    The card is at the end when you have turned on the electricity. Take back the box with the ticket, put it on the table under the levers. You will get SD to open hatch on scales for last fuse.

    I think you have to turn the generator on and the light (why the light? Who knows) before the hotspot appears

    @jessica, I'm in the same spot, missing fuse #3. The little box on floor in the view with levers have some hotspot, but can't do anything with it.

    NEVER got the code for the green light safe to work. I assume that is where fuse 4 is and thus finishing the puzzle.
