  38. The arrow buttons are POINTING in the directions you need to follow.

and notice how to light them up :D

    ReplyDelete
  39. Thanks NY Neen... Can anyone tell me how we arrived at that though? Used the Mirrored image and still got it wrong =)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Thank you Imagine!! Finally!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Werner, just look at the numbers that correspond to the compass direction, Se=5, W=9 etc.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Dagnabbit! Thanks again Ny Neen... If my head wasn't shaved I'm sure I had a blonde moment there =)

    ReplyDelete
  43. LOL Werner! And I'M blonde!

    ReplyDelete
  44. for some reason my arrow directions arent working right! Is there a certain way?

    ReplyDelete
  45. @ Melissa Don't push the arrows, just mouse over them. Every time you mouse over it's like you pushed it, so you might have accidentally been lighting up the wrong arrows in the process...like I did.

    ReplyDelete
  46. OH!!! ok, thank you so much Prufrock!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Finally... thanks to persistence (and most importantly) the help here... i am ouT! ---Was never happier to go out in the freezing cold ;)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  51. Here in Cleveland, snow is a four-letter-word!

    ReplyDelete
  52. What a very nice game. Took me a blond moment to find out I had to put the snowflake into the lantern near the door and then pull the cord. ;)
    But out too.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Hmm, two complaints about the arrow cupboard:

SPOILERAs far as I can see, the hint from prufrock mabe right, that hovering over the arrows already triggers them, which I don't like, because that happens easily, and why are they clickable if hovering over them and lighting them up is enough? The second complaint is that I think the order was DRDLDRUR and the double rights and ups count as one. That irritated me for the longest time and was illogigal for meSPOILER

The rest was perfect and maye a bit on the easy side, very well done. Too bad that I didn't like the arrows, otherwise it would have been perfect for me, but that is just my two cents...

    ReplyDelete
  54. Amendment to my post from above: I replayed it and now I don't think anymore that hovering over the arrows triggers them. I tried to do it wrong by purpose (hovering over other ones before pushing the right ones) and it still worked. So my only complaint is the one about leaving out the double rights and ups, which is just a point of view, because the maker of the game seems to have only the changes of direction in the pipes in mind, which is kind of logical too.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Excellent game with nice puzzles & good graphics!
    (& no language barrier, LOL)
Thx escapers above for your hints!
    :-)
E.g. missed hole top right of cb...!
Or was stuck on cb direction arrows, till I realized, that the points are pointing INSIDE...!
& confused by the fact, that double pipe directions only count as one...!
    D'oh!

  57. Help! I can't open the cupboard with arrows! I tried this code: DRDLDRUR without clicking, with clicking, NOTHING!!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. Ah THAT'S WHY I had to click them and wondered over your guys' strange "mouse over" reports!
I too joined in a bit later and everything worked fine with clicking. Just as you pointed out, escapism, that double length D's and U's count as one, this is something no one told us about.

But this proves how eagerly even the Japanese authors read our forums silently even though they never appear here in person by saying "hello" or whatever ;)

    ReplyDelete
  59. Babe,
notice, that the arrows point INSIDE...!

    ReplyDelete
  60. OMG, that box SUCKED. >< I had to try it in all the possible different orientations before it would work. Just for that, I'm giving this game a 1.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Very nice game ! I wish Robamimi would make games more often!

    ReplyDelete
  62. And....just my 2 cents.....lol

I had NO trouble with the arrows cabinet, the hint button in the game gave a reference to page 2.... there it was clear to me to follow the directions of the solved pipe puzzle!
But, I had to go to the comments to see the use of the tweezers with the SD and to get spoiler for the the compass clue...I just wasn't seeing it! TY @MegiPoland!!!!

All in all...I think Robamimi is one of the best!

    ReplyDelete
  63. YAY!!! Break out the christmas games =D =D =D

This is a very pretty one, too.
    Thanks for posting, MegiPoland =)

    ReplyDelete
  64. Ahh...what a wonderful game this was...wish they'd all be like this ;-)

@premiere: thanx for helping out with the arrow puzzle...it was driving me nuts...

    See y'all!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Fantastic game!! A perfect example on how to give hints to puzzles without giving the answer. Every upper and lower case mattered, the clue book didn't make any sense until you came across the puzzle. No assumptions of adding numbers or top-to-bottom instead of left-to-right sequencing. You knew which puzzle each clue went to. Best game in months! BRAVO!!
