Furthermore, the great clock was broken! You were about to leave, but then you found out that the clock tower wasn't "closed" in reality, because you made it to go inside... and got lost! 37. Well, how did Bob Geldof sing in the 70s then?
    "I Don't Like Mondays"

Now, seeing we got a Tesshi-e AND a Flonga on the very same day, I can no longer agree LOL!

  38. So I have all the pieces of the cog but not whatever is supposed to be holding them together. I can't find a clue for the three-color code on the box, and I have no idea what to do with the pin. Feeling really stupid when I can't make sense of the hints. :(

    ReplyDelete
  39. You're not stupid. Otherwise I would be stupid too because I can't find the color clue to the book in shelf on 2nd floor...
    (counting didn't have much effect)

THREE-color code on the box in other room:
Look colored squares, and sort 'em in ascending order, smallest to largest.

    ReplyDelete
  40. AHHH POP! Look at the spine of the white book in shelf view.
Finally got last cog now. Sheesh...

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thanks, arbeitslooser! I thought I had tried every combination of those three colors.

    ReplyDelete
  42. YW, hanging around a but for help. Rest should be self-explanatory...except that I might hint at the fact of the torch not being used just once ;)

    ReplyDelete
  43. mereilin - I'm in the same place as you! Can't believe you were the last to make a comment so I'll hang on and see what comes next.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Right, I've got the hammer but like someone earlier, I can't find the rod. Please be patient with me - I should be used to these games by now..

    ReplyDelete
  45. "rod" is no rod when you originally spot it...check all desks and tables :)

    ReplyDelete
  46. Oh, THAT bit of wood....doh!

    ReplyDelete
  47. Yes, *that* bit of wood. And since you warned me to not spoil away, I had to stick to giving this obscure hint only :)

    ReplyDelete
  51. the three pieces go into a mold, you have to find that mold. It's at a fixed location, nothing to pick up like e. g. in a Gatamari game.
