    ReplyDelete
  16. I got the cd by brute-force. What was the clue?

    ReplyDelete
  17. usb has a 4 letter hint on it as well

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  20. think hint was behind books in a cb (L 3 RE)

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ohhhh. It finally clicks. Thanks kevaus.

    ReplyDelete
  22. am thinking we may have to find a fuse for the switch board near front door,to make computer work, also ph. seems to need a cord

    ReplyDelete
  23. Technically the wine cb is not empty. There are 3 bottles in there. You have to put the empty bottle in to get the others to move.

    ReplyDelete
  24. @ NH...where is the emply wine cupboard, I can see two but they both have wine in it...can't find the charger??

    ReplyDelete
  25. Thanks Peggy, that makes sense now...

    ReplyDelete
  26. The empty bottle cupboard is below the snack cupboard.
Stuck with STAL, 8733 and 0710

    ReplyDelete
  27. NH, thanks for the charger find.

    ReplyDelete
  28. You can activate the pc by using the ring or the cel. (im not sure) in thing on wall near door.

    ReplyDelete
  29. not sure what the notebook is telling us (seedling sun=tree)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Incredula, I've tried the ring on that panel with no luck. What cel are you referring to?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Thanks NH...Same here but thought EEJAA might be a clue from the snack cupboard too

    ReplyDelete
  32. Took bottle back out of cupboard. click 'fuse' over near the door...something worked...

    ReplyDelete
  33. Sorry, cel was on window, up...i think I used the bottle, im sorry again but I this game has me confused :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Incredula, thanks for the cell location. I don't know if I needed the bottle to reach it or not. But it was the bottle I used on the panel by the door.

    ReplyDelete
  35. thanks Incrédula ,forgot about that little brown thing on window

    ReplyDelete
  36. You are welcome, Peggy and Kevaus. :)

  37. I don´t know what we have to do on pc, in B, I mean what digit to input. None works

    ReplyDelete
  38. cell ph. has "hanami" on the back

    ReplyDelete
  39. I guess the book is for the box outside but I dont speak japanese.

HANAMI, don´t know where to use it.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Have you tried numbers on phone? 8733 does not work either.

    ReplyDelete
  41. googled hanami it means "flower viewing"

    ReplyDelete
  42. I tried calling the cell phone by dialing HANAMI from the house phone. No luck.

    ReplyDelete
  43. well, i got to go out,it's friday evening here, hope some one makes a breakthrough ,good luck guys

    ReplyDelete
  44. I googled FLOWER from book ..in japanese..it says kusabana and HANA...it worked! HANA-SUN (also book)

    I got a photoalbum

    ReplyDelete
  45. Just blurry images...I dont get it.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I input 8733 (from ring) in cellphone, but no progress.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I brute-forced the 3-letter desk drawer. (HLM, I think) Got a cord. Then I couldn't zoom in on anything except the fan, which now works.

    ReplyDelete
  48. The fan blew the ashes from the ashtray, but all that is there is still just the stick with the two up & down triangles.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Incredula, wow! Such diligence in searching for clues! Thanks for the HANASUN!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Lol, Peggy. It´s the only way to understand some things in these games. You´re welcome.
And thanks for the fan and ashes.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Oh, and for the 3-letter code.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I have cellphone (input and read the message), photo album, cord, usb(plug to notebook) and a green note......stuck

    ReplyDelete
  53. Actually, it was HNM, I think its related to Hanami

    ReplyDelete
  54. FINALLY! My cell phone is charged. Entered 8733, but don't understand the results.

Beau, it sounds like you're the same place the rest of us are.

    ReplyDelete
  55. just checking in before we go out,the cord is for the main phone

    ReplyDelete
  56. i can login the notebook now....

    ReplyDelete
  57. Cord goes left side of phone, I mean left side of counter but I dont know the numbers to dial.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Peggy, my fan does not work..Did you do something on the phone after you connected the cord?

    ReplyDelete
  59. I had the glass door closed at the time. Maybe that was the difference.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Oops. I forgot to direct my last comment to Incredula.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Well, I have to go. I will finish tomorrow. Thanks and good luck!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Incredula, thanks for your help.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Can't understand even reading the walkthrough. Why L=1 and I=2?
How 美(3) 花(87) and the stick with two triangles relate to the sequence "triangle 1,2,4; inverted triangle 3" at the door?

    ReplyDelete
  64. Although I am out by reading the walkthrough, I cannot understand the last door code.

    ReplyDelete
  65. For the last code
I guess the 3 for 美 and 87 for 花 is IRRELEVENT to the up and down arrow
As arrows hint written on the stick after you burnt out the cigarette is UP DOWN, just add up the UP _ _ UP with it

    That's all I can understand..

    ReplyDelete
  66. what number do you put into the phone??

    ReplyDelete
  67. Kez, when you find out, please tell me the phone number. (I don't understand what tautau and Lottie are referring to.)

    ReplyDelete
  68. The folder A of PC shows "L - 2" but not "I -2". I think there is a bug.

    ReplyDelete
  69. For telephone number, find the name of USB and CD-ROM and then map to the number table in folder B of PC.

    Spoiler5247316Spoiler

    ReplyDelete
  70. tautau, I tried those numbers but nothing seems to happen. What IS supposed to happen?

    ReplyDelete
  71. @Peggy, you should hear a click sound and see AR-34 on the phone

    ReplyDelete
  72. Lottie, why UP 美花 UP = UP UP DOWN UP? Also, HANAMI is 花美.....

    ReplyDelete
  73. I must've missed a step. My phone cord is attached, there is a green light on the phone, but nothing happens when I dial the number. What am I missing?

    ReplyDelete
  74. 美=3=み 花=はな=8(はち)7(なな) ?
Any clue from these? And the UP DOWN is shown after you burnt out the cigarette...

    ReplyDelete
  75. This is making no sense....can someone just post the number to go into the phone...or something....where do you put 'stalker' and where do you put 5247316....please just keep it simple...beyond caring how we got there just want to get out!!

    ReplyDelete
  76. OK, photo book goes on table...

    ReplyDelete
  77. http://youtu.be/avv6GxyDObY
except for the last code, i dont make any annotation for that
    :((

    ReplyDelete
  78. Kez, thank you. NOW I understand a little of what tautau & Lottie were saying. I had not clue why they were referring to 3 and 87.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Gotta go. Thanks for the help. I'll try to finish tomorrow.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Me too, Peggy, still can't get the rest...have to input 2 or something into computer...if I work it out will post...

    ReplyDelete
  81. Hi..Im back..Oh my! I know what we were missing..You HAVE to look at the usb bottom too, not just the word STAL---then we can input #2 on folder B..and we see the ¨map¨ for the letters. Ok, im gonna try the phone and leave here!! Lol. See you later, guys.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Peggy, I had to go back and take the USB out and look at it from both ends...then enter the number 2 into the PC...you can hear a click. Go back and look at piece of paper with all the letters on it and go through Cell phone viewing everything. Then you can input the code into the phone 5247316.

    ReplyDelete
  83. A code comes up on the phone...you can then go to the door and enter LIAR then left left right left arrow and your out...omg...thanks for you tube post...words just didn't help...finally out!!

    ReplyDelete
  84. Man, that was TOUGH!

    Most important HINT:

    - Have you seen all e-mails on the phone? YES
    - Have you checked everything on the PC with both USB and CD-ROM attached? YES
    - Does the phone # work? NO

So have you remembered to put the cord?

Well, "just" that was my problem, since I had the '2' input long ago on the PC...

    ReplyDelete
  85. BTW, although I feared the story would make no sense again, I think I got it now...

This bouquet is nothing about honeymoon and love in this episode! It must be false love, i. e. jewelry and bouquets repeatedly sent to her by a stalker, a somewhat psychopathic lover, who is constantly besieging her even though she does not want that...

    ReplyDelete
  86. How did you get cell phone to work? What # goes in PC to start it?
how did anyone get fan to work? simple hints would have been more helpful. first time I am leaving hotmail without finishing.
Glad the rest of you had fun.

    ReplyDelete
  87. cell can only work if it's charged, so you need to find a charger

    ReplyDelete
  88. can't get FAN to work HELPPPPPP

    ReplyDelete
  89. @juslokin
To run the fan you should have the balcony door closed and maybe the cord on the phone.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Even more...I think apart from what Amelia said, it is also important to find a REASON to run the fan at all...you can set up that reason by using the aerosol flask with the perfume inside :)

    ReplyDelete
  91. Hmm? This was not meant in a fun kinda way...it was actually giving away quite a bit of hints :)

    ReplyDelete
  92. Put the photo album on the table close to ashtray, before running the fun

    ReplyDelete
  93. yes, to catch the "drizzle" :)

    ReplyDelete
  94. Kez, thanks for the help (and others). I had seen the bottom of the usb previously, had figured the numbers according to the letter grid, had input info in computer, had gone through the cell phone. Apparently, not in the proper sequence.

I retraced everything you said, I thought, (I know you said to look at the letters) and the phone # still didn't work. So I retraced everything again! Come to find out I HADN'T LOOKED AT THE *&#% LETTER GRID AGAIN!!! (I can't count how many times I had looked at that paper, just not at the correct place in the game.)

After that, everything went smoothly and I escaped. FINALLY!

    Thanks everyone!

  95. They put a lot of effort into these games, you would think language options would be offered.
