Got a four digit number hint and a ball game.
ReplyDeleteAh, maybe the lever opened a hatch under the round window (???), so I got a crowbar now.
ReplyDeleteCrowbar opends a stucked drawer.
ReplyDeleteDrawer gives knife
ReplyDeleteKnife with ball game gives ball with cord and wooden cross.
ReplyDeleteSolved other stuff, but maybe I'll keep my mouth shut until there is someone to talk to... :-)
ReplyDeleteloading.
ReplyDeleteKeep talking escapism. I have the bottle with a key or something in it but can't get the cork out. You?

ReplyDeleteHi evans, nope, I'm unable to get the cork out too. I would like to smash the bottle with the crowbar. ;-)
ReplyDeleteused the handle left from the ball game as lever and lowered shelf for matched. now where to put candle?
ReplyDeleteVane: Look in the first comments of the 'inside the mirror" game.
ReplyDeleteAnd hi catqueen!!
ReplyDeleteVane: google for passwords, found mine after a little research...
vane: type in fgngotmail@gotmail.com and pwdgotmail as the password.

ReplyDeletePop lever is left side on wall scroll.
ReplyDeleteIt's taking forever to load!
ReplyDeleteI am where you are escapism, no use for key yet, got it by having bottle highlighted over big jar of dirt under round window. I was actually trying to break the bottle lol.
ReplyDeleteWhat is that wooden thing I got from turning the painting? It has a red ball on top.
ReplyDeletehot spot on floor inside large cupboard with leaves pattern. can't use anything there though yet.
ReplyDeleteFound the following hotspots: loose floorboards in the big closet, the wall clock, the wall cupboards
ReplyDeletecant find lever...only can zoom in lower scroll??
ReplyDeleteCatqueen, use a knife on that to get the ball.
ReplyDeleteHow to remove the cork from bottle ?
ReplyDeletethe password and acount thasn't work for me plz help
ReplyDeletesue, zoom in once on scroll, then look left.
ReplyDeleteGot a crowbar, but cant use it in the loose board in tall cb.
You can take the cloth back from lever.
ReplyDeleteSeems most of us are stuck with the cork in the bottle and a not helpful key.
ReplyDeleteThx escapisme. Found the knife.
ReplyDeleteWhat happens after solve sliding puzzle inside cb?
ReplyDeleteOh, forgot a hotspot. The one down on the scroll.
ReplyDeletesome one help me plz
ReplyDeleteSALWA make sure you type pwdgotmail. as the password
ReplyDeletePOP again, used bottle on grey bowl under window.
ReplyDeleteA candle, a piece of fabric and a useless 4 digit number. That's all what I found.
ReplyDeleteRoberto, nobody here knows, you are ahead of us, would you please tell us how to open the cb?
ReplyDeleteand all the cupboards in the kitchen. What are we missing guys?
ReplyDeleteI put the red ball in green bamboo. Got a glass jar. Now found a key in pot on ground
ReplyDeletecant find lever??! nothing
ReplyDeletewas smth highlighted? on scroll or wall clicking?
Evans, roberto knows it, I hope he tells us...
ReplyDeleteHelp i still can´t remove the cork.
ReplyDeleteLever is the toy you get behind pic.
ReplyDeletegot the key from jar, wrap jar in scarf and then crowbar it!
ReplyDeleteZazie, the key in the pot is broken. I wanted to open the clock with it.
ReplyDeleteZazie, nobody of us (except of roberto maybe) has done it.
ReplyDeletelol found it...its on left view from scroll
ReplyDeleteHa ha, opened cupboard with key now need another 4 #'s for safe. some are repeated on wall and some are larger but not sure how that helps us.
ReplyDeleteAnd also some kind of cup-and-ball game ?!
ReplyDeleteEvans, how?????
ReplyDeleteevans yes i make it sur but nothing happend plz can you give the correct acount
ReplyDeleteHang cloth left side where you use lever and after using lever you get matches. Use matches on candle. Use candle and crowbar inside cb.
ReplyDeleteHighlight jar (double click) click scarf to add and then smash with crowbar.
ReplyDeleteI can't use matches on candle. I tried a thousand times. Is there a special trick how to do it??
ReplyDeletecan't seem to use matches on candle. how did you do it roberto?
ReplyDeleteThanks Evans!!!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI can´t use matches on candle.
ReplyDeleteIn the upper left cb (wall with scroll) is another key.
ReplyDeleteI've tried so many times to use matches on candle, it's not working
ReplyDeleteis you candle in candle holder yet?
ReplyDeleteThx evans for this key !!
ReplyDeleteTiny key is for clock. It gives a code. Going to smash my jar now. :)
ReplyDeleteWhich candle holder ?
ReplyDeleteAlso stuck on the numbers above safe. Do we have to figure out which ones are bigger and which one smaller? That would be hard work...
ReplyDeleteuse clothe on bottle
ReplyDeletethen use crowbar on bottle
no key near scroll for me catqueen. EXACTLY where please?
ReplyDeleteCandle holder from box you opened using clue from clock.
ReplyDeleteno candle holder here either Roberto. where is it please?
ReplyDeletewe have not been able to open clock at all. you are way ahead of us. what is hint for clock?
ReplyDeleteHm, I' way behind, seems that I can't keep up with all the hints. Got no key from upper left cb, no candle holder, haven't opened clock...
ReplyDeleteUse little wind key on clock and set the time for each number of paper clue.
ReplyDeleteEvans, in view with scroll (dont zoom in) its in the cb left above the pot.
ReplyDeleteAt least you are still with me, evans, please don't leave me behind... ;-)
ReplyDeleteSame here escapism....where near scroll is key ?
ReplyDeletewow, I am starting to feel useless here. can't use small key anywhere on clock either!
ReplyDeleteI think you might need candle to open those cupboards
ReplyDeleteThis left cb doesn´t open Catqueen.
ReplyDeleteI can't open any cupboards above pot. how do you open them?
ReplyDeleteyes use candle first on cb
ReplyDeletethen it opens
to the right of scroll there are cupboards I couldn't open, but with cande selected they did
ReplyDeleteCatqueen, when I click on that cb, it zooms, can't open it.
ReplyDeleteRoberto, is the little wind key the little brass one we got from the ash pot under round window? I can't use it on clock.
Got it open ! use candle on door for key.
ReplyDeletelol but now dont understand clock :-)
ReplyDeleteOh my, using a candle (!) on a cb??? Does that make sense at all?? Thanks, sue!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU E PRESTO!!
ReplyDeleteThat cb opened for me. Maybe we have to do things in order. Have no candleholder yet. The tiny key goes in a little hole right from the square from clock.
ReplyDeleteUse candle on high cb´s to unlock the doors.
ReplyDeleteGot the wind key too now, but I'm struggling with the clock. I'm pretty useless here in this game.
ReplyDeletegot the code for box, but still need key
ReplyDeleteBut somehow the clock opened... :-)
ReplyDeleteIn the upper right cb is a 4 shape box, use hint from clock and paper code on it.
ReplyDeleteIf you have done the 4 shapes right the clock will open.
ReplyDeleteThe candle opening the cb was just my luck, having it highlited. I bet in japanese it says: this door is stuck, try to open it with your candle. LOL
ReplyDeleteFinally have the candle holder from shape box pheww
ReplyDeletethanks zazie
ReplyDeleteMaybe another dumb luck for me, but I just turned the clockhands all around until it was on 12 again.
ReplyDeleteHorray! Got the ominous candle holder from the box up right in the wall cupboard!
ReplyDeleteOMG in big cb is a slider puzzle after using candle and crowbar.
ReplyDeleteUse candle on scroll to get clue for safe numbers.
ReplyDeleteiieeeh hate sliders
ReplyDeletedid slider and nothing happened.
ReplyDeleteGot the safe open, now all I have left is the crowbar and a paper with a star and the number 16 on it. Stuck.
ReplyDeleteand knife on scroll too after usind candle
ReplyDeleteOh no....a slider? After all we've been through!
ReplyDeleteuse knife again on scroll once you've selected the piece you cut off
ReplyDeleteOh, I had the piece everyone else needed for the slider. :) I'm out now.
ReplyDeleteI did the slider but nothing happened ?
ReplyDeleteWhere does that safe code starts?
ReplyDeletelast slider piece in number safe
ReplyDeleteuse piece of scroll on numbers
ReplyDeletecut em first of course
After you cut the piece off the scroll, use the knife on it again, then use it on the numbers inside the cabinet with the safe to get the code for the safe. Then you'll get the missing slider piece.
ReplyDeleteEvans, I'm with you again: Solved the slider, but nothing happened?
ReplyDeletestarts with 4 roberto
ReplyDeleteWhere is paper with star ?
ReplyDeleteI'm out. Probably I can help?
ReplyDeletefirst you must go back to scroll escapism, use candle there, then knife
ReplyDeleteOh, ok, posted too slow, thanks for the hints (not that I found out where to start with that safe numbers)
ReplyDelete@Zazie
ReplyDeleteIn the safe.
Of couse 4. Thanks E Presto.
ReplyDeletePOP use candle on scroll.
ReplyDeletedon't forget to use knife again on piece of scroll you cut off
ReplyDeletewhich 4?????
ReplyDeleteI am out too, this was hard.
ReplyDeleteplace the scroll on the numbers evans, did you cut out the squares?
ReplyDeleteevans i had no 4 either, i started with my upper left number.
ReplyDeleteif you have, it's the 4 no arrow is pointing to evans
ReplyDeletenvm, got it and I am out. finally a use for that tiny key!
ReplyDeleteThis was a good game and thanks for all the help!
My first number was 9
ReplyDeleteWhy four? Is it upside down?
ReplyDeleteI still havent opened the tall wooden cb with the lock. All I have is the paperclue from scroll, a candle and a broken key. (did the slider)
ReplyDeleteSuper game !!! Thx all for the help too.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, thanks for all the help everyone
ReplyDeleteGosh......use the key catqueen.
ReplyDeleteI have the shapes from the clock for number 5267, but I can't open the box, I have tried with the 2 keys I have but I can't. Somebody can help me, please?
ReplyDeletemaybe we don't have the same numbers?
ReplyDeletesarita, now look again at the clock, it should give you the key.
ReplyDeletesarita I think the 1st 2 shapes were white, and the other 2 were black, but can't remember for sure
ReplyDeletesarita, be sure the triangles are correct (one up and one down) and the circle is filled. (like a dot)
ReplyDeleteSeems I can't get the 8 digit code right. I start to dislike the game. Is there any trick to do that number? I start up left (mine is a 9 too), but when I follow the arrows I get a number that doesn't work. I would prefer it when you could overlap the hint with the numbers, this way there the hint is too vague for me. :-(
ReplyDeleteHi, Zazie, I have that key, but don't fit in the box.
ReplyDeleteHave to go for a while, cu later.
ReplyDeleteyou must overlap escapism : use knife on scroll again, then put scroll on numbers
ReplyDeleteMy number was : 92610518
ReplyDeleteOh, Zazie, don't go, I need help!
ReplyDeletesarita, if you can go back to the shapes on box, it means you haven't put the right shapes in
ReplyDeleteAh, damn, I can overlap them, I need to cut the squaeres out!!
ReplyDeletesarita sorry i can´t remember where was key for box, i thought it came from the clock.
ReplyDeletelol sarita.
ReplyDeletesarita, I can try and help
ReplyDeleteThx E Presto, i really have to go and cook now.
ReplyDeletesee you soon Zazie!
ReplyDeleteLOL I was putting the shapes in the incorrect order. Thank you everybody!
ReplyDeleteI dont get the code from scroll. I cut it out and used the knife again. Now there are squares on it with arrows. But how does that show the numbers?
ReplyDeleteThanks, E Presto, found it out the hard way (on my own')! There where hints above to use the knife again, but I thought I did it already!
ReplyDeleteMy number was the same as yours, Zazie, thanks, and I had that correct earlier, but it won't work until you cutted out the squares.
Out now too.
First one to post, last one to leave, seems I'm not in a good escape-shape. Maybe those holiday haven't been good for my escaping skills. ;-)
Ah catqueen, read my post, did teh same mistake. Use knife again!
ReplyDeleteOh, reread your comment, you used knife again? Did you put it on the numbers above the safe?
ReplyDeletewell done escapism, it's a relief to be out isn't it?
ReplyDeleteE Presto, yes, it is... ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm out, thank you everybody for your great help!
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeletewell done sarita! what about you catqueen?
ReplyDelete@escapisme. --Did you put it on the numbers above the safe?-- Ofcourse not....I'm blond. Thank you so much.
ReplyDeleteE presto...I just collected my tile.
ReplyDeleteAnd out with a headache. But many thanks to all of you for the help. Would be stuck forever. --->>> gives a grouphug.
ReplyDeleteCatqueen, you are welcome. And I would like to quote E Presto: a relief to be out, isn't it? ;-)
ReplyDeleteyay catqueen!
ReplyDeleteOUT!!! yeyyyyy! took me long enough!
ReplyDeletehint: dont leave your candle in the cupboard, it might be handy for burning a certain scroll
hatefull japanese again!
ReplyDeletenothing seems to work. I have matches, that can' t use and a stupid rusty key that does not open anything at all!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if I'm in the same game as everyone else here...
ReplyDeleteno "hateful japanese". I can assure you there is absolutely no language barrier in that game.
ReplyDeletewell, then I might be playing the wrong game...
ReplyDeleteand to make it clear: I don't have any problem with Japanese people or language. But I REALLY got a problem when it comes to a game which is supposed to be national, and in all my comfusion when nothing works, I also see japanese barrier that I can't understand what it says...
ReplyDeleteI must have mussed something major here, I haven't found a bottle with a cork and I'm pretty sure I've clicked every pixel of this game.
ReplyDeletePOP!
ReplyDeletePOP!
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm never gonna get to really like Gotmail games... There's almost always something in them I just can't like :(
ReplyDeleteI usually don't like Gotmail games, but I enjoyed the three that were posted today.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed thisone very much, it was difficult for me and i never would have done it without all the help. If you compare it with other daily stupid games, i can´t understand why people still are not satisfied.
ReplyDelete@doris
ReplyDeleteOK but I was just pointing out that there was no language barrier this time that prevents you from solving the game (which has happened many times in Gotmail ones, think about public holidays in Japan you need to know about etc.)
I can't light the candle, open the clock, etc
ReplyDelete:(
Seemed like i played this one before , but I enjoyed it just the same :)
ReplyDeleteJullys: candle needs a candle holder first, otherwise you can't light it
ReplyDeleteRegarding using candle on cabinet door, there is a message "戸の滑リが悪いようだ" which means "the sliding door is bad". Candle can be used as lubricant. So I think this make sense.
ReplyDeleteI finally continued playing just today. If there was not the translation from Tautau, I would never make it. After openning that damn cabinet, everything worked just fine. At the end I got comfused again, and finally found out that I had to put candle in the big cabinet, open the wooden plank with crowbar and fix the slide puzzle. Then the tile was settled and a door opened...
ReplyDeleteSo, the language barrier is REALLY important. And I also think I' ve played something similar before.
Gotmail games won't open for me, this one stuck on 69% loading but after reading comments don't think I would have enjoyed it anyway.
ReplyDeleteI've got the cloth, toy, crowbar, knife, matches, and paper with numbers--but I can't find the candle anywhere! Any help out there?
ReplyDeletepop! I was hoping that would work!
ReplyDeleteGotmail games are always good to play .. i wonder if it's so hard for them to make an english version though ! the video walkthrough is a complete different version btw .. but did include using the candle on cb as well !!! .. maybe there was a hint for this in the japanese comments below .. nice game anyway !
ReplyDeletepop! I was hoping that would work!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say that gotmail sucks now. I dont want to have to register to play a game. No more gotmail games for me.
