  34. Seems most of us are stuck with the cork in the bottle and a not helpful key.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Thx escapisme. Found the knife.

    ReplyDelete
  36. What happens after solve sliding puzzle inside cb?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  38. SALWA make sure you type pwdgotmail. as the password

    ReplyDelete
  39. POP again, used bottle on grey bowl under window.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  41. Roberto, nobody here knows, you are ahead of us, would you please tell us how to open the cb?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  45. Evans, roberto knows it, I hope he tells us...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Help i still can´t remove the cork.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Lever is the toy you get behind pic.

    ReplyDelete
  48. got the key from jar, wrap jar in scarf and then crowbar it!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Zazie, the key in the pot is broken. I wanted to open the clock with it.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Zazie, nobody of us (except of roberto maybe) has done it.

    ReplyDelete
  51. lol found it...its on left view from scroll

    ReplyDelete
  52. Ha ha, opened cupboard with key now need another 4 #'s for safe. some are repeated on wall and some are larger but not sure how that helps us.

    ReplyDelete
  53. And also some kind of cup-and-ball game ?!

    ReplyDelete
  54. evans yes i make it sur but nothing happend plz can you give the correct acount

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hang cloth left side where you use lever and after using lever you get matches. Use matches on candle. Use candle and crowbar inside cb.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Highlight jar (double click) click scarf to add and then smash with crowbar.

    ReplyDelete
  57. I can't use matches on candle. I tried a thousand times. Is there a special trick how to do it??

    ReplyDelete
  58. can't seem to use matches on candle. how did you do it roberto?

    ReplyDelete
  59. I can´t use matches on candle.

    ReplyDelete
  60. In the upper left cb (wall with scroll) is another key.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I've tried so many times to use matches on candle, it's not working

    ReplyDelete
  62. is you candle in candle holder yet?

    ReplyDelete
  63. Thx evans for this key !!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Tiny key is for clock. It gives a code. Going to smash my jar now. :)

    ReplyDelete
  65. Also stuck on the numbers above safe. Do we have to figure out which ones are bigger and which one smaller? That would be hard work...

    ReplyDelete
  66. use clothe on bottle
    then use crowbar on bottle

    ReplyDelete
  67. no key near scroll for me catqueen. EXACTLY where please?

    ReplyDelete
  68. Candle holder from box you opened using clue from clock.

    ReplyDelete
  69. no candle holder here either Roberto. where is it please?

    ReplyDelete
  70. we have not been able to open clock at all. you are way ahead of us. what is hint for clock?

    ReplyDelete
  71. Hm, I' way behind, seems that I can't keep up with all the hints. Got no key from upper left cb, no candle holder, haven't opened clock...

    ReplyDelete
  72. Use little wind key on clock and set the time for each number of paper clue.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Evans, in view with scroll (dont zoom in) its in the cb left above the pot.

    ReplyDelete
  74. At least you are still with me, evans, please don't leave me behind... ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  75. Same here escapism....where near scroll is key ?

    ReplyDelete
  76. wow, I am starting to feel useless here. can't use small key anywhere on clock either!

    ReplyDelete
  77. I think you might need candle to open those cupboards

    ReplyDelete
  78. This left cb doesn´t open Catqueen.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I can't open any cupboards above pot. how do you open them?

    ReplyDelete
  80. yes use candle first on cb
    then it opens

    ReplyDelete
  81. to the right of scroll there are cupboards I couldn't open, but with cande selected they did

    ReplyDelete
  82. Catqueen, when I click on that cb, it zooms, can't open it.

Roberto, is the little wind key the little brass one we got from the ash pot under round window? I can't use it on clock.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Got it open ! use candle on door for key.

    ReplyDelete
  84. lol but now dont understand clock :-)

    ReplyDelete
  85. Oh my, using a candle (!) on a cb??? Does that make sense at all?? Thanks, sue!!! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  86. That cb opened for me. Maybe we have to do things in order. Have no candleholder yet. The tiny key goes in a little hole right from the square from clock.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Use candle on high cb´s to unlock the doors.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Got the wind key too now, but I'm struggling with the clock. I'm pretty useless here in this game.

    ReplyDelete
  89. got the code for box, but still need key

    ReplyDelete
  90. But somehow the clock opened... :-)

    ReplyDelete
  91. In the upper right cb is a 4 shape box, use hint from clock and paper code on it.

    ReplyDelete
  92. If you have done the 4 shapes right the clock will open.

    ReplyDelete
  93. The candle opening the cb was just my luck, having it highlited. I bet in japanese it says: this door is stuck, try to open it with your candle. LOL

    ReplyDelete
  94. Finally have the candle holder from shape box pheww

    ReplyDelete
  95. Maybe another dumb luck for me, but I just turned the clockhands all around until it was on 12 again.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Horray! Got the ominous candle holder from the box up right in the wall cupboard!

    ReplyDelete
  97. OMG in big cb is a slider puzzle after using candle and crowbar.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Use candle on scroll to get clue for safe numbers.

    ReplyDelete
  99. did slider and nothing happened.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Got the safe open, now all I have left is the crowbar and a paper with a star and the number 16 on it. Stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  101. and knife on scroll too after usind candle

    ReplyDelete
  102. Oh no....a slider? After all we've been through!

    ReplyDelete
  103. use knife again on scroll once you've selected the piece you cut off

    ReplyDelete
  104. Oh, I had the piece everyone else needed for the slider. :) I'm out now.

    ReplyDelete
  105. I did the slider but nothing happened ?

    ReplyDelete
  106. Where does that safe code starts?

    ReplyDelete
  107. last slider piece in number safe

    ReplyDelete
  108. use piece of scroll on numbers

    cut em first of course

    ReplyDelete
  109. After you cut the piece off the scroll, use the knife on it again, then use it on the numbers inside the cabinet with the safe to get the code for the safe. Then you'll get the missing slider piece.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Evans, I'm with you again: Solved the slider, but nothing happened?

    ReplyDelete
  111. Where is paper with star ?

    ReplyDelete
  112. I'm out. Probably I can help?

    ReplyDelete
  113. first you must go back to scroll escapism, use candle there, then knife

    ReplyDelete
  114. Oh, ok, posted too slow, thanks for the hints (not that I found out where to start with that safe numbers)

    ReplyDelete
  115. Of couse 4. Thanks E Presto.

    ReplyDelete
  116. POP use candle on scroll.

    ReplyDelete
  117. don't forget to use knife again on piece of scroll you cut off

    ReplyDelete
  118. I am out too, this was hard.

    ReplyDelete
  119. place the scroll on the numbers evans, did you cut out the squares?

    ReplyDelete
  120. evans i had no 4 either, i started with my upper left number.

    ReplyDelete
  121. if you have, it's the 4 no arrow is pointing to evans

    ReplyDelete
  122. nvm, got it and I am out. finally a use for that tiny key!
This was a good game and thanks for all the help!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Why four? Is it upside down?

    ReplyDelete
  124. I still havent opened the tall wooden cb with the lock. All I have is the paperclue from scroll, a candle and a broken key. (did the slider)

    ReplyDelete
  125. Super game !!! Thx all for the help too.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Anyway, thanks for all the help everyone

    ReplyDelete
  127. Gosh......use the key catqueen.

    ReplyDelete
  128. I have the shapes from the clock for number 5267, but I can't open the box, I have tried with the 2 keys I have but I can't. Somebody can help me, please?

    ReplyDelete
  129. maybe we don't have the same numbers?

    ReplyDelete
  130. sarita, now look again at the clock, it should give you the key.

    ReplyDelete
  131. sarita I think the 1st 2 shapes were white, and the other 2 were black, but can't remember for sure

    ReplyDelete
  132. sarita, be sure the triangles are correct (one up and one down) and the circle is filled. (like a dot)

    ReplyDelete
  133. Seems I can't get the 8 digit code right. I start to dislike the game. Is there any trick to do that number? I start up left (mine is a 9 too), but when I follow the arrows I get a number that doesn't work. I would prefer it when you could overlap the hint with the numbers, this way there the hint is too vague for me. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  134. Hi, Zazie, I have that key, but don't fit in the box.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Have to go for a while, cu later.

    ReplyDelete
  136. you must overlap escapism : use knife on scroll again, then put scroll on numbers

    ReplyDelete
  137. My number was : 92610518

    ReplyDelete
  138. Oh, Zazie, don't go, I need help!

    ReplyDelete
  139. sarita, if you can go back to the shapes on box, it means you haven't put the right shapes in

    ReplyDelete
  140. Ah, damn, I can overlap them, I need to cut the squaeres out!!

    ReplyDelete
  141. sarita sorry i can´t remember where was key for box, i thought it came from the clock.

    ReplyDelete
  142. sarita, I can try and help

    ReplyDelete
  143. Thx E Presto, i really have to go and cook now.

    ReplyDelete
  144. LOL I was putting the shapes in the incorrect order. Thank you everybody!

    ReplyDelete
  145. I dont get the code from scroll. I cut it out and used the knife again. Now there are squares on it with arrows. But how does that show the numbers?

    ReplyDelete
  146. Thanks, E Presto, found it out the hard way (on my own')! There where hints above to use the knife again, but I thought I did it already!

My number was the same as yours, Zazie, thanks, and I had that correct earlier, but it won't work until you cutted out the squares.

    Out now too.

First one to post, last one to leave, seems I'm not in a good escape-shape. Maybe those holiday haven't been good for my escaping skills. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  147. Ah catqueen, read my post, did teh same mistake. Use knife again!

    ReplyDelete
  148. Oh, reread your comment, you used knife again? Did you put it on the numbers above the safe?

    ReplyDelete
  149. well done escapism, it's a relief to be out isn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  150. E Presto, yes, it is... ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  151. I'm out, thank you everybody for your great help!

    ReplyDelete
  152. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  153. well done sarita! what about you catqueen?

    ReplyDelete
  154. @escapisme. --Did you put it on the numbers above the safe?-- Ofcourse not....I'm blond. Thank you so much.

    ReplyDelete
  155. E presto...I just collected my tile.

    ReplyDelete
  156. And out with a headache. But many thanks to all of you for the help. Would be stuck forever. --->>> gives a grouphug.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Catqueen, you are welcome. And I would like to quote E Presto: a relief to be out, isn't it? ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  158. OUT!!! yeyyyyy! took me long enough!
hint: dont leave your candle in the cupboard, it might be handy for burning a certain scroll

    ReplyDelete
  159. hatefull japanese again!

    ReplyDelete
  160. nothing seems to work. I have matches, that can' t use and a stupid rusty key that does not open anything at all!

    ReplyDelete
  161. I wonder if I'm in the same game as everyone else here...

    ReplyDelete
  162. no "hateful japanese". I can assure you there is absolutely no language barrier in that game.

    ReplyDelete
  163. well, then I might be playing the wrong game...

    ReplyDelete
  164. and to make it clear: I don't have any problem with Japanese people or language. But I REALLY got a problem when it comes to a game which is supposed to be national, and in all my comfusion when nothing works, I also see japanese barrier that I can't understand what it says...

    ReplyDelete
  165. I must have mussed something major here, I haven't found a bottle with a cork and I'm pretty sure I've clicked every pixel of this game.

    ReplyDelete
  166. I guess I'm never gonna get to really like Gotmail games... There's almost always something in them I just can't like :(

    ReplyDelete
  167. I usually don't like Gotmail games, but I enjoyed the three that were posted today.

    ReplyDelete
  168. I enjoyed thisone very much, it was difficult for me and i never would have done it without all the help. If you compare it with other daily stupid games, i can´t understand why people still are not satisfied.

    ReplyDelete
  169. @doris
OK but I was just pointing out that there was no language barrier this time that prevents you from solving the game (which has happened many times in Gotmail ones, think about public holidays in Japan you need to know about etc.)

    ReplyDelete
  170. I can't light the candle, open the clock, etc
    :(

    ReplyDelete
  171. Seemed like i played this one before , but I enjoyed it just the same :)

    ReplyDelete
  172. Jullys: candle needs a candle holder first, otherwise you can't light it

    ReplyDelete
  173. Regarding using candle on cabinet door, there is a message "戸の滑リが悪いようだ" which means "the sliding door is bad". Candle can be used as lubricant. So I think this make sense.

    ReplyDelete
  174. I finally continued playing just today. If there was not the translation from Tautau, I would never make it. After openning that damn cabinet, everything worked just fine. At the end I got comfused again, and finally found out that I had to put candle in the big cabinet, open the wooden plank with crowbar and fix the slide puzzle. Then the tile was settled and a door opened...
So, the language barrier is REALLY important. And I also think I' ve played something similar before.

    ReplyDelete
  175. Gotmail games won't open for me, this one stuck on 69% loading but after reading comments don't think I would have enjoyed it anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  176. I've got the cloth, toy, crowbar, knife, matches, and paper with numbers--but I can't find the candle anywhere! Any help out there?

    ReplyDelete
  177. pop! I was hoping that would work!

    ReplyDelete
  178. Gotmail games are always good to play .. i wonder if it's so hard for them to make an english version though ! the video walkthrough is a complete different version btw .. but did include using the candle on cb as well !!! .. maybe there was a hint for this in the japanese comments below .. nice game anyway !

    ReplyDelete
  179. pop! I was hoping that would work!

    ReplyDelete
  180. I just wanted to say that gotmail sucks now. I dont want to have to register to play a game. No more gotmail games for me.
