  3. #3 are coordinates. #10 figure out the letter for each clue and it makes a word - you might have to google.

    ReplyDelete
  4. 7 is about the backround colors.

    ReplyDelete

    Nig (monty python film)

    ReplyDelete
  13. read how to play...
    Have paper and pen handy...

    ReplyDelete
  14. @nernst: read "how to play" on the top right

no need to put the answers in... ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  15. So far, 1 and 5 solved.. I guess for 2 we just need to know that character on bottom right? Cuz it fits!

    ReplyDelete
  16. OK Thanks guys. New it had to be simple

    ReplyDelete
  17. Number 4 is very simple.. look down ;)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Number 3.. coordinates? The name of the mountain fits but I'm not sure..

    ReplyDelete
  19. Number 6...think solar system.

    ReplyDelete
  20. hmm, for #12: somehow I don't believe the solution is the obvious...

and what about the "hidden santa"?

    ReplyDelete
  21. casual.. it fits perfectly and the 1st letter is D.. what else could it be?

    ReplyDelete
  22. but wow.. there are some really easy levels.. !
5 to go! (still haven't solved lvl 6 btw..)

    ReplyDelete
  23. of course it fits perfectly, but what does the "m" from hidden santa has to do with that?

and i don't get the other hidden santa from #4 as well...

    ReplyDelete
  24. I found secret santa's on the clues for 4, 8 and 12. My answer to 12 Casual is two words if I have the right answer.

    ReplyDelete
  25. That's a bonus riddle Casual

On lvl 11.. Not sure about the "gemstone" .. cat's eye maybe?? But the word I get makes no sense

    ReplyDelete
  26. Correct for level 10 Nini. Eye it is, so it's not an E but an ???

    ReplyDelete
  27. s-t.. ok.. I thought of that.. but my words still doesn't make any sense.. if I change 1 letter tho, I get something some ppl use to cover their floor!

    ReplyDelete
  28. And on lvl 6.. do I need to count letters? so 7th from M = Y?
    (cuz it's not working)

    ReplyDelete
  29. w8... maybe that random word I got from anagraming is the answer.. is related to astronomy.. yeah.. I guess it is..

    ReplyDelete
  30. Correct Nini :)

Btw. 5 secret santa's gives indeed some kind of bonus (you'll find a name with that)

And you can mail that too, together with the real answer you'll get from the crossword.
Btw. on how to play you can check your answers before you mail them.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Missing only lvl 8.. Really no idea.. Tried transforming names into letters, for example: Pete into P and T.. no luck!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Level 8, speak out loud the first two letters of every name (although for one name it's just the first letter alone).

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm going to quit for now and continue tomorrow. have fun and leave hints ;-)
    good night

    ReplyDelete
  34. I was thinking the order for the final puzzle was given by the lights below the crossword.. no luck so far...

    ReplyDelete
  35. Yep Nini, The order is those lights, but some colours look a bit the same, so be sure to use the letter from the correct colour.
You will get a sentence/question (no anagram).
And be sure to check your answer, because the first answer you think it is might not be the correct one. There's a little trick involved.

    ReplyDelete
  36. yeah.. I got the 5-word sentence .. now I need to sum? oh boy..

    ReplyDelete
  37. Now for Santa's name... got 3 hints only

    ReplyDelete
  38. 5 finally.. Let's find his name!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. LOL very easy! :)
    Done~~ finally!
Gotta go now. Good luck all!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ooooh, what do we have here??

I wondered when this was coming out, just starting now.

Thanks for posting it Jon :D

    ReplyDelete
  41. Okay, I got 1, 2, 3, 5, 9 and 12 so far, plus 3 Secret Santa clues. 8 looks like it should be easy, and I have some ideas about the others lol

    ReplyDelete
  42. Aha, I got 8, the first one was sneaky, but I guessed it from the other four and then BING!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Okay, a bit of googling got me the answer to 10, plus a bit of help from s-t at 12/2/13, 5:11 PM

    ReplyDelete
  44. 7 was a bit painful on the eyes, but I copied the pic into MS Paint and turned the background colours black which gave me a clear word. I don't think I've heard that word since Junior School craft lessons lol

    ReplyDelete
  45. @Nini, thanks to your comment at 12/2/13, 5:14 PM I now have number 6 done :D

    ReplyDelete
  46. BINGO! got them all lol.
    Now to solve the lights...

Incidentally, it's a little 'Echoey' in here right now. Anyway, if anyones doing this now, feel free to ask for help...

    ReplyDelete
  47. Well I'm done.

I wasn't a 100% sure of the answer to the question, but thanks to the answer checker I knew I had the right one. And I could only find 3 Hidden Santa clues, but it was enough to lead me to the right answer lol.

Answers emailed, and I sit here waiting for my new Electronic Golf Cart (much needed!!!)

Thanks once again for posting Jon, and always a great thanks to Creo for his riddles. It was criminal how RiddleX was abused, I loved that site (not as much as this one though :P)

  48. Can anyone provide clues to Nos. 4 and 9 please.

    ReplyDelete
  49. @thelma, for No 4 look down (I'm using my now!) and follow the directions to get some letters which give a word (no anagram needed) - the answer has something to do with food colouring.
For No 9, you need a pen and paper, draw in the directions on each row and you should get letters. The resulting word is a small pre-historic animal.

    Good Luck :D

    ReplyDelete
  50. Thanks Rambler. Got no.4 but I can't figure how I got it!!
Also now have no. 9. I only need No. 7 now which has baffled me, Any more clues for that one please.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Ive also got the Santa's name. So just No. 7 and the 5 word phrase.
