Pfew, too early for 3D-thinking. Will try later.
ReplyDeleteLoading...
ReplyDeleteOh boy...3D thinking is a subject where I'm not the worst in, but without instructions I will run around in circles like everybody...
ReplyDeleteThis is not really "self-explanatory"...
I have no idea what is the aim, what i shall do.
ReplyDeleteThere is written "start" on the bottom with an arrow beside.
ReplyDeleteOK, got it that far.
ReplyDeleteALL areas are 5 x 5 . BUT the spot where you stand in there makes it that the first two rows do not show with each BOTTOM area.
These appear as a rectangle (5 x 3), but the tiles to fulfil a square area are just off the picture.
I think the goal is to make 7 digits.
ReplyDeleteWith the arrow on the backwall you can make 7 different groups of arrows.
I guess it's putting those groups of arrows on the correct spot and then rotating the floor.
But the odd thing is, the button on the backwall (next to the arrow button in the circles), doesn't go around in 4 views, but 7 views!?
Anyway, like I said, too early for me.
Good luck all :)
Giving up, no fun at all.
ReplyDeleteWait!
ReplyDeleteLook again at that arrow button.
The white dots closely resemble planets with their orbit in space.
That must have something special to say...
The "dot" closest to the center is in the innermost ring.
And there are never two "dots" per ring.

ReplyDeleteOut......when the sides are rotated correctly and merged together they form a four digit number with a simple calculation revealing a four digit combination.
ReplyDeleteBravo! You're one out of a handful who've made it out of there...
ReplyDeleteMy problem is that I just don't know what all that means...
Could you elaborate a little more on details, please?
The dots and the arrows show the order and direction of the digits. Divide by two and you have the combination.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, it's those arrows that confused me so much. Each of them in a different color, I had a notion it must mean something special, but in how far? ;)
ReplyDelete:)

Wow, very well done Nini and Tom. Couldn't wrap my head around that one. And with your explanation/pic I still had a hard time to fully understand.
ReplyDeleteNini you're a marvel. Thanks!
