  1. lvl47. I got: up-TUPTK, down-OLBIHA.?????????? No idea at all.

    ReplyDelete
  2. 5806 it all carries on maybe your not counting correctly from your base line fa don't have to move so stay fa

    ReplyDelete
  3. 5806a,
The third letter is down from the basic line from, so you should rot that one up to get it there as well.
But not all letters are down there, some are up from the basic line, so rot those down.

    ReplyDelete
  4. ok so im using all the letters to make a s*****? no idea whats wrong with my brain this morning. maybe i need coffee lol

    ReplyDelete
  5. only from one line each time butterfly

    ReplyDelete
  6. omg. i was doing it right the whole time just looking at it wrong lol!, ty s-t and mtatt

    ReplyDelete
  7. lvl 47 OK, The third letter is down from the basic line is "i", 4-th up "u". What do I have to do with this letters?

    ReplyDelete
  8. 5806a,
    That's the "i" yep.
But to get it on the same row it should go 9 up.

    ReplyDelete
  9. The weekend has begon (for me) three days of riddling ahead :) But i am stuck on level 40 :(. Does the third symbol stands for one letter or three? I think i got the rest.

    ReplyDelete
  10. only one letter per symbol dutchie

    ReplyDelete
  11. @s/t do you mean that all letters from path have to be on the same line (0 base). If yes I got gibberish.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Dutchie,
Every symbol/cipher is just one letter.
Not sure though which one you call the third.

    ReplyDelete
  13. *headdesks at 52* After looking at the outermost square, I'd suspected that might be an issue....and that one square in the middle completely blinded me to it.

Thanks guys, I got it now. On to 53.

...And since I'm on the subject of 53: I tried doing first things first on the message in the pic and got some letters that correspond to another aspect of the pic. Is that a clue, or am I chasing a fish?

    ReplyDelete
  14. 5806a,
    You shouldn't get gibberish.
    Starts with FARS.

    ReplyDelete
  15. xaq,
    That's a big fat clue :)

    ReplyDelete
  16. ...Uhh, never mind, that definitely wasn't a fish chase.

*moves on to listen to 54*

    ReplyDelete
  17. "Sigh" Make that two eggs.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Dutchie, have you been keeping track of how you found the things that led you to those eggs?

    ReplyDelete
  19. Okay, I gotta give huge props to S-T for level 54. I was able to work things out thanks to mtatt100's clue at the top of the page, but that was deviously clever.

    (And kinda catchy.)

    ReplyDelete
  20. S/T I start with FARS, but the rest, is gibbeish for me, iiftq......

    ReplyDelete
  21. *Blush* Thanks Xaq :)

    5806a,
First i is correct, but after that you seem to miscount, becasue the next 2 letters are close.
The t is correct again, but the q is far off (probably wrong direction with rot there).

    ReplyDelete
  22. i dont even know where to start to get an 11 letter sequence on lvl 52. where is my starting point?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Thanks Xaq, got it. On to the next.

    ReplyDelete
  24. S/T thanks for you patience.

    ReplyDelete
  25. 55: I need another nudge. Other than the 5 sections, and the fact that you wrote out words that usually aren't, I haven't the slightest.

    ReplyDelete
  26. candi, can you give me a nudge on 52? if i read down i get "directions" with an odd letter thrown in. am i on the right track?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Candi,
    Looks like you're very close.
And to be honest, it's an easy level now :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Butterfly, yes. I am not sure why that odd letter is there.

    ReplyDelete
  29. @Butterfly: Yep, you've got the instructions. Remember, to go inside out and to do what they tell you ;)

    ReplyDelete
  30. Stuck in 33
    I have the numbers: d*** c****
but I do not know how to apply this to the rows

    ReplyDelete
  31. hi all, on lvl 48 managed to solve the first part of the code but having trouble how to "read" the second part. Think I know the
tool but how to end a letter? Help would be appreciated.

    ReplyDelete
  32. lvl 55: I guess 5 parts does not mean the 5 paragraphs.
I have 11 words that have a property that I sniffed from the text below. But I am puzzled regarding the grouping.
Am I on the right track?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Pichi,
Use the numbers again to take lines/stripes away.

    Pinhead,
    5 parts is 5 paragraphs.
11 words is by far not enough.
And when found the trick how to use it, it's no anagram.

    ReplyDelete
  34. @s-t: That's what I was thinking. Can Granny come play?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Granny won't come out to play, she's tired of being used all the time. But on level 57 you will meet her husband :)
Think of how you make letters of those words.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I have a phrase, but cannot do with this?

    ReplyDelete
  37. @pichi: If you have the phrase then you are done. Just type it in.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Need a little help with 55. Is the 8th word in the first line intentionally spelled that way? Because I'm used to seeing it with a hyphen in it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. 8th word in the text below the pic, I mean. I'm not getting much from the text in the pic...except for that last paragraph. That I'm getting a huge laugh out of.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Looked at 56 and my mind melted.

    Elbows? Nudges? Shoves?

    ReplyDelete
  41. @xaq: Look closely at the text below the picture, my comment at 11:02, and s-t's comment from 11:14 :)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Could someone explain the overlay-part ( lvl 50) to me? Can't find letters that form a word without Granny.

    ReplyDelete
  43. @lvl54: thanks a lot - now that song is stuck in my head, s-t!

(im not complaining - its a tribute to your creativity for this entire game/riddle/puzzle/nightmare).

    ReplyDelete
  44. @Ike: You've got the shape, right, and applied it to each line?

If so, you notice you have a neat little grid that if you overlay the signs.......

    ReplyDelete
  45. a little help please on 48, have found whats needed ,used the 1st and read, used the 2nd too but what i get doesnt make any sense and theres no anagram

    ReplyDelete
  46. wow, cant believe im stuck on lvl 53 even after reading all the hints. i have tried counting and picking from colors and lenghts. what am i doing wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  47. Oh, okay...I was thinking that might be what was going on at first, but I somehow talked myself out of it.

*facepalm* Whoops. Okay, let's see what I can find...

    ReplyDelete
  48. will give it a try Candi, thx

    ReplyDelete
  49. Butterfly: Which way have you been going in when you pick the letters? The message should point you in the right direction.

You should wind up with T as your first letter, and a 5-letter word as your answer.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Okay, got all the important words out of the story text in 55....aaand I think I just realized how to figure out what letters to take out of them.

    ...

And what I get (5 word phrase that sounds like something out of a fortune cookie) doesn't work. O_o????

    ReplyDelete
  51. Oop, there we go, got it. On to 56.

    (Veeeery sneaky, S-T. :b )

    ReplyDelete
  52. lvl55: are the 22 hidden words paired off, or grouped together as the clue says? i feel like i should know this .. after all, its not a maze!

    ReplyDelete
  53. New watch steps on 48. They will let you know when to take a break. I do like a good wrap once in awhile.

    ReplyDelete
  54. @xaq..im counting to the right. maybe im counting the wrong things

    ReplyDelete
  55. lvl 55: I got the 22 words finally. Lost in the letter extraction.
Should we expect 5 words of 3,5,2,3 and 8 letters?

    ReplyDelete
  56. Unknown, the clue is misleading and makes you think about compound words such as icecream, which is not the case.

    ReplyDelete
  57. @pinhead, im about the same spot as you. simple conversion not working, pulling from clue not working, pulling from paragraph not working.

    any thoughts you have?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Thanks cawulla , thought i had found a way but since the result didnt make sense ,tried different ways too but still nothing ..
Anyway , sooner or later it ll come to me .

    ReplyDelete
  59. @PinHead & Unknown: The numbers listed in the text below tell you how many words in each paragraph you're looking for.

Take a close look at S-T's comment at 11:14 and you should get an idea of which words to look for. Then use what you used to pick those words to determine which letters you need from them.

What you get is, as I described earlier, a 5-word phrase that looks like it came out of a fortune cookie. Use that to answer the question at the bottom of the riddle text.

    ReplyDelete
  60. unknown, did you get the 22 words?

    ReplyDelete
  61. Anyone having any luck with 56? Because I'm definitely not.

I think I got the right sequence of numbers for the 2nd line, but...that's about it.

    ReplyDelete
  62. @xaq and pinhead, i had the 22 words. xaq's clarification helped me see my mistake. thank you all for the hints.

believe it or not, i suspected that before attempting to locate letters because it seemed obvious, but i didnt try the right letters.

    ReplyDelete
  63. stuck at lvl 56 too. Are we talking about the sequence in the picture? The text has numbers too.

xaq, did you start with the sequence 2,4,6,8...?

    ReplyDelete
  64. @xaq, @Candi
for level 56 you have to follow instructions given in the text. Each line is a step. So first complete the sequence (try to think what to do with 1st and 2nd number to get the 3rd)
Then apply second instruction, the minus one. After that, there is a tricky part. you started with numbers but you need letters in the end. I think you know what to do. If after that you still need more help, just ask.

    ReplyDelete
  65. @PinHead - I did at first, but after reading Morgana's hint I'm not sure that's the right idea anymore...I'm thinking this might be more of a Fibonacci-style sequence. (A+B=C, B+C=D, etc.)

If I do the 2nd line from those, I get 5 numbers that can convert to numbers, and one that...well, can't, obviously. XP

Dunno if I'm on the right track with this or chasing a fish, though.

(Side note: I know I use that term a lot...it's becoming a habit of mine to say "chase a fish" rather than "follow a red herring," in case anyone's wondering what the bleep I'm talking about.)

    ReplyDelete
  66. @Morgana: Completed the sequence, subtracted one and made letters. Is the 2nd letter the odd one? Though this leads to a half baked answer.

    ReplyDelete
  67. @xaq, I think you're on the right path with the fibonacci style sequence. I don't see why you can't convert all of them.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Lvl 34
CC means take the second C in alphabet, but V is the same?
    I'm a mess

    ReplyDelete
  69. PinHead,
You are so very, very close.
All you have to do now is to use the fourth line of the poem to get your 6 letter answer.

    ReplyDelete
  70. @ST: I already did that and inserted the (supposedly) correct letter after the 2nd letter but am going nowhere. I am trying to say the sequence loud but half of it is not meaningful.
    Crappy indeed :)

    ReplyDelete
  71. Only say out loud the odd one out with the correct one behind it, not the whole sequence.

    ReplyDelete
  72. WHOOPS! I see what I did wrong with the fibonacci thing...skipped ahead a number and wound up putting one way off the end of the diving board in by mistake!

Let's try this again with the RIGHT numbers, shall we?

    ReplyDelete
  73. Thanks ST!
Was mislead and saying the whole sequence.

    Onto lvl 57!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Ha-ha! MUCH better. Right there with you on 57, PinHead!

*checks clock* ...For a few seconds, anyway. Gotta get to class again. (At least this'll be the last one for the week!)

    ReplyDelete
  75. lvl57: tiny hint .. anything .. anything at all ..

    ReplyDelete
  76. 46: Is it even possible to get out of this hell? Well not for me right now. Even a "bokbiertje" didn't makes things clearer. Will try again tomorrow. Did someone get to 60 already?

    ReplyDelete
  77. @dutchie, if rows were minutes, you could read a minute, wait 5 minutes, read a minute, wait another 5, and so on ..

    ReplyDelete
  78. Unknown,
As the text says; same method (but that was a very, very long way back).
But it's not granmaa now, is it?
    It's granpaa.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Lol, enjoy your beer Dutchie, but you should try a Belgian one :P
And to answer your question: two people on level 59 now.
But... after solving level 60 you only get some minor congrats. For the real congrats you have to solve two extra bonus levels :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. @small-tool: yeah, its granpaa. never seen him before.
i remember granmaa though - she's nice sometimes.

still trying a few things before resuming the banging-forehead-against-desk approach.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Haha, i will try a Belgian tripel tomorrow, maybe it helps;) Goodnight for now.

    ReplyDelete
  82. lvl57: any other hints available?

    ReplyDelete
  83. Unknown,
The P's are not P's so what would they be?

    ReplyDelete
  84. @small-tool: yes, i understood that from the first hint, and i kept applying the hint over and over and over ... to granny's puzzle. :(

    thank you.

    on to lvl58

    ReplyDelete
  85. Yay congrats Unknown :)
Almost there but at the same time still very far away. 58 and 59 are, by far, no kids stuff anymore.
But don't wanna discourage you at all, logic and paying attention to all the details will get you through those two for sure.
Go, go, go, you're doing great :)

    ReplyDelete
  86. :( after a long break....i still cant get lvl 53. i cant figure out what im doing wit the 8 letters from first things, or colors, or counting.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Back from classes. *checks for hints* Okay, so with a few swaps and a redo of an earlier level's solution...

    Bingo! On to 58!

    ... ... ...Hoo boy. O_o;

    ReplyDelete
  88. Butterfly, Try writing the words you can read (starting from the top of the grid) in a list. Then look at the first letters. You should see what they represent, then count and pick. 2 words

    ReplyDelete
  89. Okay, S-T, you've really outdone yourself on 58.

I've claimed to have no idea what to do in the past, but even after finding the years of all the references given, I flat out have *NO* idea *WHAT* the bleep I'm supposed to do with it.

    ReplyDelete
  90. thats what i did donas. is it 5 or 8 letters long? seems i should try counting the words then apply color?

    ReplyDelete
  91. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Butterfly: Like I said earlier, the first letter you get should be a T...specifically the T in the upper-right corner of the picture.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Xaq,
Congrats on getting to level 58. Well done.
On the previous page there's one tiny, but very important, hint I gave to Mtatt for level 58.

Anyway, good luck all and have fun, but way too late here, will check the comments again tomorrow and hope to see a lot of them with: Yay, Finished :)

    ReplyDelete
  94. NO NO NO! DISREGARD MY LAST POST!!

I'm sorry Butterfly...the T you should ACTUALLY land on is the one in the very middle.

I am TERRIBLY sorry about that! D:

    ReplyDelete
  95. S-T:
To answer the question you asked mtatt in that "clue" ...I think I've got all the info, yes.

Do I think I can solve this? ....Not in the least bit right now. D:

    ReplyDelete
  96. lvl58: if this were a movie, this is the big last-minute intense action sequence with lots of explosions and stuff, isn't it?

@xaq: any hints as to what we are looking for with the s-t/mttat clue? I see things to google, but theres so much info that could be used ...

    ReplyDelete
  97. xaq, for 58, you must hatch some things to help you on your way

    ReplyDelete
  98. @Unknown: That is the perfect way to describe level 58. lol

@xaq: if you only have the years found, then you need more information.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Whew, back and caught up to 58! Maybe we'll cross the line together!:)

    ReplyDelete
  100. What else could I be looking for? O_o???

    ReplyDelete
  101. @candi: glad you could make it!
@xaq: um, the answer, so you can tell me? :)

is it just me, or do the coordinates look like simple conversions for possible letters?

    ReplyDelete
  102. For 58, start by googling the things you have to place them in time.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Donas: I got all 10 items dated (the 3rd and 7th items were a little hard to pin, but I've got them each within a small range) already.

I've noticed that a few pairs of items (1 and 9, 5 and 6, 8 and 10, and possibly 3 and 7) have matching years. Don't know if that's relevant.

In any case, I'm still completely in the dark on this one.

    ReplyDelete
  104. @xaq: 10? i have 9. where did you find a 10th?

    ReplyDelete
  105. xaq, you need pairs for all

    ReplyDelete
  106. @xaq & Unknown:
I'm thinnking xaq split the two places in the present.

Also, did you look up all the coordinates. I started to wonder if it was the right direction when one was in the middle of the ocean.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Unknown, there are 10, look again

    ReplyDelete
  108. lvl58: splitting present sounds logical.

i could use a bit of help with looking up coords, if they are important - cartography is not one of my specialties.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Unknown, you need times, the coords won't help yet

    ReplyDelete
  110. Lvl 54: i downloaded the song and audacity. Dont know what i am looking for and i dont know how to use audacity. Anything else i can do to help me with this lvl?

    ReplyDelete
  111. Candi's right about me splitting the present.

Anyway, figured out how 2 and 4 paired up; turns out I was going off the wrong item for 2.

Still completely and utterly clueless on what I'm doing with all this, though.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Level 52, I've seen conflicting help and its confusing me. I see a clue which is 12 characters from outside to in, n*** w*** s**n. If this is correct, then I know I need to go from inside to outside next, do I use 1 letter from each square? One person said I then need to ask granmaa, another stated that it isn't necessary, can someone clarify please?

    ReplyDelete
  113. c0fe, you have the right phrase that brought you in, now just go out backwards using it as your guide, no anagram needed

    ReplyDelete
  114. @c0fe: You're right that it's characters, but I'm not sure about the one's you've quoted. The first is n----. Yes, each instruction will point you to one letter. No need for Granny.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Butterfly: Think of the cymbals as a break between letters. There's something between each cymbal hit that you can use to find letters, but you might need to be able to count kinda quick.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I'm not sure how to pick letters on level 39

    ReplyDelete
  117. nevermind, I figured out level 39

    ReplyDelete
  118. *headdesks*

    It's been...what, 5 hours now?...and I'm still getting on 58.

Were I not so close to the finish, I might throw in the towel. X_x

    ReplyDelete
  119. level 58. I can not find 10 things to date. What am I missing?

    ReplyDelete
  120. @LinR: Double check your list of coordinates. There are 10 (there are 2 for the present).

    ReplyDelete
  121. Anyone come up with anything for 58 yet? All I've gotten from the years is that a few of them are too high to try converting to numbers, and all I've gotten from the coordinates is a view of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Ghana.

I'm genuinely scared of what the next two levels have to offer if this one's driving me this badly up the wall.

    ReplyDelete
  122. @xaq: I've got bubkes.

Nudges from those further along the path?

    ReplyDelete
  123. Well, I've had a breakthrough on 58!

Playing connect-the-dots with the coordinates seems to give absolutely nothing, so that's one possibility I think we can ignore.

Calculatus Eliminatus, as the Cat in the Hat once said...

    ReplyDelete
  124. Thought I noticed something about the dates, so I double-checked a few things and found I had 2 of them wrong. Sure enough, with things corrected, I was right about what I thought I saw:

There's an equal amount of time between each pair.

I'd like to say that can't be a coincidence, but knowing S-T, this could very well be a fish chase.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Well, I've had it for tonight. Hopefully something pops while I'm asleep...aside from cerebral blood vessels, that is.

    See you tomorrow everyone. *FLOP*

    ReplyDelete
  126. lvl 58: I got the 5 pairs of years, but it seems more info is needed, and eggs are on the way.

    ReplyDelete
  127. yes you need eggs now .What do you need to find ?

    ReplyDelete
  128. I wish I had the slightest idea :(

    ReplyDelete
  129. what did he find ? Try a synonym for a word that sounds like it doesn't belong in 2nd paragraph

    ReplyDelete
  130. Thx mtatt100. Got 2 eggs now and going on :)

    ReplyDelete
  131. 3rd egg is proving to be somewhat elusive. I know about the special ruler and the skewed drawing. Tried many related names with no success.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Pinhead,
    There is no third egg.
With the level info and the info from the two eggs it is possible to solve the level now.
You will need maths and some basic riddle tricks you've already learned.
You probably already know how many letters the answer will be and yep, this time Granny is needed.

    ReplyDelete
  133. have done the math just need the riddle tricks and why is 3 and -3 dotted out

    ReplyDelete
  134. nvm had it all along just cant count lol

    ReplyDelete
  135. @ST: No 3rd egg? :'(
If I take into account the expansion and normalization, I get numbers that reach 56! Obviously missing something.
As for the number of letters, I suppose it is an even number. 2 words?

    ReplyDelete
  136. 58 one word 10 letters numbers are too big pinhead the measurerer is that size for a reason

    ReplyDelete
  137. Pinhead, for 58 you are looking for one word. In the present your tool shows 8 letters, it stays constant, but something is expanding, how will it expand?

    ReplyDelete
  138. Pinhead ,Donas is actually saying in the present for north and east the tool will reveal upto 8 letters but for south and west it will also reveal upto 8 letters

    ReplyDelete
  139. With the help off all your hints i finally managed mazes 46 and 47, thank you all. Taking a break and solving 'a Tesshi-e' and 'a Selfdefiant' boosted my self confidence but maze 48 pushed it almost down below zero (again).
Found out that B.....e is not the right code (lol ..... not). Do i have to use M...e on the last four lettered lines? If so i don't see how.

    ReplyDelete
  140. yes Dutchie right way see some are spaced by more than one square ;)

    ReplyDelete
  141. Ducthie,
Two blanks seperate the letters and I'm sure you will find out what 1 (with letter filled) box is and what 2 (with letters filled) boxes is.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Phew, got it, thanks mtatt and s-t.

    ReplyDelete
  143. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  144. hmm quite long winded but here goes you know your tool doesn't change so in the present it has 8 ticks either side go back a millennium and space get half as small .Your grid is 10 so in present time you need to apply 8 to 10 .going back 1 millennium you need to apply half as much to 10 going forward a millennium you need to apply twice as much to 10 .if done correctly numbers you get will be less than 15

  145. All was clear for me except that the reference is the present and not 14 AD. Note that the figure shows the ruler at the very past.
I now have all coordinates between 0 and 14.
But each location has N/S and E/W coordinates so 20 coordinates. hmmm....

    ReplyDelete
  146. Pinhead,
It was also about reading very carefully:
The second egg told you in the text: In the pic on this level it measures the present.
And keep on reading that sentence on that second egg very carefully and you'll know what to do with (how to use) N/S.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Only on 25, but I need another hint. Got the 6-letter word, but not sure what is meant by rebus--a picture of how it sounds? Also not sure of what word means the egg.

    ReplyDelete
  148. holly, an egg in riddle is usually another page that gives more information, to find the possible egg page (not a real one) try adding the numbers you see for each clock, this should give a word. Then think about that word with something else you see in the clocks

    ReplyDelete
  149. Thanks, Donas727, now I see!

    ReplyDelete
  150. ST: I read the bit about the present, but since the ruler length is constant, that did not have any implication on the scale.
As for the remainder of the sentence, I was thrown off by Minowski diagrams for the 'special Einstein ruler' which are skewed and very similar to what the riddle describes.
I am now juggling with the coordinates and managed to get a few undesirable results.
What I am not sure of is: Should the W/E coordinates be shifted to become between 0 and 25?

    ReplyDelete
  151. Pinhead this level needs mathematics not hard though .Think back to my post earlier different time zones go forward 1 Millennium =x2 but don't forget the grid is 10 but the tool is 8 so would be twice /ten

    ReplyDelete
  152. @mtatt: I have the new coordinates, and can't get the rotten N/S coordinates to cooperate. +/- should take me forward and backward from the letter the E/S coord gives, right?

    ReplyDelete
  153. Candi,
From E/W you should already get letters but there's a kind of hint in the text (on the second egg) telling you the alphabet for W is different from E.
And in a way N and S is different that way as well (remember level 47?)

    ReplyDelete
  154. lvl 54 ??? I have absolutely no idea what to do, or what or how to download? Could someone please get me started.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Please could I have a hint for lvl 40 I have found the first egg but reading previous hints there is a second egg however I cannot seem to find it thanks

    ReplyDelete
  156. could someone please tell me how to upload 54 sound to audacity? it goes to quick to just count along, but i cant get it to load in audacity so i can slow it down, and i have had a few people listen to it and noone can agree on the count...lol

    ReplyDelete
  157. Ike and Rds665,
No need to download it, it's no anagram so only the short(er) ones will do to kind of bruteforce it.

    Ladysue,
Look at all 4 of them together to see the 5th (it's a very basic one you used before).

    ReplyDelete
  158. rds use ctrl F in source and look for mp3 copy and paste into a new tab

    ReplyDelete
  159. @s-t: I'm sorry, I should have been clearer. The hint seems to imply two things: the method for turning each N/S/E/W coordinate into a letter and the need to use the N/S coordinate to add a little rottenness to the E/W coordinate (that way we'll only have 10 letters in the end). But it didn't work....

    ReplyDelete
  160. @everyone on 54: The song does move a little quickly :)
But, if you keep in mind the text on the level as well as the picture, you'll know what to listen for. Also, I found that if I listened a bunch of times (even w/o slowing it down), I could hum it to myself. That made counting a *lot* easier.

Oh, and don't forget s-t's hint at 11:20. You don't have to make the process more drawn out than necessary ;)

    ReplyDelete
  161. no rot candi just do the math when you have all coords

    ReplyDelete
  162. Candi,
Try to find out if the method you are using is correct with this info:
    1014 should give you X and B.
And with using the last step they both should become a vowel.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Thankyou small-tool for your hint but I am drawing a blank this is probably one of the easier levels but my mind is just blank tried using first letters of the ciphers am I just being dumb

    ReplyDelete
  164. Ladysue,
You must be 'blind' to find the 5th.

    ReplyDelete
  165. lvl 54, lalalalalalala! found it. Candi, you were right, play it some 178 times and you can memorize it. Thanks everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  166. thanks small-tool as I said so easy duh! anyway looks like I have a hell of a level awaiting me but hopefully there are plenty of hints to look back on

    ReplyDelete
  167. lvl 49, I found everything except the answer. Pls help.

    ReplyDelete
  168. 49-did you use the correct cipher pic should help there is a person and an object there if you know that then maybe you keyword is wrong try a collective term for them

    ReplyDelete
  169. 5806, if you founds the letters on the object, did you give them a six letter name?

    ReplyDelete
  170. @donas Yes, v....s.??? What I have to do with them?

    ReplyDelete
  171. @s-t: Thanks! (Instead of applying the hint as-is, I put it backwards.)

    On to 59!

    ::page loads::

    0.o

    ::silence, and a little weeping::

    ReplyDelete
  172. BONUS LEVEL 01: ALEA IACTA EST

    silently weeping also :P
too many outlets come on there must be something to guide me
know where to start but 5 takes me out

    ReplyDelete
  173. 5806, did you find the right cipher to use? 2 hints in the pic for it, then do you have the part that needs to be decoded?

    ReplyDelete
  174. Level 58 confused me as it turned out that 0 W/E is not assigned any letter.

    On to 59!

    ReplyDelete
  175. Donas, well that is the problem, the cipher, I can't figure it out.

    ReplyDelete
  176. 5806a
Did you do first things first?

    Mtatt,
Looks like you found the starting point.
But you will never step out of the grid when you know what the numbers in the poem stand for and if you take the shortes roll possible.

  177. 5806, try this site

  178. Alright, had a few errands to take care of, but now I'm back at this!

PinHead (or anyone else), can I get a hint on how to find that first egg on 58?

    ReplyDelete
  179. Uhh, never mind, saw mtatt's post from earlier and found the first one. Thought of a word synonymous with one of the words and applicable to a map.

(Holy crap, I'm making progress again.)

    ReplyDelete
  180. Okay, if I take the info from the 1st egg and apply it to the coordinates, starting from the ones in A.D. 14, I get rid of all the decimal places.

Hopefully I'm on the right track with that, but whether I am or not, nothing's clicking yet to get me to the 2nd egg..

    ReplyDelete
  181. xaq, you are on the right track. But note that the present and not 14 AD is the reference.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Xaq,
    You can't do/try anything yet.
Read the bottom of the first egg to get the second egg.
Way easier to get than the first egg.

    ReplyDelete
  183. Wow. How did I miss THAT? O_o

Thanks S-T. Okay, 2nd egg found. Now to see if I can make an omelette out of this without scrambling my brains any further...

    ReplyDelete
  184. lvl 59:
Got 2 words. I'll resume tomorrow fresh.

    ReplyDelete
  185. Level 54 is still confusing me. How many letters?

    ReplyDelete
  186. Btw. nobody should be scared by Mtatt posting about Bonus 1.
You will get a (minor) congrats after level 60, but there are two bonus levels to solve to get the real congrats.
But don't worry about difficulty; 58 and 59 are the killer ones. 60 and the two bonus levels are way easier.
So go, go, go guys you're all doing great :)

    ReplyDelete
  187. Arrived at the letters S-T's comment at 11:27 say I should be at...not seeing that last step he mentioned, though.

Is it something to do with the N/S coordinates?

    ReplyDelete
  188. Level 54 is a 9 letter word but the correct spelling is a 4 and 5 letter word with a space in between.

    ReplyDelete
  189. Yep Xaq,
Now use N/S (with first doing the same math again) to change those letters.

Almost 1600 comments (thank you all very much, I'm really glad you like it) so new comments on the next page

    ReplyDelete
  190. Ahh, it would seem I accidentally got a few N's and S's mixed up. Let's see if fixing that leads me to anythYES!! FINALLY GOT IT!!

    ...*coughs* Okay. On to 59.

    *does a little happy dance*

    *sees 59*

    *STOPS DANCING* O_O; what.

    ReplyDelete
  191. Thanks for the hint small-tool. Got 54 now. I was looking at the answer the whole time.

    ReplyDelete
  192. Quick question on 59: Am I supposed to find a pattern to how the symbols are jumping around the grid?

(I'm pretty sure I've already figured out what's up the letters...wasn't hard to notice something wrong when the whole alphabet appeared to fit in a 5x5 grid.)

    ReplyDelete
  193. Xaq,
You're looking for a pattern how to move and a sequence how many steps to make.

Btw. Jbg just finished. So, come on guys, go, go, go. It shows it can be done

    ReplyDelete
  194. i dont get the hint for lvl 55. i read s-t's comment at 11:14 but its not became clear. i only see a few words that "dont make sense being where they are" but thats it.

    ReplyDelete
  195. omg lol i thought about that but just pushed that idea to the side..ty
