  1. Good luck and have fun...

  2. Omg. 148 pages in the book.
Around 46 a guy running and throwing at page 90 a code.

    ReplyDelete
  3. The 4-digit code in the book is used below sink to get an electrical chord.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Oops, had better saved, going out the window is bad end :(

    ReplyDelete
  5. Use electrical chord on water boiler and use enevelope on it to open it to get hint paper.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hi small tool, I'm joining you. But I think we are stuck now with that comic strip hint on the paper...

    ReplyDelete
  7. Yep, stuck indeed. No idea how to use the amount of items (cups, glasses etc.)in the cupboard.
    5-3
    4-7-6
    8-6-6-2
    If I counted correctly.

And no stick or so to get the paper behind the sink.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Yes, that's what I found out too (or not found out). Seems like a language barrier...

    ReplyDelete
  9. That comic strip just makes me think of the 5 figurines and the first page of book...

    ReplyDelete
  10. Tried to bruteforce the three digit safe from 000 to 300 and it starts getting boring. Think I will wait for a native speaker and come back later.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Lol, I tried 500-600.
And yep, taking a break as well.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Im 25% thru turning dolls LOL

    ReplyDelete
  13. Oh. And then you can get battery for left-right buttons ... but I pushed them randomly a couple of times and don't know what the pattern was.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Waiting for you Leroy :) I think I have a clue for the dolls but no idea what it might mean.

    ReplyDelete
  15. By cance DOLL's SPOILER-bfrbl.

    ReplyDelete
  16. press greeen then wait then press purple gives green key that gives another clue...

    ReplyDelete
  17. LOL Had only just got to BFFFF...

    ReplyDelete
  18. Nooms, did you bruteforce it? Thanks anyway!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Code for computer is

    SPOILERnewsSPOILER

    ReplyDelete
  20. I did but only covering the ones not already tried by you and Small-tool!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ah, good to know that our input wasn't futile. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Can't use the hints from the computer... :-(

    ReplyDelete
  23. Tried to use the colour of the title on each file as door code colours - no success.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Why the numbers on hint paper 7? The time?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I think that the clues from the PC are for the clock Hawaii, Mixer, Sevice, but don't know how to connect them.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Got it. See the roman nos. in the words.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Since nobody mentioned it, it might be a good idea that I do it.

Comic Strip #6 can be turned to its FLIP SIDE.
    Some directional stuff on there...

    ReplyDelete
  28. arbeitslooser, it has already been used for the PC's pass.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Oh of course - (H)awa(II), (M)(IX)er, (S)er(VI)ce - thanks, Antonia

    ReplyDelete

  31. AFCAE are the notes on the paper from under the clock. That matches the pattern for the dolls.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Then maybe paper #1 is for the colors.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I wonder if the paper behind the sink has the 3 digit code hint.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Ops, I don't know what I used but now I have a golf stick from randomly opening the lockers.

    ReplyDelete
  35. HOW does it match the pattern for the dolls?

I tried to get all dolls facing in my direction (watch out, the positions are REMEMBERED when you zoom out!)

then 1 click, (none), 2 clicks, 1 click, 3 clicks

    ... but that didn't work.

    ReplyDelete
  36. That's right Nooms. I took it with the golf stick, and now it is marked as used in my inventory. It shows nos. of plates, spoons and glasses.

    ReplyDelete
  37. arbeitslooser, see my comment at 8.10

    ReplyDelete
  38. The letters don't match at all, Arbeitslooser, but if you take Antonia's code BFRBL it matches the pattern of AFCAE - no idea how though.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Not fighting those lockers for the golf stick any more then :D

    ReplyDelete
  40. Antonia, I prefer to know HOW something is explained from a hint, not just "here is the solution".
Your spoiler works, but I have not the slightest clue how this relates to the notes!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Nooms: I even thought for a moment the notes need to be sorted like on a piano...I hate nothing more than having to hack in a solution without understanding how to get there, grrr...

    ReplyDelete
  42. The notes Names are AFCAE
and I think it means Ahead, front, center and east ???

    ReplyDelete
  43. arbeitslooser, since I cannot neither read or speak Japanese, nor notes, please take it as a lucky strike.

    ReplyDelete
  44. lOL what fools we are... We all still here fighting language barrier...

    ReplyDelete
  45. I can´t get the golf stick from the lockers

    ReplyDelete
  46. @Antonia OK

And E cannot be east since the rightmost doll in the solution is clearly facing WEST. For now I'm going to give up on this puzzle, and just hack in the solution. (A little reluctantly, though)

    ReplyDelete
  47. And where can I find the blue key?

    ReplyDelete
  48. the first-2 time. not to touch the second. 3 times both fourth-2 time and last-5 times

    ReplyDelete
  49. Lockers I see cant open leftside locker if door right of it is open...

    ReplyDelete
  50. I have an idea about the colors for the door, but not quite sure. The colors of all collor panels match the ones on the wall. But still need the 4th, may be from the blue key.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Lol, I see bruteforcing helped a lot and then later finding the hint papers that go in the inventory places that say used.
Don't understand the lockers though, seems it's hint paper/comic 1.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Arbeitslooser, youre right, it was just an idea for a clue to order the dolls

    ReplyDelete
  53. Btw. only 10,000 possibilities for the door colours, so just keep trying :P

    ReplyDelete
  54. Dont understand locker thing Angelika? 3 times 3rd and 4th?

    ReplyDelete
  55. S-T the hint for the lockers is at the 3rd place. In my inventory it is marked as used, though it is empty. We haven't used yetthe paper hint #1.

    ReplyDelete
  56. You brute-forcers are lucky today! No one of you guys remember which locker to start with, do they?!

    ReplyDelete
  57. (Leroy: since Angelika mentioned something "last" after the fourth I think she was talking about the 5 dolls...)

    ReplyDelete
  58. LOL Angelika I go back to Moscow now... Metro Last Light game...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Thanks Antonia, but I actually meant the same as Leroy.
Don't understand this part in the Angelika post:
    3 times both fourth-2 time

    ReplyDelete
  60. Aaaah Antonia, I do not have the third in my inventory. What is it?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Im lost I take first person shooter break to relax LOL

    ReplyDelete
  62. ahahah, I wait in Moscow! ) ) I about dolls wrote, thought you didn't guess)))

    ReplyDelete
  63. Neither do I! I bet we must see the clue first to get the locker thing to "function"

    ReplyDelete
  64. Angelika: that is only natural. (Matryoshka, you get the joke? =D =D)

    ReplyDelete
  65. Don't think so Arbeitslooser, all the other codes worked without seeing the hints first.
But anyway, gonna quit for the second time now, with such a language problem all we can do is bruteforce and really not in the mood for that.

    ReplyDelete
  66. LOL on the Metro Angelika sometime in the future..

    ReplyDelete
  67. excuse I badly I understand) I wrote dolls of 20325 so many times to twist
how a color code to open? ) )

    ReplyDelete
  68. There is no need to open the lockers. As I said you will find a golf stick for the paper behind the sink. And the paper is a clue for the 3-digit code which we have already cracked. I do not have a paper clue for the lockers, did it by chance.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Here are the comic strip hints explained:

    1. Dialogue tells where the blue key is. It's on the floor right side of the door.

    2. Reverse side tell the "open and close in the order shown". Take a look and follow the sequence in the comic strip.

    5. Reverse side shows you the red star. Comic shows you the items to be counted.

    6. Reverse side shows the diagram of the school (南=South,北=North, 東=East, 西=West). Comic show the directions in the order of the password.

    7. Comic shows the titles (and reviews) of the games on PC. Click the game icons and see the clock hints.

3&4. Reverse side identifies the frame locations. Strip 4 shows which way to face.

Color sequence. ミキペディア(Mikipedia) on PC tells you the basic rule of four-frame cartoon which is 起承転結. Go around the room to find those letters and colors associated with them.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Thanks, Leroy. Found the blue key.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Thanks SO MUCH Pochan!! Got the blue key - finally! Sheesh...

    ReplyDelete
  72. Lol, yep. Great job Leroy :P
(lol, Antonia, you do realise it was Pochan who explained it all, right?)

    ReplyDelete
  73. And now the paper from the blue key drawer shows the locker hints (2, 4, 1 and 3).

    ReplyDelete
  74. So sorry, Pochan. I don't kow I have decided it is Leroy. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Now please help with the colors. I can't see them, and I'm not so lucky.

    ReplyDelete
  76. To make the lockers work, OPEN AND CLOSE each one in sequence.

So if the sequence was 3, 4, 2, 1 it would go: open 3, close 3, open 4, close 4 and so on.
Do that with the actual sequence.

  78. Don't understand the colour hint either :(

    ReplyDelete
  79. Comic #5, reverse side: I wonder if the red star depicted there has something to do with that 148-page (!) book we found in the initial part of the game...
Since it's the same stacks-of-four you can see there (in most of its pages)

    ReplyDelete
  80. 2 ends so far: レスキュー(rescue) and ノーマル(normal). I think there is the 3rd end. I have 3 more inventory spots left...

    ReplyDelete
  81. "Rescue end" is primitive: (SAVE GAME!) and just try to escape out of the window :P

    ReplyDelete
  82. arbeitslooser
Do you see the red star and 3-number code for the cabinet?

    small-tool
Go around the room and find buttons with 起承転結 in it, i.e. 起動, 承認 etc. The buttons have different colors.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Pochan can you spoil the colors for us, please?

    ReplyDelete
  84. Oh, nice, so we're going on some button-hunting...luv'ly.

    ReplyDelete
  85. (This is just typically Gatamari again: in G.'s last game, we had to run around more than 5 rooms to find clocks with their shapes and figure out which direction they went (cw/ccw))

    ReplyDelete
  86. Ah ok, you mean the buttons on the code-boxes, right?

    ReplyDelete
  87. Panels too, s-t. e. g. the one with the knight-like figurine where we got the key from...

    ReplyDelete
  88. Lol, yep, but I call those buttons too. But can't finish, have to go :(
    Good luck guys :)

Btw. the amounts of items in the cupboard and it's drawers, was that used anywhere?

    ReplyDelete
  89. LOl just popped back in.. I will take mistaken Kudos anyday

    ReplyDelete
  90. tell what colors? I don't understand...

Take a look at the figure you got the blue key. See the different colors on the buttons?

    ReplyDelete
  94. LOL Angelika I now sneaking around in church catacombs with nightsight on my weapon.. (Under Moscow)

    ReplyDelete
  95. arbeitslooser
When in doubt, look it up in ミキペディア.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Pochan no need!! :) I cut-and-pasted your Japanese characters to an editor and cranked up the zoom (so I need no magnifying glass ;))

That made it easy to compare them and figure out the colors.
BTW, I got so-called TEA-TIME END (telling from Katakana, which I can read as long there is no Kanji in between)

    ReplyDelete
  97. Neither gre(y) nor gre(en), cyan, red, yellow works for me.

    ReplyDelete
  98. thanks! I not lazy, I simply don't know English and Japanese! you over me laugh? ) )
colors not clearly only the red I read)

    ReplyDelete
  99. OH APOLOGIES! I see it now...gimme a min

    ReplyDelete
  100. (UPDATE had two colors mixed up, sorry!!)

Colors were easy after Pochan's hint (thanks again) just BF'd the last one.

Thanks again Pochan, for all the explanations/translations and thanks Arbeitslooser for the donkey work with the colours :)

    ReplyDelete
  111. Lol, Angelika, you really don't want Leroy there in Moscow :P

    ReplyDelete

    http://www.escapegames24.com/2006/01/chat-box.html

    ReplyDelete
  115. small-tool
it is impossible to enter, and what password is necessary? doesn't approach...

    ReplyDelete
  116. What a mess these clues are. I can't find any blue key left of the door.
and not a whole lot else written here makes any sense.
This is a big time waster.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Angelika, you can make up your own password, but maybe the name is already taken. So maybe change your name a little till you can make your own password.

Evans the blue key is somewhere right on the floor in the not zoomed in view of the door. And it's actually quite a good game.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Yes, blue key is on the right hand side of the door (unzoomed), in a completely invisible hotspot until you know where to look by the clue you found.

I I remember correctly, it's not so close to the wall but more far away. I'm sorry but it IS a pixel-hunt. Took me minutes to find it...

    ReplyDelete
  119. I see a save button but no load button?

    ReplyDelete
  120. spoiler for green/purple button doll? not working. thanks

    ReplyDelete
  121. @Robin

(Re-)Loading the game is a bit tricky. When the game is initially launched, first question you get is whether you want sound on (left) or off (right).

Then you get a second dialog, and loading a saved game then is the right of the two japanese texts.

    ReplyDelete
  122. There is a 3rd (takoyaki) end. At the last (color order) puzzle, notice the green circle in the middle with 2 smaller solid red dots to the left and to the right. Notice also the small hole right below them. Go check the middle doll.

    ReplyDelete
  123. For green/purple button doll use battery that you got with ladder (I thought it was a Swiss army knife)

    ReplyDelete
  124. Got middle doll but can't do anything with it? Ending same?

    ReplyDelete
  125. @Robin, Once you have the middle doll you can click on the bottom of it to see there is a hole below. If you click again in the middle of the doll, it is shaken and a toothpick comes out from it. Use this toothpick on the safe to get a golden card (ticket?) for the Takoyaki Ending.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Thanks Emma!! I still do not understand why I never noticed that small hole inside the compartment (where you even get a special Japanese text that probably says 'What could this hole be useful for?')

And I was surprised as well when the doll could be taken all of a sudden :)

What if there is even a 4th ending now using up the two remaining slots in the inventory?
Remember, it'S Gatamari. ANYTHING is possible in his games. :)

    ReplyDelete
  127. @Edgar Thanks. I had to shake several times, and finally got toothpick.

    ReplyDelete
  128. YW @Robin.
And I think it's only 3 endings here @arbeitslooser, sorry! LOL
