  6. I think, I'm giving up for today and try again tomorrow. looks like it might have something to do with tim burton. don't know how avril lavigne or anne hathaway are connected to alice's adventures.
and when I saw the empty chair, I even thought of clint eastwood and his odd appearance the other day... ;-)

  8. For the march hare puzzle.
Recognize the 7 animals and the 3 letter hint word in the first paragraph.

    For the chesire cat puzzle.
Remove letters and you end up with 8 letters.

    In general;
In Creo riddles the answers are sometims with spaces.

  9. @PurpleLogic: is the red queen puzzle anyhow related to the song?
I think, I tried everything else. 3rd letter of 3rd square, 3rd letter of 3rd line, 3rd letter of 3rd collumn, 3rd letter of the songs chorus (and this is only the first sentence - did that with all the other ones as well...failed, of course)
is it an anagram? or related to quantum physics?

  10. Casual,
You have to wiki google for that.
The song combined with the board tells you what to google.

  11. thanks @small-tool! this is just my 2nd riddle game ever.
reminds me of the time, I started with escape games. in the beginning, I thought "oooh, I found a knife! there must be some bread to cut! so, where could this bread might be...?"
maybe with some experience, I can solve these kind of game on my own.
saying that, still don't get it ;-)

  12. Good luck Casual,
But Creo riddles aren't easy at all.
If you like riddles maybe better start with easier ones first to get the hang of it.
And it's also not an EG24 riddle, so we're not allowed to give much away in the comments.

  13. completely understand that! and I actually like that there are no straight ahead spoilers.
really gotta go to bed now. will look for it tomorrow again, but maybe you are right and I'll wait for Jonthewatch's riddle next weekend. challenging enough for me, lol...

Compare each left pic with the right pic on the same place and find a difference of one letter to use.

If you go from left to right it's no anagram.
Two words with a space in between.

  24. Ok, First glance, red queen looked most solvable. Looking at small-tool's clue -- I don't know the song so how can I google it?

    ReplyDelete
  25. The Tweedles looks impossible -- I can't tell what some of the objects are! Although I can tell they are paired (hand/hat, snail/?screw) but sequoia/pastry?

    ReplyDelete
  26. PuzzledinCA

    The song is by Queen

    ReplyDelete
  27. PuzzledinCA,
It's a song from Queen; We are the champions (of the world).
But don't go Google Wiki music and lyrics and stuff.
Just focus on that as a hint.
Connect it to the pic/board and Google that and then pick letters.

    ReplyDelete
  28. PuzzledinCA

For the Tweedles, look for short words, most are 3 or 4 letters. Not a screw but close.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Thank you, @small-tool for the info -- I'll start playing with that.

  30. Good luck, guys -- I'm only getting partial answers on most, even with your hints.

@Creo -- I think this riddle is truly worthy of Lewis Carroll! My only complaint is that many of the riddle clues are tiny and/or faint, so almost impossible to see. And you can't zoom in for a better look.

  31. Agreed PuzzledinCA. I am using a snipping tool, saving the image and then enlarging it. This is a link to larger Caterpillar Puzzle image

  32. mad hatter: it is a cipher, key is exactly shape you see in letters pic

    ReplyDelete
  33. Thank you so very much Mishu :)
    You did it.
So it was a cipher after all.
You have no idea how much time I spent on counting letters with using the title and it was all futile,

    ReplyDelete
  34. No idea, yet, how to solve the Caterpillar puzzle.
    The hints from Nordinho are,

    Squared paper will help.

Number of dots is number of "steps"

But Mishu saved the day and kind of bruteforced the number, yep number, every answer is related to a number, to get the answer.

    Thanks Mishu.
