  32. Beautiful game. What a treat to play a thought out adult game.I'm in LOVE <3

    ReplyDelete
  33. I agree with Clee!
Anyone still playing? I am stuck on the candles box.
I see the circle and triangle above the candle sets and the sign behind the set one, but am unable to figure out the LR clue.

    ReplyDelete
  34. hello! Is it still live or "dead"?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Stuck with you guys. Can't figure out the candles twp-button box

    ReplyDelete
  36. Are ya supposed to put the candles in the stands?

It's late and I should not even be out playing! lol

So far, I have figured out everything to get the 3 sets of candles! YAY ME!

    ReplyDelete
  37. @myrdlebp, you have to double-click on each set of candles to "view" them so you can cut them apart with the scissors.
After that, you can place them on the candle holders.

    ReplyDelete
  38. My candles are places, "turning" clues noted, I assume that the box on the chair should be next - but still stuck! Help anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  39. Finally figured out the LR candles box.
    Use the clue Out-->In
by looking at each shape as you travel in an imaginary straight line from the outside circle to the inside triangle.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Tarisa, can't find the circle triangle shapes you mention. Do I have to solve the "goal" thing to see them?

    ReplyDelete
  41. Now working on the last clue - the melted candles.

    ReplyDelete
  42. HA-HA scissors! Where do I get those? I have been trying to get the safe and I think I'm confusing myself.

    ReplyDelete
  43. @Orit,
I think everything has to be solved in a particular order because each clue solved leads to the next clue.
You can't solve the GOAL code until you open the box on the table with the key.

    ReplyDelete
  44. @mrydlebp,
The safe can be solved by looking at the menu on the table and the ROLLCAKE poster on the wall.
On the menu, look at the symbol on each of the plates. Then look at the right edge of the menu to count how many there are of those symbols.
The ROLLCAKE poster tells you which direction is right and left.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Hurry and catch up. I need your help with the last code!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Please, someone hint at how to do the rollcake safe?

    Just a nudge?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Tarisa, I am still stuck looking for the triangle and circle that you said helped you with the candles

    ReplyDelete
  48. @myrdlebp,
    SPOILER ALERT
    SPOILER ALERT
    SPOILER ALERT

    line = 7 left
    dots = 3 right
    dash/dot= 6 right

    ReplyDelete
  49. Cannot figure out the GOAL puzzle, please help?

    ReplyDelete
  50. How to open top left drawer?

    ReplyDelete
  51. @Orit,
    did you light the candles?
A circle and triangle appear above them after they lit.
The Out-->In sign appears after the truck drives away.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Thanks Tarisa, I have not found the lighter yet!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Top left drawer is white/stripe/black/black/stripe/white

How do you figure out the Goal puzzle?

    ReplyDelete
  54. @red snapper,
have you opened the box on top of the table with the key?
It displays a game board. Count how many spaces from the person to the goal. The people are colored so you have to use the colors on the word GOAL to input the correct order.
    @zoran,
You have to place the candles on the candle holder first, then look under the table to see which direction to look at the candles on holder one and the direction of the candles for holder two.

Note to all: I am replaying so I can write a walk-thru.

    ReplyDelete
  55. what is order for candles?
I have on holder 1 black, stripe, stripe
and on holder 2, white, white, black

    ReplyDelete
  56. Tarisa, that was my absolute first thought of what was the correct code! But I'm obviously not doing it correctly.

LOL At least I know I'm not totally stupid!

Now, I could be too tired to care at the moment and too stupid to quit, that would make sense! ;)

Thanks for the help! I'll try in the morning with a BIG cuppa coffee!

    ReplyDelete
  57. Red Snapper - the sequence you suggest (which is the logical result of turning the 2 sets of candles)- doesn't work for me for some reason.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Thank you, I was counting from the Start to the people because I am idiot who cannot follow simple clues. I'm out now

    ReplyDelete
  59. @red snapper,
I never figured out the last code (the box by the door).
I know it uses the melted candles but just can't seem to figure it out. Help please?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Tarisa~ If I remember correctly, put the white square at the height of the candles.
I think everyone might have different candle patterns for the other code.

    ReplyDelete
  61. @orit,
It depends on which order YOU placed the candles into the candle holders. Everyone can place them differently.
Candle holder one is read from left to right. candle holder two is read from right to left. Then hit the enter button.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I don't know what I was thinking. The last code is the easiest one. I was overthinking it (as usual).
I am finally out (but still working on a walk-thru).

  65. Can someone spoilt LR clue - I get 2 L, 6 R, 1 L, 1 R following clue outside but not working!!

    ReplyDelete
  66. cartmansis, why 6? The star inside the two circles is made up of 2 triangles.

    ReplyDelete
  67. cartmansis~! think the 6 should maybe be a 2

    ReplyDelete
  68. Oh, I see now how you got 6.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Tarisa, at last I am out. Thanks for all your help!
Robamimi, thank you for another fantastic game.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I second what Orit said: this was FANTASTIC.

And I was lucky to only need game-internal hints, none from this site! :)

However, it took me 25 minutes to solve, and I think 15 minutes alone for the safe :)

BTW if you've verified you got the DOTS sequence right and nothing happens, try swapping L and R. Had to do this too...

    ReplyDelete
  71. Ok I counted 6 triangles - thanks

    ReplyDelete
  72. Wait...I've just realized I used the COMPLICATED way to open the safe!
Tarisa showed us a solution that I would call "compacted". However, incredibly enough this game accepts TWO ways of solving the safe!!!

So here's the complicated way, but still obvious, since you would just go top-down

    ----------------------------
    SPOILER ALERT
    ----------------------------
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
    .
I had to use 16 steps to open this beast of a safe.

    L___
    R...
    L___
    R--- (2 times)
    L___ (2 times)
    R...
    L___
    R--- (3 times)
    R...
    L___
    R---
    L___

And I must say CHAPEAU Robamimi for implementing an alternate solution that is more complex, but no less logical than the simple one.

  73. Just in case somebody is stuck with the little colored figures and the dots, as I was for a while: count the dots the little people are standing on AND the big dots, which makes

    SPOILER4298SPOILER

    Great game!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. The last door code from burnt candle does not need to follow the I and II direction rule under table!! I think this should be consistent.

    ReplyDelete
  75. WALK-THRU:
    (1) open SAFE to get scissors
Clue: Look at the menu on the table and the ROLLCAKE poster on the wall.
On the menu, look at the symbol on each of the plates. Then look at the right edge of the menu to count how many there are of those symbols.
The ROLLCAKE poster tells you which direction is right and left.

    (2) open LEFT dresser BOTTOM drawer to get striped candles.
Clue: Look at the display window for the code.

    (3) open Right dresser Bottom drawer to get black candles.
Clue: Look at silverware on top of left dresser for order to place the numbers.
Look around the room for numbers (inside silver cup on middle table, grid on middle table, and on glass door)

    (4) open Right dresser Top drawer to get white candles.
Clue: Look at wall just below ceiling and note the direction the arrow is pointing.

Use scissors to cut candles apart and place candles in holders

    (5) open Left dresser Top drawer to get lighter and yellow key.
Clue: Use candles and clue from under table.

Use lighter to light all 6 candles and yellow key to open box on top of table

    (6) open GOAL box to push red button (which allows truck to drive away)
Clue: Count spaces from person to goal.
Use color clue from GOAL to determine the order of the numbers.

    (7) open candles box on chair next to table to get blue key.
Clue: Use symbols on top of candles and the sign in window display (You can see it now since the truck has driven away)
Use the clue Out-->In by looking at each shape as you travel in an imaginary straight line from the outside circle to the inside triangle.

Use blue key open the box next to the glass door

    (8) input code inside blue box to open door and escape
Clue: Look at height of melted candles

    Congrats! You have escaped!
    ***************************************************************
    SPOILERS:
    (1) stripe = 7 left, dash/dot = 6 right, dots = 3 right
    (2) TL, TR, TR, BL, TL, BR, BL, BR
    (3) 278
    (4) BTMTBMBT
    (5) varies depending on how YOU placed the candles.
Candles in holder one are read from left to right. Candles in holder two are read from right to left.
    (6) 4298
    (7) L, L, R, R, L, R
    (8) varies depending on how YOU placed the candles.
White is the height of the melted candle.

  76. yes and remember field #1 is the last field before GOAL, field #2 is second last etc.

    ReplyDelete
  77. There is a Japanese walkthrough by clicking the most left box under the game screen.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Well I'll be damned. tautau is right...that the candles are straightly left to right for the "switch box" *is* illiogical (in an otherwise excellent game)

    ReplyDelete
  79. Just to clarify, the GOAL clue is determined by how far each piece (in order of the colors in GOAL from left to right) is from the goal on the game board revealed after putting the key in the table. The final code is a combination of the I/II clue under the table and the burnt down candles. I believe you can place the candles in whatever order you want but after they burn down notice the height of them, for the candles on the left press (from left to right) the corresponding buttons in the 3x6 code panel. For the candles on the right do the same only this time from right to left and press the corresponding buttons in the right side of the panel.

  80. Robamimi didn't disappoint. Another hugely enjoyable game.

  81. Got it! Needed only a little help with the GOAL puzzle. Excellent game as usual!

    ReplyDelete
  82. I would love to play this game but it won't load, it says 100% loaded and error.

    ReplyDelete
  83. One nice scene, many puzzles, logical solutions, very good graphics with perspective views, good ideas = brilliant game...
    Thank you, Robamimi!

    ReplyDelete
  84. WOW @arbeitslooser!!! Too cool that you had done the alternate safe code and that it worked....Robamimi is amazing!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  85. Yes! And he generally rewards self-thinkers who stubbornly refuse to look in the solution (except for in-game hints). I couldn't appreciate that any more.

    ReplyDelete
  86. how do I cut the candles, it wont stay on the screen I cut the white candle, but cant cut the others

    ReplyDelete
  87. Just starting, OMG so many puzzles. I love you Robamimi!

    ReplyDelete
  88. Out. Needed the walkthrough once. The circle/triangle didn't quite make sense to me because I saw a ring of 6 triangles (making me think either 6 or 1), rather than 2 triangles intersecting.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Excellent!!! Thanks Robamimi!!!

    ReplyDelete
  90. Superior game again. There is no special order to place the candles. But I sure thought there was and spent a lot of time looking for it. xD

    ReplyDelete
  91. Superb game, as usual :) thx Robamimi :)

    ReplyDelete
  92. Wow I feel asleep playing and now going back to the game lol.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Thanks for the great WT, Tarisa. :-)
