    Deb - have you found the safe behind the picture?
    take the middle button then press the first down, then left/up, then down again and last go left.
    4 buttons highlighted and safe opens
    click the middle at the end (the square one)

    yes, but those arrows on safe are not exactly in the same direction. confusing! moreover, how can be 4 buttons highlighted when you press the 'down' arrow twice. LOL!

    twice? LOL check the clue again cos I drew my notes carelessly.. You only need to press 4 buttons in lower left section of safe puzzle. See Swiss comment above as well LOL

    you can see a "Print Screen" or "PrtScr" button on your PC/laptop.

    for pc, use Alt+PrintScreen and for laptop you can use FN+PrtScr buttons to get a snapshot.
