ReplyDeleteahem, Sivi J and zoz: Towels are ordered from 1 to 6. and divided into 4 quadrants. (just like the buttons u need to click) follow the order. number 1> bottom left

ReplyDeleteok, I have been in the crawl space 20 times trying to use the flashlight in a diff. place and it only lets me use the flashlight where the screwdriver was....where do I use it the second time

ReplyDeleteNini, honest mistake about the torch. You're just smarter than I am. The torch was in the 4-button box which I had to see your comments to figure out. So you found the torch before you found everything else, and it was almost the last thing I found.

ReplyDeleteI find it a little strange for someone to project the *motivation* behind a post (i.e. look at how clever I am). If someone wants to look clever they will do well to write up the walkthrough and get it posted within the first 10 posts. (And thereby annoying everyone who doesn't want to see a walkthrough that soon.)
To me things like "Got a red key" without any help as to where mean there's a red key to be found and I should start looking for one. And there is no shame in asking. I will frequently miss something so incredibly obvious that nobody feels it necessary to post about, and that's frustrating to me, especially when the game is no longer live and everyone's gone.
Andrea, I agree. I don't want to spoil the fun for others, plus I just assume everyone else is smarter than I am, so if I found something, certainly others will have no problem.

ReplyDeleteAndrea & Peggy: Another thing to add, too, is that something that is obvious to one person may not be so obvious to someone else. I've found in some games (especially SD games)that I've found something - like a gem - that on one else has found until the end (when I'm not playing live I play until I need help and that's where I see these things). So feeling 'stupid' because everyone else got something you did not get is not really all that 'stupid' IMHO.

ReplyDeleteAnd Zoz, I also agree with some of your comments. Most times I miss the "live" part of the game. When I get stuck, I come here to the comments. If I read far enough, someone else asks the question I need. Occasionally, that all-important question is not asked, everyone breezes through the game, and I'm still stumped with nobody to help me.
BTW, E-Addict, when will we be graced with another one of your escape games? Soon, I hope.
