Small Strife is a, 60 levels, riddle based game created by SmallTool for EG24. This is the real deal you've been practising for the last four days. No, fancy riddle stuff like exif, source, picture manipulation, url things etc. etc. Just your brain and basic riddle tricks. It will start easy (especially when you played the 4 prequels), but will slowly get harder. I feel so lost. How do you separate the images to search for them on Google. I know how to search, just don't know how to separate images and retain some sort of URL.
ReplyDeleteMe2: Like it said, you'd have to use an image manipulator like GIMP to slice it up yourself, upload them, and then search them out.

ReplyDeleteJust to double-check on Level 15: Is the answer 4 letters, or 8? Because I noticed a FirstThingsFirst bit about the spiel under the pic where it said "ALBUM BAND" and I'm wondering if I need one, the other, or both.
ReplyDeleteme2: simplest way I think is make a screenshot - on Apple it's ctrl-shift-4, then you draw a rectangle around the image you want. It goes to your desktop; click on the camera then upload image, and browse for it.

Zoran, 1st & 4th letters are the 'A' method, you have those right

Zoran....if maybe....say........a correct letter was an I..and there were an O there instead..then i would suggest that perhaps that is 6 jumps.....and then...if that were the case..i would see what the emperor offered me as the 6th rotten drink.

Now it's a little bit more difficult, becasue you need to Google the two words you have.

After a redirect it's another url and there the old answers don't work.
Btw. bookmarking pages is not a bad idea. On some levels you might have to go back to find info for a new level.

And with that word as hint you have to think rebus style.
I'm afraid it's very English, but you will get there.
I was catching up until I got to level 22, when you say look at the columns on the middle right, are you talking about under the heading TOH 3aAaer monoAekb? If so, i see 4 columns there but can't make out anything even with a magnifier, so I have no clue what to do next.
ReplyDelete@c0f: I had the same problem. If you look VERY closely there are 4 lines in column 1 and 5 lines in the next 2 that have been changed. The blurry blobs are short (dot) or long (dash) and you know what to do with dots & dashes............... :)

ReplyDeleteYou have the song, right? The repeated line has three parts. When you follow each bit, note the space you're on. You'll wind up w/ 6 letters.
