  1. Wow, this is odd. I've clicked everywhere and am getting green shapes in the inventory and lots of clicks and beeps. I love the idea of it being a pixel room, especially as some bloggers say they don't like 'pixel hunts'! Not sure how much more of this I can stand...

    ReplyDelete
  2. I think I can see chairs with cushions on them, tables, drawers, TV and pictures and even a person - or am I going cross-eyed?

    ReplyDelete
  3. I think there's also a desk with a bin next to it that you can look into. It's all the classic ingredients of a typical escape game - there's even a battery in the inventory! Haven't a clue what to do next, but hats off to the maker for ingenuity and wit! (Unless I've got it all wrong of course...). Anyone else any ideas?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Placed the green circle, triangle and square shapes in the brown box over the 'fireplace', but that's it so far.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Pulled the 'handle' next to the shapes and got the everpresent hammer in the fireplace!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Smashed something on the red door with the hammer and heard a crash tinkle tinkle - I've got a ladder now. Still have the hammer and the battery in the inventory.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Used ladder in next scene to the right and clicked on the dark box. Things started flashing and another arcade-type noise.

    ReplyDelete
  8. The two things next to the blue box on the fireplace are birds. Oddly, the pixels get MORE detailed the closer in you go!

    ReplyDelete
  9. In the scene to the left there is now a colour code box on the green sideboard.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Just realised there is a 'save' button - better start using it!

    ReplyDelete
  11. I can press the ears in on the yellow figure in this room, and the button on the top of his head.

    ReplyDelete
  12. LOL like talking to yourself?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Lots of other things have appeared in other scenes. Is everything getting more detailed as you go along?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Just weirding around LOL got battery and 1 green thang

    ReplyDelete
  15. My green thang changed shape after pressing that cross?

    ReplyDelete
  16. There's a clock in the room with the white sofa now.

    ReplyDelete
  17. placed 2 green thangs now need a third..

    ReplyDelete
  18. If you find the red man (the thing on the orange table to the left of the white sofa) and press the button on top of his head, you get a white cross in his tummy which changes shape each time you press.

    ReplyDelete
  19. The cross shapes correspond to 9 different presses of the button - numbers?

    ReplyDelete
  20. In the same room the purple box on the wall is now a beetroot face, and the aqua box has a roman 3, or a little temple on it. There is also a cat shape(?) behind the mirror (?) to the right.

    ReplyDelete
  21. smash battery with hammer

    ReplyDelete
  22. Good Leroy! That gives a real battery that goes in the aqua box on the green sideboard along with one that's already in there!

    ReplyDelete
  23. It becomes a clock - click on the side for a time - heading to the wall clock now,,,

    ReplyDelete
  24. Set the wall clock and have scissors now. Off to do damage somewhere!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yeah seen that I just placed battery in blue flippy thing

    ReplyDelete
  26. Still have the hammer in the inventory, but I've tried hammering and scissoring everything - nothing happened yet.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Those shapes on the orange mirror(?) on the wall above the green sideboard must be a clue, but for what?

    ReplyDelete
  28. you can press button\s on those 2 little figures but no idea..

    ReplyDelete
  29. Probably relates to 4 colour code on cupboard

    ReplyDelete
  30. Probably relates to 4 colour code on cupboard

    ReplyDelete
  31. Thought that might be it Leroy, but can't see how yet. By the way, did you see my post at 3.02 about the red man?

    ReplyDelete
  32. This is all to much for me now - off to do a crossword. Maybe you'll have solved it by tomorrow Leroy - have fun!

    ReplyDelete
  33. orange mirror seems to spell pixel LOL

    ReplyDelete
  34. I tried to put IXEL in the four colors on the cupboard, but no luck..

    ReplyDelete
  35. I still playing with it... trying yellow shapes as missing on cupboard..

    ReplyDelete
  36. Ah, the order of the shapes in the red man represent the actions that you have to do on the yellow man

    ReplyDelete
  37. after you open the latches around it PIxEL will become bIxEL.
    turn around to get 73x19.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Gave new switch above fireplace

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hey, Clodagh, Leroy and Dree... I've been clicking along and never realized this was live! This game is very inventive (and a bit exasperating, too)

    ReplyDelete
  40. thnx Dree. I have a bird now

    ReplyDelete
  41. weird but i like the game...

    ReplyDelete
  42. Aaaah trusty SD and colour code clue...

    ReplyDelete
  43. whoa, what happened when I put my bird on the left side of the fireplace mantel?

    ReplyDelete
  44. I love how finding each new switch makes the game a bit easier to "see"

    ReplyDelete
  45. if you turn bixel 180 degrees, it looks like 73 X 19 :)
i dont know where to use the mighty SD :)

    ReplyDelete
  46. unzip the purple thing's mouth and get a yellow key!

    ReplyDelete
  47. OK map from tv with X marking spot LOL

    ReplyDelete
  48. but then you knew that Leroy, b/c it gets us the sd, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Stuck at the grid on the door, will wait for people to catch up..

    ReplyDelete
  50. Ok found powder puff looking thing under corner of carpet

    ReplyDelete
  51. Hi Leroy, which one is the TV?

    ReplyDelete
  52. Another button pressed on TV LOL

    ReplyDelete
  53. green hex thing now... take screws out of cats eyes...

    ReplyDelete
  54. open the brown thing with SD and got the CD. Insert in the TV and go to the clearer level.

    ReplyDelete
  55. now paper clue looks more useful

    ReplyDelete
  56. grid on door has four clues (one per corner)... each only readable on a specific 'resolution'.
you will first have to find a 'reset' button

    ReplyDelete
  57. found letter code for green cabinet: combine hint paper with the otello-like card on the table (the one that hide the cat)

    ReplyDelete
  58. wow, I thought the brown thing was a votive candle or a doorknob, lol. Thanks, @Leroy!

    ReplyDelete
  59. I've got all the clues for the door but nothing is happening after putting them in.. Even in the order with their I, II, II, IV..

    ReplyDelete
  60. ok now need hexagonal greenshape

    ReplyDelete
  61. Same holds for me fdbbd484... frustrating, so close to the end!

    ReplyDelete
  62. I-II-III-IV is the resolution to view them in, not their order

    ReplyDelete
  63. Ah, yeah kinda figured with the resolution/numbers thing but regardless.. patterns in, nothing happening.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I now looking for regular SD LOL

    ReplyDelete
  65. I think hex shape came out of purple desk drawer

    ReplyDelete
  66. press the reset button by accident...going back to the original hiks....load the game again now..Thank God i saved it

    ReplyDelete
  67. A. I is not the first/initial resolution it's the resolution AFTER that.
    B. the outer line of each clue shows where it should be put

    ReplyDelete
  68. Thanks SkyCharger, your hint helped me get out.
    Great game! Original and ingeneous

    ReplyDelete
  69. Hex shape after removing cateye screws I think

    ReplyDelete
  70. Ahh, I had two parts twisted somehow.

    Out finally! Definitely different.

    ReplyDelete
  71. regular - SD is from the second layer box where we put the 3 green things. use + SD there...
Now i have 6X6 grid and clues I,II,III barcode. stuck

    ReplyDelete
  72. I'm lagging behind, as usual. Going through the different resolutions...

    ReplyDelete
  73. anyone wants to share the 6X6 grid solution on the door?

    ReplyDelete
  74. Hi Leroy and zoz...are you out already? pls share the final grid solution

    ReplyDelete
  75. @bunga, I still don't have III (the lower left). I'm awful at this!
    Anyway, I have:

    Numbering each grid
    1 2 3
    4 5 6
    7 8 9

for the top left, 1,5,6,8, &9 are light
    bottom right, 1,5, & 9
    top right1,2,3,4, & 7

I think that's it, but I could very easily be wrong!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Cool game, but talk about head blagging!! Can't figure out code for 6X6 grid so bed time for me I think...Good luck everyone and have fun!

    ReplyDelete
  77. My brain hurt so I stopped LOL

    ReplyDelete
  78. Best trick is revisit all cupboards etc and use flathead SD when ya can... I think blue III picture had that corner...

    ReplyDelete
  79. hmm, looking again, make the top right 5,6, &8

    ReplyDelete
  80. @Leroy, I tried both sd's on that blue III picture. Guess I'll try again!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Yeahhhh, my brain is hurting real bad now! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  82. does anyone know where piece 4 is in the extra-game?

    ReplyDelete
  83. I can't seem to get the blue box above the couch (with "III" on it) open with either sd. Anyone got any hints???

    ReplyDelete
  84. @SkyCharger, I think piece four is on the computer. Press the middle button with "IV" on it.
    Do you have III ???

    ReplyDelete
  85. tip of green SD on screws?

    ReplyDelete
  86. Skycharger, i have seen them but i read your post that we need to find the reset button? so what do i do after that? gotta reset the resolution from the beginning?

    ReplyDelete
  87. it's a 5 stars game i guess despite the retro style .. for the final grid press the switch corresponding to each corner , find it and then press the second etc .. one by one .. @zoz i think you are wrong on the top right one , it was 568 i guess .. and Thanx @Dree for the valuable clue about the two toys !

    ReplyDelete
  88. III clue is in the blue box, zoz

    ReplyDelete
  89. I'm currently playing the second (extra) part of the game. (unlocked after finishing the main part)

    ReplyDelete
  90. what extra part @skycharge ?

    ReplyDelete
  91. I cannot find the flat (non plus) SD. looks everywhere still need green hex (has star) Please help with specific instructions.

    ReplyDelete
  92. OK, I think I've got it.

    -- Press reset button.
-- Press box right of grey door, then look behind the Orange door for that pattern
-- Press box above the ladder, then look in left cabinet of green desk
-- Press box in the box on fireplace mantel, look at blue III box above the white couch
** you must have unscrewed the cover of this box before resetting, because you can't unscrew it at any of the lower resolutions. This is where I was so stuck! **
-- turn on computer and press the box on the right. Then, press the middle box ( orange "IV")

Now you should have all of the patterns you need.

    Whew!

    ReplyDelete
  93. Green hex is in purple drawer, place that and get blue SD

    ReplyDelete
  94. the main menu will show extra++ after finishing the main game.
clicking this will cause it to flip to a second game.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Skycharge: pls make a walkthrough for tht extra part. I will surely need it LOL.
Thank you Leroy.....i'm still waiting for III part solution.

    ReplyDelete
  96. having trouble with the buttons on the yellow guy can someone explain?

    ReplyDelete
  97. no extra+ on my screen .. only 4 options : Replay , Games , Home and Tweet !

    ReplyDelete
  98. @bunga, the lower left grid (III) is 6,8, & 9

    ReplyDelete
  99. that's the end menu, click home to return to the main menu.

    ReplyDelete
  100. @E-addict, I have the same post-game options as you. Maybe it's trying to tell me I shouldn't even attempt an Extra game!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Definitely 5 stars from me. I'm going to take a break before trying the Extra game.

    ReplyDelete
  102. need help finding star shape.

    ReplyDelete
  103. lol zoz .. get back to title first and you'll get it .. stuck at the 2 toys puzzle now .. got 4 pieces !

    ReplyDelete
  104. one toy (yellow) will show a sequence. (after placing a battery)
the other will loop around a number of symbols... click whenever the next symbol in the sequence is shown and the message OPEN should appear.

    ReplyDelete
  105. opened 4 letters code cabinet .. combine paper clue with white dots grid .. got a second battery ..

    ReplyDelete
  106. Dree said "Ah, the order of the shapes in the red man represent the actions that you have to do on the yellow man" but didn't explain how! Don't see how the different shapes can be used on the 3 buttons on the yellow man. Evidently everyone else got it so I'm done, just wish people would take time to explain.

    ReplyDelete
  107. i'm not getting it skycharge .. ok i got the sequence from first one but where exactly am i supposed to click when the symbols appear on the second one ?

    ReplyDelete
  108. Thank you zoz :)

i give 7 stars if available for this game :)

    ReplyDelete
  109. oh lol got it .. thought the red one is giving the hint duh !

    ReplyDelete
  110. simply click the button again (only zooming out turns it off)

    ReplyDelete
  111. @lilrascal: yellow man has a head, left and right arms. Red man gives you the clue on where to click. The first click was right hand, then top (head) if im not mistaken. Just follow how the shape changes

    ReplyDelete
  112. @lilrascal: for the yellow and red toys, once you have the sequence (starts and ends with a cross) then duplicate that pattern on the other toy. E.g., a cross represents none of the buttons pressed (left, top, and right are all out). Next symbol means right button only pressed. Next, press in top button....
    Does that help?>

    ReplyDelete
  113. Did you figure out what to do with the toys in the second part??

    ReplyDelete
  114. it's not an extra part actually it's a new game .. got the clock skycharge ? are we supposed to find a clue first or it's about guessing ?

    ReplyDelete
  115. According to the clues, i click
    I. 5,6,8
    II, 1,5,6,8,9
    III. 6,8,9
    IV. 1,5,9

But nothing's happened. Did i miss something? Pls help.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Hoping for some POP here. Got the yellow and red toy thing, now stuck.

@bunga, did you go through all the steps to see the clues first? Maybe the game won't allow brute forcing.

    ReplyDelete
  117. @bunga TL 15689 , TR 568 , BL 689 and BR 159 !

    ReplyDelete
  118. @zoz: yes i have
@E-addict: thanks for correctin me. Im in the new game now :)

    ReplyDelete
  119. don't be so excited . we all stuck now :-) .. and skycharge just got out and left i guess !

    ReplyDelete
  120. Any idea about the clock clue in the second game anyone??

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  122. Got 6 pieces, did you get the one from under the rug?

    ReplyDelete
  123. LOL do I dare reenter now my brain has cooled down a bit

    ReplyDelete
  124. I wonder why we still have the scissors after opening the package. And why is there a false bottom in the box over the fireplace?

    ReplyDelete
  125. did you use the scissors on the cushion?

    ReplyDelete
  126. Oh, c'mon @Leroy!
So far my pieces were found:
    1. By the base of the tree by the fp

    6. in drawer after removing cat's "eyes"

    ReplyDelete
  127. Thanks @Sarah P! That was my piece #4.

    ReplyDelete
  128. No problem :) Did you manage to figure out the clock yet? Been stuck there for ages now lol

    ReplyDelete
  129. It's 2.50am and my brain is really fried with this game now! Close to giving up..

    ReplyDelete
  130. On the extra game, have both + and - SD, scissors and paper clue. stuck. So far got 5 pieces of lego (?)

    ReplyDelete
  137. oh E-addict, thank you!!!

    ReplyDelete
  138. now, just how did they know I needed coffee?

    ReplyDelete
  139. hmm, not coffee. Poured something yellow into the gravy boats on the mantel.

    ReplyDelete
  140. arggghhh! then I drank it!

    ReplyDelete
  141. Just missing one piece now

    ReplyDelete
  142. LOL Zoz if it oil it make you very "regular"

    ReplyDelete
  143. now mix colors in the two containers at the sides of the blue box following the clue on TV .. got hammer ..

    ReplyDelete
  144. lol mix the colours to match the colours on the tablet

    ReplyDelete
  145. doh! got it! make the colors using the dial on top of the coffee pot and match them to the orange ---- green clue.

    ReplyDelete
  146. found last piece in room behind ladders

    ReplyDelete
  147. i wish i could break that clock with the hammer lol .. and so it was a tablet ON the table .. and i spent the whole game considering it a different view behind wth !

    ReplyDelete
  148. now have 9 of 10. It felt good to smash a few things.

    ReplyDelete
  149. i clicked everywhere around the ladder Sarah .. where exactly ?

    ReplyDelete
  150. thnx Sarah. i have. just going around and around for pieces 7, 8 , 9 and 10

    ReplyDelete
  155. Finally .. wow .. Thanx everyone !

    ReplyDelete
  156. Sarah, dont sleep yet...share the clues for 7-10 pls

    ReplyDelete
  157. Not sure I can remember where I found all the pieces. There was one in the green cupboard with an arrow pointing to it, one under the rug, another in the cushion after using the scissors, plant pot and think the rest are quite easy to find, oh n don't forget behind the red door after getting the ladder :)

    ReplyDelete
  158. Not many escape game brain fryers come along these days but that up there LOL

    ReplyDelete
  159. @bunga, I'm going back through trying to find where all the pieces came from...

  163. Ok, here's a SPOILER for where to find the pieces in the Extra game:

    1. By the base of the tree by the fp
    2. Under rug (where CD was in main game)
    3. pull chain by grey door
    4. Use scissors on yellow pillow
    5. behind the Pixel sign
    6. in drawer after removing cat's "eyes"
    7. In right green cabinet, follow arrow to look up and left
    8. Use hammer to smash glass beside grey door.
    9. In closet with orange door, behind a panel on the back wall
    10. in cubbyhole you get to using ladder

    ReplyDelete
  164. Ah, E-addict thank you for that explanation of the clock! In my second go-round I couldn't figure out how you got those numbers!

now i only need to put the pieces in the correct places

    ReplyDelete
  172. Thank you again E-Addict. I'm officially out now :) Thank you everybody
