outlet?

    ReplyDelete
  138. I to am having the same tv issue.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Not sure why but cannot get 4 digit password from saturn, sun and moon.

    ReplyDelete
  140. You get it from opening the chest, holly. Use the knife on the room corner where the outlet is.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Tv problem... removed outlet, put white connectors on wire, replaced outlet, reconnected power cord, clicked on screen.. Nothing. Running on chrome... could that be a problem?

    ReplyDelete
  142. I bet the red fruit is in the safe, but no clue how to open that, already tried Pi.

    ReplyDelete
  143. No TV for me, either, after fixing outlet. Also on Chrome.

    ReplyDelete
  144. Miller, is there a specific area of the screen where I need to click? Seems to me I've done everything required to turn on the tv... unless I'm missing something obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  145. francoisboul,
    To keep on playing, you get a code from the tv to use on the drawer, it is;

    SPOILERKRYPTOSSPOILER.

    ReplyDelete
  146. I've been trying variations on Pi as well, @small-tool. Missing something here.

    ReplyDelete
  147. all i got from the chest were orange and left arrow box

    ReplyDelete
  148. I tried to use the code from the box wall on the first 4 pi digits. No luck :(

    ReplyDelete
  149. Also using Chrome, sounds like all of us with the problem are.

    ReplyDelete
  150. @small-tool & @zoz: did you try every combination of pi? or maybe that pi thingy is just a red herring :-b

    ReplyDelete
  151. I'm sorry to hear some of you having problems with the tv. I really don't know what could be wrong since others don't have this problem and I just replayed and there was no way I could get that problem.

the only thing I can think of right now: save, refresh & continue.

trying to find out what the problem might be.

    ReplyDelete
  152. I am using chrome too but it worked for me. After fixing the outlet and puting the cord back just clicked on the screen and the minigame with the colours started

    ReplyDelete
  153. who knew you were a sadist @Miller?

    ReplyDelete
  154. Thanks SmallTool. Miller, I refreshed a couple of time and it didn't change anything. Chrome issue? And kudos for this game!

    ReplyDelete
  155. Holly,
You get the white thingy from the red box where you place the arrow tiles on.

    ReplyDelete
  156. I got 4136 for the 4 digit code for draw but not working am I missing something?

    ReplyDelete
  157. I couldn't get number to work on safe or on 4-digit drawer after getting equation from note paper. Do you add the #s for Saturn and Sunday and then take it to the 3rd power?

    ReplyDelete
  158. I'm gonna sleep, good luck with it guys (you're gonna need it :p)

    ReplyDelete
  159. For drawer:
    Saturn = 4, Sun = 8 and Moon = 3
    Math is: (4 + 8)³

    ReplyDelete
  160. @holly: Yes, just add sat and sun and then take it to the 3rd power. The solution is

    SPOILER1728SPOILER4+8^3SPOILER

    ReplyDelete
  161. @Dezza and holly, see my comment above at 12:33.

and @al sal, a belated welcome!

    ReplyDelete
  162. Darn, I think I will having nightmares of Pi tonight...

    ReplyDelete
  163. Saturday was IV = four (four letters, so it's 4)
Sunday was XIII = thirteen (eight letters, so it's 8)
Monday was VI= six (three letters, so it's 3).

    Then do the equation

(4+8) raised to the power of 3.

    ReplyDelete
  164. sorry, small-too, don't know what you mean by red box for arrow tiles. I have 2 red boxes that look like an arrow will fit, but I don't know what to do with them.

Also, why is Sun 8? Isn't XIII 13?

    ReplyDelete
  165. are we at least on the right track thinking the safe code is four digits (can enter more)?

    ReplyDelete
  166. Thanks zoz! Stuck trying to open the safe. Tried all first digits of π but no luck

    ReplyDelete
  167. Tried the 4 last numbers from piture - but nope

    ReplyDelete
  168. Holly,
The red box is on the shelves. Take it and about item it to put the arrows in.

    ReplyDelete
  169. @francoisboul: I'm pretty sure it's not a chrome issue. but, and I'm terrible sorry, I have not any idea what it could be. I am really working on that. maybe for now a complete restart (new game) will help?

    ReplyDelete
  170. I guess the 3 numbers we got from the books are the positions on the shelf to put the fruits. So the code for the safe must have sth to do with π number. No other hints around

    ReplyDelete
  171. guys, forget about pi! it's really just a red herring

    ReplyDelete
  172. please somebody help me get the heck out of this room

    ReplyDelete
  173. @miller: don't worry, I guess these things happen. With S-T spoiler I can go on... sort of. Stuck on 4 digits now.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Even if that means that I'm now totally hopeless to find the solution if Pi was a red herring...

    ReplyDelete
  175. BTW. don't forget it. Almost 200 comments, so new comments will be on the next page!

    ReplyDelete
  176. ok using firefox and fixed wires added plug and tv is not working ...seems like a glitch?

    ReplyDelete
  177. @francoisboul; what 4 digits exactly are you talking about? I don't hope it's the drawers 4 digit code? elsem you are definitly not able to activate the tv...

    ReplyDelete
  178. Guys I don't think it's the browser... I am using chrome and had no problem. I do have problem finding the code for the safe though!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  179. what positions for the lemon and orange? and did anyone find something else to place in shelves
